Caffè Nero in Warwick

Edit I’m now rating it low., my sister went in today, she did write a review about her experience but it got taken down! The blonde lady with glasses was rude to her and swore, even though my sister was helping an old lady out. Disgusting behaviour. The negative reviews always seems to be about the same woman.

Just like many others have mentioned, I’m giving this cafe a one-star rating solely because of one staff member. Their attitude and service really dampened the whole experience

Staff really friendly and helpful and food and drinks good

This place says dogs are welcome. However my dog was not offered water on a hot day, when I used a glass I was told off for doing so. I am not a child and will not be spoken to as one......if you are dog friendly then cater for dogs needs. Please avoid if you have a dog. Take example from places that welcome dogs if you are going to advertise as such, provide water bowls for them.... your reasoning for your position is not really tenable. Given your somewhat mixed reviews I would suggest you have wider issues that need resolution.

Went in today ordered 2 drinks. Clearly said takeaway. Cappuccino was disgusting - 🤢 my son’s drink he made in a cup hot choc with frothy cream. I said it’s takeaway and he poured the drink into a disposable cup.. Rank what a waste of £7. I threw mine in the bin!

Went in for 2 hours to study. Everything was dirty. I have never sat on a stickier table ever before. The machines also looked dirty, with coffee dust everywhere. Would not recommend.

I like cafe Nero. But I was shocked by the price of a milkshake which I think was not more than 50% milk

Dirty tables. Tatty walls. Dreary lighting. Dirty floor. Toilet needs a good thorough clean. No soap or hand dryer. What a dull experience. Staff friendly.

Came in over a week ago, have to say the blonde girl and the manager are very friendly and welcoming. Always have a good atmosphere when they are working.fast service both always making conversation despite the line. I would wait in line just to be served by these 2 ladies. Not open at 7am despite being listed on google. Rushed to get my coffee before the train this morning only to find it closed. Now my voucher will expire. Very disappointed

I used to come in here regularly. The lady with the long dark hair and glasses is fantastic, friendly makes everyone feel really welcome. The last few times I’ve been, this lady hasn’t been working. The blonde girl with glasses who has been serving is incredibly ignorant. I left before being served last time I was in.

We prefer Nero for a coffee with sweet treat break.

Always a pleasure. The store manager, Mindy, is always so polite and goes above and beyond.

Очень скудный выбор десертов к кофе. Обычно, когда я захожу выпить кофе, я рассчитываю, что к нему будет роскошный десерт. А тут, даже, не на что было смотреть, к сожалению. Я расстроена. Но большой капучино тут действительно большой и довольно приятный. Хотя кофе, как для стилизованной кофейни тоже не вау. Бариста приятные и радушные девушки.

The place looks ok but ONE member of staff today at the counter. She must have been the only one in the place as we were waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes. We left and went to COSTA which had 3 staff.

Very slow 🐌 service at counter. Uncleared and dirty tables. Toilets dirty I reported to staff. Did not enjoy the visit at all.

I was served by an Indian lady, I wanted to scan my points card which I do on a daily basis in other Nero cafés which works fine, the lady was so rude and adamant that I couldn’t use it and I had to use my phone. I explained my card is linked to my app but she was very abrupt and made me take out my phone to scan. Horrible experience on a special day out.

Five stars for one reason. Ridiculously friendly staff! 🙂

The staff are better here in general. Some are quite kind and relaxed. Calmer environment and more consistent coffee.

Paul was efficient and professional, working his way through many customers orders whilst keeping a relaxed atmosphere and a smile on his face, a real asset to the company. I will be coming back and telling my friends what a calming atmosphere it was

Not particularly happy with my server today. She had a face on her that wasn't welcoming and appeared annoyed that I was ordering in the first place. As a further insult to my order my 'large' hot chocolate was half full. I understand everyone has bad days but there should always be a standard of professionalism while taking customer's orders.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. There's plenty of cafes in Leamington but this is probably my favourite. Usually clean, and typical Nero quality food and drinks.

Smaller of 2 nearby Caffè Nero restaurants. Today bitter cold wind every time door opened, but at least the cappuccinos were good & hot!

Poor girls were short staffed, but ultra polite, ultra efficient and ultra friendly! The young lady who served us was wonderful and deserves a bonus!! Coffee was perfect as always and the bacon roll and tuna melt hit the spots!!

Usual cafe nero fair, however great staff on my visit today. Cafe nero are usually good with our allergy requirements but they were exceptionally helpful and careful here

Cafe Nero was good. Excellent array of pastries to be eaten, and the usual array of coffees and drinks they provide in their cafes. The staff were friendly and obliging. This cafe has some nice easy chairs you can lay back in. The loos are up several flights of stairs. First upstairs to the upstairs tables and chairs, then another flight of stairs and a half. Loos though were clean.

Great service but the menu was a little disappointing as there were no pumpkin flavoured drinks on the menu and what they did have was uninspiring

Mindy is a delightful person, the service was superb!

It was fine. Good service from staff. Unfortunately they are falling behind with regards to gluten free offerings. Eating a bar from a packet when everyone else has a nice slice of cake feels like a lack of effort.

This coffee shop in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa has been one of the worst in recent years, very unclean and unsanitary, completly disappointed with the coffee I was served but what made it worse, was the state of the toilets (with no toilet paper, this was in the morning, clearly no checked) and the coffee shop itself.

Very bad service.Toasted cheese sandwich burnt black and tasted like soap.2nd time i went in for a toasted cheese sandwich it was all soggy and covered in grease and mold tasted like garbage.If anyone is thinking about visiting here take my advice and don't avoid at all costs.Im surprised they haven't been reported to the environmental health and closed down.I will never go back there again 😡

Bad service! Noone acknowledged my entrance to the queue of 2, 1 person on at lunch hour. Then £4.25 for a toasted sandwich! 2 pieces of bread and some cheese. I won't be going there again

The worst coffee ever at caffe nero. Its my favourite coffee shop and extremely disappointed at the coconut ice latte i ordered. It tasted like dirty water, no coffee or flavour and then just crammed with ice. For over £3 i expected much more. Tempted not to return after that.

I like this particular Caffe Nero. It's not the smartest one in the group, but they usually have pretty decent and friendly staff. Oh, they also make a great cup of coffee. In a convenient position just off Parade, it's in a great place for a pick me up before getting with whatever you gotta do.

Very nice sirloin steak cooked exactly as I wanted it, speedy service and friendly responsive staff, and to top it all off I didn't feel cheated out of my money - I got exactly what I paid for. Trés bien!
