We try to visit Cafe Concerto every time we visit London from the states…at least 12 times in the last 15 years. The coffee is nice, everything is clean, tidy, excellent and distinguished from the rest... A simple note to the person who wrote the worker, Diana does not smile. She must smile at you. Long live. It is her job to deliver orders. She only wants her to smile at you. Why are you? Some people think that the whole world is usurped. Everyone must respect it, smile at it, and worship it. Strange things, I swear.

Our coffees and dessert / pastry were OK but not really worth the high price. The "service not included" policy does not seem very legit considering the high margins they are making.

Lovely Afternoon Tea on a girl's trip to London. Perfect walking distance to His Majesty's Theatre.

We walked in for breakfast. The waitress was pretty curt but took us to a table. We waited 15 mins without being even asked if we wanted a drink. The restaurant was not busy. In the end we left without being approached. There are plenty of other places to eat breakfast in Central London.

We stopped here to rest our tired legs and didn't go into the cafe. Outside, the rules regarding chairs and tables are strict. No possibility to move chairs. The pint was very refreshing and arrived quickly.

A great time at Caffè Concerto ! Food was good, we took 2 English breakfast, tasty and and an assortment of pastries with white jam, orange juice and English coffee and tea! On the whole, everything went well, with one small comment about the service: we had asked to sit 4 people outside but it wasn't possible to fit two tables together (there were 4 of us). Otherwise everything else was perfect! I even forgot my adaptor for my charger and I got it back the same evening they had kept it for me, so thank you very much again!

This places offers a delightful afternoon tea set! Worth every penny; everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted just as good as it looked. The set included finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries/cakes, and the tea itself was aromatic. The location was great too; perfect people watching spot. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. Our server, Shakayla E., made our visit even more memorable. She was welcoming, patient, and happy to answer our many questions (as it was our first time in the area). What stood out the most was her thoughtfulness! She shared helpful insights about UK dining customs, like waiting for the card reader instead of handing over a credit card. Small details like that go a long way, and she was a perfect example of kindness and hospitality. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for afternoon tea, catching up with friends or family! Not just for the food but for the warm and attentive service.

Food was good, we really enjoyed the macarons.

Harshit served us very efficiently, gave us us extra time to choose from the extensive drinks options. I tried the Rose Latte (to die for) and apart from Tia Maria liqueur I don’t normally drink coffee. I will definitely be having it again. The Barista Camila prepared all our drinks which included Earl grey tea and a Latte. All 3 of us were very happy with our choices but defo Rose Latte came out on top. Especially if you like Turkish delight. Looking forward to going back and maybe having the afternoon teas which they serve right up to closing at 11pm with a nice glass of bubbly or an expresso martini 🍸

We had very tasty Egg Benedicts for breakfast. Cappuccino & Latte Rose was also fantastic. Diverse selection of breakfast options and sweet pastries. Service could be a bit friendlier and quicker.

In a part of town crammed with chain restaurants and burger bars, this is such a lovely alternative. Just the atmosphere feels more like a European city should feel, with a street cafe vibe and individual style. Pre-theatre it was great for coffee and cakes, which were delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient. Well worth visiting to get a different perspective and relax.

Our waitress Camilla was very attentive and overall decent service. Latte was a bit too milky and sweet for our personal liking wished I could feel the coffee a bit more. Only reason for removing a star but overall decent place to sit down for coffee

This was our first restaurant experience in London, and it definitely did not dissappiont! We had asked the day prior for some information and they explained well! Upon our arrival we were greeted kindly by Harshit and Nowfoil and seated to our table. Our order was taken swiftly swiftly we were served quickly. The food itself was delicious! I had the braised lamb shank, which was cooked amazing, paired with nice and creamy mashed potatoes. I got the strawberry tarte as dessert and loved it aswell! Overall a great experience! Nice atmosphere, very friendly employees and delicious food! Definitely pay a visit here!
