Caffe Nero in Fife

Ordered a Cortado coffee. Had to take it back 3 times as they (2 female staff) didn't know how to make a Cortado. It was like a weak late. So sickly. Disgusting.Staff were Adamant it was correct. Shocking.

We go here very often and usually have no complaints. Was in today however and the female server obviously couldn’t be bothered. Unfriendly, no smiles, no please, no thank you and a luke warm coffee. She was mono syllabic. This individual has served me before and I’ve just put up with it but today was just terrible.

Appalling Service. Serving customers in here seems to be the lowest priority , more interested in moving dishes around and chatting to each other.

Dishwasher constantly broken down so drinks served me n cardboard cups. Last week coffee machine not working. Today sign on door at 3:45 saying closed yet staff were in.

Cosy nero in a great spot for people watching in the town. Great coffee and cakes and love that the team always remember your order.

We popped in as being guests to our cousins. Very friendly staff, not much clean, but still cozy. Cakes and coffee was good.

Such a cosy Nero and the staff are always so lovely and remember your order. Love popping in for an hour or two.

Caffè Nero in Dunfermline is a spacious, bright and nicely decorated branch of the chain. The service was excellent, as were the coffees and sandwiches.

Popped in this morning for a coffee and while sitting drinking my coffee I was looking around and noticed how dirty this place is , no excuse as this wasn’t the end of a busy day but in the morning .

We had coffees here recently and as usual they were very good! However, there appeared to be only 2 members of staff working so finding a cleaned table was a bit difficult....definitely need more staff! Would have been at least 4 stars otherwise!

I was here recently to meet a friend I'd not seen during lockdown. The coffee was good, the service was good and we sat for ages catching up!

We visited here for coffee and cake and were pleased with the Covid rules in place on entering the café! The café is in need of refurbishment but having said that, we felt safe and enjoyed our coffee and cake sitting by the window!

Unfortunately all seats & tables are sticky.... atmosphere and environment is ok, table service is poor

We love Caffe Nero coffee and called in this afternoon whilst shopping in town. The coffee was great as usual and although there was only one scone left, we shared it and it was actually enough! Staff were pleasant as usual and atmosphere good!

Whilst I do usually try and avoid the big brands, you really can't beat Cafe Nero for coffee in Dunfermline. Great location and a handy stop off if you're early for a meeting or appointment (as I was on my last visit). The place is usually busy but never feel rushed and the staff are great! It definitely lives up to the good name of the brand!

While meeting before the meal at another place, we went to have a quick coffee. Cafe Nero is always clean and staff very attentive

Another great visit, this time with my sister who was staying with us. The ambience of this place is lovely, as is the coffee and I'd normally have given it 5 stars, but as my sister pointed out the chairs and furniture in general are looking worn and grubby - come on Caffe Nero get the place cleaned up a bit!

In for a Cappuccino and Toasted Teacakes this morning .There is something about butter slowly melting on a hot teacake....magic . I quite like Café Nero as the coffee tends to be stronger than other brands . Quite busy with a lot of tables taken . A nice laid back atmosphere to the place just right for a leisurely half hour

Staff friendly good Americano, but oh dear the armchairs were worn with large dirty stained patches.The leather sofa looked dirty as well.Comeon Cafe Nero please refurbish your chairs, Dunfermline customers deserve better.

We haven't been for a number of months but though there were different staff they were still as friendly and helpful as ever. The coffee was great as usual as were the scones!
