Caffè Capital in Elmbridge

Myself and my mum ordered two hot chocolate’s with marshmallows and whipped cream and they were lovely. We also both had mozzarella and pesto hot paninis and were very hot and cooked to perfection. The young lady who took our order was very welcoming with a lovely smile and a good work attitude. After we had used there toilet facilities I spoke to the Polish woman and thank her for our lovely lunch. She was very happy, professional and polite. Thank you to the staff including the person behind in the kitchen who works very hard. If your in Cobham I would recommend this cafe for a bite to eat. Thank you all yours Lord Butleigh Of Somerset.

I can honestly say that I have never, ever had such an awful coffee. My flat white was like dirty, dishwater. Best coffee in Cobham? I don’t think so!

Went here on a sunny afternoon, and was lucky enough to get one of the outside tables. The staff welcomed dogs inside, but it was easier for all to stay on the pavement. Service was friendly and personable, ordered “puppicino” which was a huge cup of whipped cream and the biggest dog biscuit, which was thoroughly enjoyed! Brownie was excellent. Will return.

Chilled out, pleasant and relaxed venue in which to join others. Smart, clean and tidy inside. Some outdoor seating, at the front. Staff all pleasant. Sets of coffees were good.

My mother and I came to Surrey for a job and stumbled upon this lovely caffe during our break. It was singlehandedly the break breakfast we have ever had. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the food is genuinely to die for. We smashed warm and soft croissants before devouring the best breakfast wrap I’ve ever had the honour of eating. The hot chocolate was absolutely immaculate I would have it on tap if I were rich. Come here for a great meal and a nice comfy place to sit with your family. I will drive all of 2 hours to come here again - I would go through all sorts of stormy weathers just to taste this hot chocolate.

What a pleasure it was to have a hot drink in an independent coffee shop in Cobham yesterday. It's in a great location, easy to park in the large car park and then sit on the sunny side of the street in the autumn sunshine. Keep up the good work Caffee Captital! We need to support our independent businesses and .... I can recommend the Chai Latte with oat milk :) I'll be back!

The best cappuccino in Cobham! I’ve been visiting Capital since it opened and have always had a warm welcome and great service despite Covid restrictions. The coffee and croissants are great. See you tomorrow!

I came in on Bank Holiday Monday. The store was heaving and only one person working! I don’t normally leave reviews but something has to be said. The store is constantly understaffed and the staff are running on fumes. It always seems to be the same barista working for the entire 11 hours. I spoke to her on Monday and she said it was just her that day. Ridiculous, the queue was long and they were still hand making food. The guy that works on Sunday also implied they have to eat while working and there’s no break. How can you justify running a shop and not giving your staff breaks and expecting them to work long hours alone. I’m local and I come in everyday as the coffee is good. Sometimes twice a day, I will not be coming in and supporting a company like this. Absolutely disgraceful and I have the mind to report such business practices. If you want a coffee or cake I’d suggest going to Frego or elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our visit to this coffee shop in Cobham. The toasted sandwiches were delicious and the coffee was some of the best I’ve tasted. Friendly and efficient staff. Will be visiting again.

Definitely recommend. The coffee is so much better than the generic high street coffee shops and the staff were lovely too.

Really nice espresso, well made. Outdoor seats are very comfortable and there was a good bike rack too!

We have a tradition of exploring new coffee shops before work on Fridays and we were so excited to find this gem in the gorgeous suburb of Cobham. We’re big coffee snobs so was a delight to find this amazing spot around the corner. Great family run business with a friendly vibe. Amazing artwork on the walls too. Will be back!!

The coffee here is easily the best in Cobham, and it's great to support a local family-run cafe with owners who live in Cobham rather than the other souless chains which make every UK high street the same.

New business to Cobham (hey have a coffee shop in Claygate I believe), great to see an independent business working hard to keep going despite the 'headwinds' -they bravely opened during 2020 in the middle of Covid! Visited here twice so far, just before the November lockdown and again just after. Really friendly staff, fabulous coffee and good range of cakes and snacks. Very pleasant atmosphere, really hope they keep
