I have my coffee every morning in this cafe, today the lady takes the order from the customers who came after me and behind me in the line. Incomprehensible behavior.

Great coffee shop in the Oracle

The Caffe Nero inside House of Fraser has closed. There are still three Caffe Nero in Reading. The nearest is at Oracle Riverside - very close to the closed store. The others are on Broad Street (Oxford Road end) and at Apex Plaza (near the station). I can recommend them all.

me and my husband were served by an excellent barista today (twice). she made very tasty mochas. we also noticed she was on her own throughout the day and yet she was on top of the store, tables and served professionally. thanks so much
