One member of staff serving customers, IN THE MORNING. Busiest time of time for coffee drinkers and commuters yet every day they have own staff member serving and one pottering around filling shelves.

Very unfriendly and cold staff. Over-expressed bitter coffee, crumbs and mess all over, visit at 10 am. Understaffed and so not able to keep tables clean. Staff ignore you when you are polite to them. Eg thank yous and good mornings are not included here.

I'm a carer and usually v. well. Yesterday I did one thing different to my disabled husband at home and on my own had an iced americano, a yoghurt with granola/puree and a pan au chocolat at Caffe N St Andrew'sStreet. I had the most horrendous night of food poisoning, and feel unwell today. I can't prove it was from Caffe Nero but it seems highly likely given that my husband is perfectly well. Both the yoghurt and coffee tasted so poor I left most of them. I've frequented Cambridge Caffe Nero branches for years but this experience has really put me off them.

No soy muy cafeína, pero este Caff en particular me hizo apreciar lo agradable que puede ser un café adecuado. El café es muy bueno y el personal siempre es sonriente y súper agradable, lo más destacado de katerina por siempre alegrarme el día y por su excelente capuchino. Primera vez en esta rama de Caffe Nero. Gran café a precios que esperarías para una cadena de café. Las bebidas alternativas como los refrescos y el agua parecían demasiado caras. Así que ten cuidado si tienes niños a cuestas. Una pequeña cosa que encontré molesta (y estoy seguro de que el gerente de esta sucursal siente lo mismo). El café estaba ocupado, pero muchos de los asientos parecían ocupados por personas que trabajaban en computadoras portátiles sin tomar café. De hecho, cuando pasé por el café una hora más tarde, una de estas personas todavía estaba allí y todavía no había pagado ninguna bebida. Llévalos al jefe de la biblioteca y deja espacio para la compra de café pública.

Brand new coffe shop in Cambridge and beautifully decorated. The staff are super friendly and the drinks quick. Great location as you go into the Grand Arcade and definitely giving the Costa and Starbucks a run for their money.

I popped in on my way into town for an appointment. The usual Caffe Nero ambience and set up, with friendly staff and comfy seating. I visited on their second day of opening and they were offering free pastries - free food always tastes better. Worth a visit
