Like clockwork, our breakfast arrives at the office every Friday, bang on 9am. This sort of reliability, so consistently maintained, makes Café88 a standout choice. I opt for their breakfast wrap, a tantalising bundle of goodness. It's not your average greasy spoon wrap; it's grilled, not fried! The allure of Café88 extends beyond their amazing food. If you ever get the chance to visit the café itself, you'd instantly understand why it's a favourite among locals. It's our preferred breakfast spot and comes highly recommended for a wonderful start to the day, but they also have much more on offer, and the Afternoon Tea's/Cheese Board's come highly recommended.

Visited for afternoon tea, with friends we hadn't seen for over a year. The whole experience was amazing, with friendly, efficient service, and some lovely sandwiches and cakes, and the pâté was delicious - this from someone who normally doesn't eat it! Highly recommended.

Me and a friend took advantage of the special offer on for the afternoon tea and we were not disappointed. It was ever so lovely and a real bargain too. Would definitely recommend ☺️

This cafe has a very friendly atmosphere. The food is cooked to order and is delicious. The menu has a great selection of meals and snacks to choose from as well as a good range of drinks. They also cater very well for wedding receptions and events. We sampled there wedding reception catering at our sons reception. The choice of food was perfect and attractively laid out. If you are in Accrington and want a meal this is a place well worth visiting.

My husband and I paid a visit , as I'd found this cafe and was very eager to try !! Oh my, what an afternoon tea !! Absolutely beautiful. All the food was so tasty and fresh ! Staff were lovely too. A must place to visit if you want a lovely atmosphere, fantastic food and great staff !!

Wow. As a last minuet decision I took my nan to Cafe 88 for an afternoon tea for her birthday. Wendy and her staff welcomed us both. She prepared a stunning afternoon tea, variety of sandwiches, cakes and meat selection. Served with a cup of tea/hot chocolate. There was lots and we took some home. Delicious 🤤 100% recommendation coming here. Well in fact I am the follow week for a private function 😚

Can't fault the place. They are happy to mix and match. If you can't find the combo you want on the menu, ask.

14 ladies went for afternoon tea it was wonderful food superb nicely presented staff superb. Will definitely go again.

Brilliant service, couldn’t do enough to look after us. 12 of us turned up after the Accrington race for breakfast and they sorted us all out.

Very friendly staff,good food all locally sourced tables available outside weather permitting an ideal place for cyclists to park up and have something eat and drink.

Excellent food and service, and by far they have the best afternoon teas i have ever had, been a few times and they have never disappointed, will definitely be back again

Nice place and nice staff, order 2 full English was a little disappointed as the mushrooms where just warm. Egg was a little undercooked in the middle. I ask for fried bread and was more like toast.

This is a very friendly cafe with very tasty fresh cooked food. We had the breakfast menu. I had a delicious omelette with tomatoes , mushroom and bacon. My husband had a bacon and egg teacake and our son a full English breakfast. They were all delicious. We would fully recommend this cafe if you are in Accrington

Blessed to have this lovely place on our doorstep. Really friendly, warm and welcoming and the food and drinks are just perfect. We sampled the new veggie burgers today and they were lush! Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
