Caffe Nero in South Lanarkshire

Worse than awful - every table left with dirty cups & saucers - I do not expect to have to clear a table before I can sit down. I asked at the counter about getting someone to clear the tables - didn’t go down well. A girl cleared the tables & not one was wiped down - disgraceful. Avoid at all costs! Poor standards - not impressed.

Went for a spot of lunch. Unfortunately the attitude of the boy working there spoiled it. Could not believe how many times he moaned and blew air from his cheeks frustrated at the job. Head down the job Center son. Not going to write much but a smile costs nothing. If you don’t want to be there get a job elsewhere you clown

Visited here this morning around half past ten no complaints about coffee but on visiting ladies toilet did not find it clean looked as though sink hadn't been cleaned since day before

There is an older lady that works in this shop and I have to say she needs a bit more training and a better attitude in the store. She was huffing and puffing while making a luxury hot chocolate. It was 20% foam and the foam was dripping down the side of the cup. This was after it looked like she dropped the hot milk container on the floor. She just looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. I understand it is Black Friday and she was probably stressed but this was later at night at 19:00 and my fiancé didn’t want to stir up a fuss. Ps, I have never seen such a sad hot chocolate before (the fiancé) sad face 😞 The other coffee was absolutely fine so I don’t want to rate too badly

Vamos mucho aquí En pareja o en familia. El servicio es consistentemente bueno. El café es la perfección. Comida. . . caliente y fría. . siempre es bueno y el personal es excelente. ¡Las mesas exteriores son buenas para observar a la gente mientras las chicas compran! ! !

Maybe everyone was taking shelter from the rain, but this branch of Caffe Nero was particularly busy when we visited. The staff coped well, however, and were helpful and quick when the line had moved and it was my turn to be served. I ordered our favourite cold brews and despite the bustling atmosphere, we even managed to get a seat.

Visited today while doing some shopping in Braehead, lovely coffee and falafel and beetroot hummus wrap was delicious. Could do with more seating as it was very busy, saw a few people leaving as they could not find a seat.

Visited yesterday and had an Americano. Was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Music and general ambiance were lovely too. I've been here twice now...both times i didnt think the seating was particularly comfy. Tried a sofa and a wooden chair.

Nice and relaxing music, friendly warming staff. Had the Chai Latte which was just awesome! Nice change from other cafés I normally visit

Cafe Nero is the best. Soy latte is great along with a slice of their red velvet cake! Lovely coffee shop and staff always cheery.

Often pop in for a coffee when shopping, staff friendly. Im a regular customer and the loyalty cards are great too for a free coffee.

Stopped by after a bit of shopping and enjoyed excellent service,coffee and delicious cake all served by friendly staff in very comfortable surroundings.
