Cafe Victoria in Southend-on-Sea

Maybe I caught them on an off day, beans cold tinned tomato cold plate cold egg hard cheap sausage chips not served as a side as requested.an english

I eat in many fab' restaurants so can't really give a Café 5 stars... but maybe I should. The Victoria Cafe in the Victoria Shopping Centre, Southend on Sea is a great place to get a day going. I've had a few late start days this week and went here for a decent breakfast. Waitress service, fresh cooked food and service with a smile. I'm not tall enough for Café breakfast every day but when I'm in town and can manage it that's where I head. Lovely... thanks to the team.

Everytime I come to Southend I come here the staff are friendly and the food is great. Plus if your a big elvis fan then this is the cafe for you, they always play a elvis movie on the TV and he's music. Highly recommend just walk out of Southend victoria Station up the eleclator and it's the first building on your left

Couldn't fault the staff or service , was all very clean efficient and extra precautions were taken to ensure safety standards were met , would highly recommend

we came to this restaurant for a spot of lunch! the customer service was spectacular and we couldn't fault the food! We would highly recommend the visit!

A cafe serving well cooked food rapidly after ordering. The gentleman who served me was polite and helpful. The food arrived quite quickly well cooked and well presented (bacon slightly firm, but that’s personal choice).

This café has been here since the 80's and has changed hands a few times over the years. I enjoyed one of the best burgers I've had for ages here, also the chips were so nice, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The café has an Elvis theme and Elvis music playing which gives the café a nice feel even though I'm not a fan of Elvis!

Every time i have visited i have enjoyed the food and atmosphere . I love the Elvis theme and memorabilia and staff always polite and friendly.

We chose to order a 2 Hot Chocolates with Cream, and 2 Ham & Cheese Omelettes served with Chips and Coleslaw, all came to £16.80. Great Service. Would definitely recommend.

Lunch, Husband had a full monty breakfast. Good value. I had onion omelette this was soft inside, tasty, the very best I have even eaten

Meals here always a cut above café meals. Smiling service. Everything cooked to order. What's not to love. A regular for me.

Three of us went for a late lunch today. My friend described it as a cafe with Elvis - it was one of her late husband Raymond's favourite places to eat in Southend and I can see why. An old Elvis movie was showing quietly in the background. I enjoyed a cheese omelette with salad and coleslaw, could have had fries at no extra cost, and a lovely mug of tea. Really nice, relaxed atmosphere and very good service. The omelette was delicious, freshly made and nicely presented. My lunch cost £6.10 Excellent value. Loved it and will be returning very soon.

it's a small and smart cafe. I have been there few times. Their breakfast delicious and nicely presented. Especially omelettes are quite nice...

This was our second visit and our initial feeling that this is a good cafe was confirmed. There is an Elvis feel to the place, with music from The King and his contemporaries playing gently in the background and a movie on silent. There is a sitting area - if you're only in for a coffee - as well as the usual spotlessly clean tables. The staff are efficient and the food well cooked. I had my standard tomatoes and mushroom on toast while OH went for beans and egg on toast; beautifully hot and well presented. The toast was not soggy. Will definitely go back for a 3rdand 4th visit.

i went here all week and was very happy with waht it was like really liked and will go back. the food was nice and it was at a good price.
