We arrived Saturday 22 Feb for just one night. They were short staffed so nobody available to run the bar. We along with other families had to wait 1/2 hour to get served a drink. The restaurant was open for a few customers only and the food was mediocre. The breakfast in the morning was a shambles, no eggs or sausages ready. The bacon had a horrible taste to it like it had been put into a tray that was still tainted with cleaner. However despite this there are two staff who worked their socks off to try to cover all bases. Callum and Erin are a credit to the Hotel and should be recognised for outstanding customer service.

Warwick Premier Inn rooms are wonderful! The restaurant next door is so busy you will wait a LONG time between food and drinks for no fault of the staff but Premier Inn not employing enough staff. They are ALL super friendly, helpful. Magde was the best. Patient, calm and understanding. PREMIER INN YOU NEED MINIMUM 6 X STAFF HERE!!!

The room was clean. While we have been here for 4 nights in February. The hotel have been short staffed. On the first morning, there was no pastries at breakfast. On second morning, no bread, no porridge, the tea/coffee machine was not working, no milk. The hot food, I had to ask them to top up the beans, because there ran out. The second night we were there, we ate at the pub at the hotel. We waited over an hour for our food, in that time they had only brought chicken gougons and drinks out. They did end up wavering the cost of the whole meal, because of the bad service. I would not recommend this hotel. We will not be staying here again. We stop at a lot of premier inns, and they are normally nice. This is the worse we have stopped at. It is a shame because Warwick is a lovely area and the location is great, near Warwick Castle.

It’s the coldest one I’ve stayed in then when I go to reception they go to a back room as they have full control of it . But like now room freezing heating turned of must be an energy thing this is my 2nd week in 6 weeks staying here I’ve to do another week in 2 weeks time I’m dreading it but I’m bringing blow heaters with me next time it’s terrible.

Fast friendly check in and clean comfortable rooms in a nice location convenient for Warwick. Why only 2 stars? Because when I checked in at 6pm I wasn’t told the earliest available restaurant table was 10:15pm, meal deal abandoned and took the Just Eat gamble, shame as premier in restaurants and check in information is usually great.

Worst Premier Inn in the entire UK. Staff are are bone idle. Customer service is non existent. Room wasn’t cleaned, asking for fresh towel was if I was asking in mandarin, ordered food on night 1 which took 45 mins to arrive, second night waited over an hour then gave up and just left. Only 5 people in the restaurant so I just don’t understand how it could go all wrong.

Stayed here a few times for business. Fairly standard Premier Inn, nothing really to complain about but could do with a bit of an update. Parking used to be free, but a payment machine has now been installed. Finding a space also isn’t easy as the car park always seems over capacity, with cars often parking on the kerb near the entrance. There is a business park directly across the road where you can park overnight with no issue, but not sure if this would be acceptable during the daytime. Location is quiet, but very far from any shops or restaurants.

The hotel itself is what you expect from a premier Inn. Basic but done well. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and as expected, no one around for check in but the machines worked so no issue. Taxi into Warwick is about £8. The reviews where people complain about only having one key, you can request a second or create one yourself from the machine. Rooms are warm so it's worth setting the temperature before you go out. We didn't eat dinner but did sit and have some drinks in the bar. The personal hygiene and presentation of some staff working the bar needs attention. We opted to have breakfast but we'd left it a bit late (10:30am). No one explained what we had to do. We expected the hot food to be to order (as we had experienced at other premier inns) but it was a hot buffet. As gluten free I was given the allergen book and I ordered but then was told to help myself to the buffet. The buffet wasn't hot but I expect it had been there a while. After eating that (about 20mins after ordering) we were given GF bread and vegan bacon (didn't order that). I'd say things need to be clearer but for £10.99pp we had plenty of food.

This hotel is very well located and is generally clean, however the presentation and service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to return my evening meal as it was generally inedible. No recommence offer was made and service then became snail pace.

Worst meal yet at this hotels restaurant. Mixed grill included a quarter chicken breast 10 cm of gammon most of which was fat and a chewy steak. Poor service, radio blaring out of the kitchen and staff standing around talking instead of working. I have stayed here repeatedly since the hotel was built. Initially it was a quality hotel but since the pandemic has really gone down hill.

Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. Limited choice on food, but nothing else within easy walking.

Overall positive experience, just not at the start. Couldn't get into my room after 4 attempts at trying, so left waiting outside.

It was an ok Premier Inn. Decent bar and restaurant inside. Great location for local sightseeing, I'd recommend one of the premier plus rooms, though, as is with most hotels. Nobody can ever BE QUIET through the night / early morning. Why, oh, why can't British people shut doors quietly? Decent size car park, although there were a lot of double space parkers and the disabled bays, 3 of the 5 were taken by non displaying badge holders.

Premier inn standards met. Friendly welcome, helpful when asked questions, prompt checking. Room clean and tidy as you'd expect. Parking was £3 per day, parking spaces limited. Had good breakfast, plenty of choice.

Easy walk into Warwick and a canal side walk nearby. Breakfast runs out quickly and reappears in drib and drabs and some items don't reappear at all!

Drove 3 hours to this hotel to check in for a work meeting the following day. When I arrived I was told the restaurant on site was closed due to a shortage of staff. So I ordered pizza for my room from a local delivery service, when they called to say they were in reception I left to meet them. To my amazement when I got to the reception area the restaurant was open and fully working and quite busy. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. Poor poor customer service that needs to be looked at!

Half an hour walk to Warwick train station, about ten minutes further to the town centre. Restaurant busy both evenings we were there, too long to wait so went elsewhere. Short drive/walk to the Cape of Good Hope pub, which I recommend.

I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and lost some expensive jewellery, I’ve been trying to ring them ever since (8 weeks) to see if there is a lost property, and no one has ever answered the phone no matter which extension I try. There is no way of contacting them and I’m at a loss what to do. Customer service diabolical. Hotel itself - fine standard premier inn.

Rooms clean and tidy however only two teabags in room would have preferred more. There are more available when you ask for them. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. On our first morning the chef had called in sick so breakfast was disappointing- lack of baked beans, tomatoes and eggs. Due to its convenient position we would stay again.

The drinks are decent. However, customer service quality can vary greatly, depending on who is serving you. When it comes to desserts, I strongly advise avoiding them. My recent experience was particularly negative; shortly after consuming one, I felt ill and became sick, raising serious concerns about the quality of their offerings.

Excellent food served in very generous portions. Telephoned for collection at 6.45, food was ready by 6.50 so not been left standing around getting cold. Very content.
