Absolutely brilliant, very welcoming and clean. Very good drink deals.

It’s pretty old pub everyone is friendly and nice in there it’s good place to go for a couple drinks catching up with old friends good price for drinks to good laugh here

I don't want to damage the business but unfortunately it's already damaged. Give it a wide berth unless you are a local and have been before, it's not for tourists.

When we walked in the door, someone standing in the doorway said "this pub is a s**thole". It wasn't great!

Fairly small pub, friendly staff. Couldn't see any wheelchair/pushchair access. Prices reasonable

It's an old pub that's had a restricted make over. So now it is clean with new furnishings but the original look and feel of the place remains. Real ale is available on two taps, hopefully more will be available soon.

I liked it coz I was with a friend. Otherwise probably wouldn't go in. But it's great to have the service available.

Despite having been told this is the roughest pub in Leamington, brilliant for a nice quiet pint during the week with a cozy atmosphere full of character. Good pool table too.

Worst pub in town. One star as it has just about improved from years ago. Customers & people who drink here like the pub are best avoided. Jukebox has not been updated since 1976. Just don't bother.

The Railway Inn, Royal Leamington Spa. The Railway Inn was built in the early 19th century and set in the suburbs of the Old Town with the backdrop of the iron railway bridge which spans High Street and the junctions of Bath Street and Clemens Street. The Railway Inn holds all the charm and sophistication you would expect from an English working mans pub. On entering you will no doubt encounter some of the locals who will extend the welcome for which the Railway is locally famous for. Your Hosts Lon and his lovely wife Sue have ran the pub for the past 17 years and have enjoyed the success associated with a well run Old Town Bar. There is a pool table and a dart board and the Railway boasts two of the finest pool teams and the best darts team south of the river. there is a large covered, seated, smoking area to the rear of the building. The Railway is second home to a varied clientele, mostly working people who have made it their local. If you are lucky and are there late in the evening you may encounter the Landlords father Lawson and some rather large grey haired bloke putting the world to rights and picking the next England football team, Whatever you think you will have to admit that this bar is probably one of the last "real pubs" with "real people" and "real pub prices" and if you are disappointed then you probably shouldn't be there anyway.
