Caffe Nero in Ealing

I actually did not stop at this coffee shop, but transactions are showing. I've telephoned to dispute. Call dropped... 😡

Very dirty place. I've never seen a dirtier Coffee shop before. Tables full of dirty cups, flor dirty from food, pieces of paper. Staff do nothing. Just chatting.

I was very disappointed at the service at Cafe Nero today. I was the invisible customer that waited patiently for my turn to be served. Both barristers ignore me and seem very joyful to serve the white customers that walked in . I was already having a terrible morning and all I wanted was a coffee. It’s really concerning that in 2023 , people can get away with behaving this way. Needless to say my coffee didn’t taste the same after that treatment.

I used to get coffee from this branch and it was very good quality, but recently the coffee tastes old and burnt milk . When you drink a coffee it's like cold old milk with coffee mixed with a spoon .it’s very basic and unprofessional.

I had an experience with Caffè Nero which was lovely. I was served by Maria. I had a bad experience with a hot chocolate somewhere else. I really wanted to have a hot chocolate, and a cake. Maria was amazing, I was feeling quite emotional that day. She explained about the different hot chocolates and I had what Maria had recommended. I wanted to have a cake and was recommended a lemon drizzle cake and explained about it. I had both and is was both delicious. Such a good experience I absolutely love it here. Maria always is professional as well as informative and sweet. She is diligent, as well as a breathe of sunshine.

Very well located and excellently served, it's a great place to make a short stop over while shopping at Ealing . The service is prompt and well served. The Coffee is fabulous too !

I have tried every coffee place in Ealing and always come back to Caffe Nero - consistently the best for black americanos in Ealing and if you are a pain aux raisins fan, then Caffe Nero is your place.

Visited with tired out 10 month old baby & staff were very accomodating & kind even going to the lengths of amusing little one whilst I got my coffee. They are always good in this branch whenever I visit & they are my saving grace first thing in the morning & at lunch time with their perk you up coffee, nice staff & great atomspere.

Came in for breakfast and a coffee. Pleasant enough, particularly upstairs where there is a good open space and comfy seating

This is an old Nero which could do with a makeover however the staff are pleasant and the coffee is good.

This Nero has been here for ages and in terms of premises is the poor relation to the one opposite the main shopping centre however the coffee here is very good and it is a comfortable place to sit.

Have not been in here for a while. The coffee quality is good. It is an older branch, comfortable but a little tired.

Nothing too special about this Nero's, you know what you're going get and it doesn't fall below that. Staff in this particular joint where very nice and helpful and good attitudes though. Good for the less adventurous; safe, clean and simple. I'd prefer something different to spice things up and bit but every one knows Nero so it's a easy meeting point, they are also open nice and early which helps. There is definitely a few more Neros ina walkable distance.

Serves typical Nero coffee and if you like it (which I do), the quality of coffee and food will not disappoint. I go there very often and 7 times out of 10 the upper floor stinks with a disgusting smell! Has not anyone noticed this! Dear Nero management, can you please fix this; I really like your coffee but I cannot sit there!

There is plenty of seating, both downstairs and upstairs. The tables are cleared promptly and the areas are cleaned. Service is fairly prompt although you always have to queue to order your coffee.

This is a very good place to pop in for a coffee after a meal out in Ealing Broadway. If we are drinking wine we usually bus or walk to the Broadway, and if you live West this is the place for coffee. It is right next to a bus stop, and the view across the main road sometimes takes in interesting weddings with horses and carriages if you are lucky !

Nero never disappoints me and is one of my first choice stops for a caffeine fix! In the Ealing branch, the staff are always friendly and the coffee consistently good.

Ir a Caffe Nero en Ealing Broadway es como entrar en Italia por un tiempo. Una gran forma de escapar por unos minutos. Bueno, ambiente relajado (aparte de las raras ocasiones cuando hay un grupo grande), y sirven buena cafetera, no un Americanised se confecciona. Me encanta.

Café la misma en cafeterías, Nero, café bueno como usualmente en su cafetería.

After having NO service in the restaurant in Ealing, we went for coffee and cake to Neros. As ever, fabulous coffee even better service. Only one person serving but what a great guy. Didn't fluff and was pleasant .

One of my favourite coffee shops! The coffee is good and consistent. I also adore the apricot Danish pastries. They have plenty of other snacks including breakfast ideas.

This was my first experience of a Caffe Nero, chosen as it was the most convenient choice at the time a quick coffee and pastry for breakfast was required. Let's face it, most chain coffee shops are much of a muchness - the only thing that differs is the name over the door!Having said that, service was friendly and quick, and the coffee and pastries were very fresh and tasty. If I was passing one again and needed a similar pit stop I would visit Caffe Nero again.

You can always depend on a good cup of coffee at this chain. This branch is slightly out of the way so a little quieter but that means only 2 staff so if there is a rush on you can wait a while. The cafe looks small from the outside but is pretty big with outside tables so you can watch the world go by. A good place for meetings.

I spent a couple hours here having tea, shortbread cookies and people watching as I sat outside. It was great! The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was modernly decorated, clean and comfortable. My partner later joined me and we had a nice time sitting outside sharing tea, laughs and quality time together. A very enjoyable afternoon!

This caffe Nero on the Mall is very nice compared to others, it's situated in a modern building with lot of seating upstairs, and very friendly staff.

Got my Delicious coffee served with a big smile, nice and quiet place with plenty of comfy seats available, should have come there earlier!

Before starting with Tripadvisor, a coffee shop, was just a coffee shop, went we want one, we went to the nearest, Now learning more, Café Nero offer a card system, offered with out asking, we normally can find a seat read the paper supplied free, with out having to encounter as found with coffee shop near the station, people taking up tables, one cup all day using a computer, that's what it seems to us, hence fans now of Caffe Nero

Nice place to stop by for a quick breakfast and some coffee.Friendly staff and a nice and big seating area in the back.

Si tratta di una catena di punti vendita di caffè (eventualmente con (buona) panna;e cappuccino, moka, caffellatte, ecc.) di ottima qualità. Il personale è spesso italiano e sempre cortese. Si mangiano buoni pasticcini; e sipuò sostare comodamente nei salotti per riposarsi e leggere il goornale. Può essere un bion intermezzo di sosta per il vidsitatore, o un buon inizio di giornata.

I have been a regular here, and to Cafe Nero's in general, which I have found to be friendly, welcoming and with good service and with a smile. However, on this occasion I feel quite disappointed to say that an Eastern European employee and her colleague to be rather rude, unfriendly and more interested in shutting shop in time to rush home. Normally Cafe Nero have very welcoming staff, however, I really felt that this attitude is rather off putting and needs to be addressed. There was no "hello"/ how are you/happy, smiley, helpful and welcoming face. Moreso, my drink was served in a takeaway paper cup, when I had paid for a sitting in price. Quite appalling. Customer service is the most important credential in such a business, and it is a shame that when it is bad it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Tranquillo come posto anche se situato in una zona di "super passaggio" come lo sono praticamente tutte le vie della city.Personale disponibile ed accogliente, naturalmente comodissimo per chi ha qualche difficoltà nel parlare inglese, il personale è praticamente tutto di provenienza italiana ed è in grado di fornire aiuti ai turisti "di primo pelo"!
