Caffe Nero in Harrow

This is the second time I have been in here this month, both times dirty tables, had to ask for it to be wiped down. Cups and plates piled up on other tables, sugar all over the sofas. Won’t be visting again. They need to get there act together

If you happen to be in Pinner, this Caffe Nero has a pleasant comfortable atmosphere, service could be better, seating could be refurbished but still offers a good cup of coffee and enjoyable snacks to smooth out any ups and downs the day may have given you.

It was the worst coconut milk latte with sugar free caramel. I was forced to buy regular. I thought the coffee would be good because it has never gone wrong other coffee shops before. Unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson learnt

Everything is nice at this Cafe Nero except music is too loud. Wi fi often slow too. Staff are mostly nice but slow clearing tables - often people have to put trays and coffee cups on other tables

Have some very refreshing summer drinks on offer for the warmer days. The white hot chocolate mocha was also very nice. The overall atmosphere is lovely and relaxing and makes for a great place to catch up with friends or have a read.

I had to repeat myself three times as the trainee barista could not understand, she also was 'short' in her manner as the people in front of me also noticed. She failed to stamp my card twice (my own cup) and did not apologise. The tables were full of old cups and plates and filthy and I had to clear one to sit down - and wipe the chair down. The cafe itself is full of cobwebs, dark and very tired and run down. For £2.45 for a regular black coffee? No, never again. Wake up Cafe Nero, there is better out there!

Great coffee. Large seating area and comfortable to catch up with friends. Went lunchtime and plenty of room to relax and enjoy a hot drink

I like the big chairs and the atmopshere of being able to chill a while. Unlike some other coffee places, i never feel i have to rush here.

Not very regular here but this is located quite convenient on the way to Pinner station. The cafe is a warm n welcoming place. Its busy but not crowded Internet speed is good

One of 2 of the ‘chains’ of cafes that have come recently in my town, Cafe Nero is usually not my first choice for Coffee Landed here a couple of days back to use up a coffee voucher The place is quite spacious and good for small groups Wifi is complementary Do use the Cafe Nero a and collect stamps every time you buy a coffee here

Coffee is nice and great service. The smooth Jazz and soft lighting helps to make a nice relaxing atmosphere. Not 5 star because of very high food prices and cleanliness could be better especially in the toilets.

The staff here are friendly and it's easy to spend a long time relaxing here, as there is no pressure to leave.There's quite a lot of space to sit, too (by the window at the front of the cafe, or hidden away at the back of the cafe). There is usually a newspaper on the newspaper rack, though not necessarily one I like to read. It would be better if the Cafe Nero chain paid more attention to fixing small problem areas. For example, a toilet seat needs fixing (and someone mentioned this in a review a while back - maybe it was fixed then and has got broken again?) I've noticed other similar problems with this cafe (and other Cafe Nero cafes) in the past. It does put me off the place, sometimes. Maybe the firm is not spending enough money on repairs/upkeep?

friendly staff and good coffee. seem to run out ofd sandwiches on a regular as when we visit the selection is poor.

Café Nero is a decent quality café in the centre of Pinner. The food and drink is standard Café Nero fare. There is plenty of seating although it can get busy. The one thing that disappointed me is that there were quite a few dogs in the café which is not very hygienic for somewhere that serves food.

This Caffè Nero is just the same as any other, quite expensive but very good drinks. I liked it very

Precios razonables y una buena variedad de pasteles, etc. (Las etiquetas tanto para repostería pedí estaban en los lugares equivocados, así que se presentó con las golosinas equivocado - rápidamente rectificó). Personal no v acogedor pero estaban muy ocupados.

Qué puedo decir - es un caffe Nero, pero la diferencia es que el personal es super amable a diferencia de Starbucks a la vuelta de la esquina que son miserables. También es más limpio que el Starbucks. Realmente me gusta interactuar con el personal que es una razón por la que ir allí. El café y la comida está bien para una cadena

Caffe Nero llegamos en Pinner antes Starbucks y la Costa. Solía ser más concurrido, pero ahora es más tranquilo.

I like Caffe Nero and most of time to choose it when I want to have a caffee, wherever I am, including with the clients and friends. Its service is standard and always being treated friendly.

We both had the hot chocolate, it was expensive and certainly not worth the expense, very over rated

This is my favourite branch of Caffè Nero. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Not only they brew great coffee, they're always in a good mood so the atmosphere is fantastic.
