Llamamos aquí para un desayuno ligero. Es una zona amplia y bien equipada dentro de la librería. Tuvimos té y tostadas para el desayuno a precios razonables. El personal era amable.

Had a lovely experience when I called in for a Latte yesterday. The lady who served me (Annie I think) chatted to me, like a human, suggested things, and went out of her way. I came away feeling I was in her home - not just a customer. She had no idea of how my day was before meeting me, but the rest of my day was full of optimism from meeting her. Thank you for employing people who care!

Voy a volver.

Stopped for a quick coffee in Waterstones and was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly lady serving and I must say the coffee was top notch. Will certainly return as it is a very relaxing atmosphere amongst all the books.

Visited for the first time and was happy to discover the cafe is now fully integrated with Waterstones rather than a franchise: what better than to be s surrounded by books. Pleasant surprise to find they use Fair Trade chocolate in their mocha coffee which tasted good. Delicious triple layer mocha cake and a generous slice. Service promt and efficient despite it being lunch time.Prices very reasonable too.

The seating has been expanded since my last visit. It's tranquil. Papers to read and books to browse. Very good value for money. There is a loyalty card for drinks. Toilets in the store. Great staff. Great food. Often deals on coffee and cake. Do visit, i heartily recommend a visit. Open everyday. I think store hours but do check.

I went there with my girlfriend after buying some books. Lovely and calm cafe surrounded by books as it's located inside Waterstones Bristol.

This place is by far the nicest coffee place I’ve ever been in. Great coffee, thoroughly charming staff, and hugely efficient when busy. Love the place and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. And the cakes are to die for!

Went today as suggested by my niece together with my partner & sister in law & what a pleasant surprise tasty treats a lovely helpful employee called Agneta who had time to chat & give helpful information, visited Clara’s cottage & I was back in time to my childhood how wonderful that was. Loved the handmade crafts we will be back that’s for sure & it was lovely to find a disabled bay outside the museum Thank you

A high standard pub with a nice interior and wood and glass dining room extension filled with natural light. Large garden with lots of tables. Tasty food that was far more adventurous than standard pub fare. Right next door to Thatchers Brewery. Quiet on a Monday lunchtime. Would happily return
