Brilliant to find an old fashioned bakery where the food is so fresh and hot. Above Brilliant! Is the service, went there yesterday and returned today as service with a smile and postive disposition rate these days. Great little bit of shade out the front to break up a seafront walk too Well done and Thank you

The staff are lovely and the rolls are so fresh I would definitely recommend anyone to go here .

Nice sandwiches, pie's, even cooked bacon and sausage baguettes, rolls. Some tasty cakes on show, though the doughnuts only have icing sugar on, shame. Friendly staff

Best place on the seafront to grab a roll to eat on the beach and really lovely bread and cakes as well. Has been here forever, my grandad got bread here and now I come with my children! 5* food hygiene too :)

Good friendly service with good breads and produce. Been using this bakery for 40 yrs and still going strong.

I used to come to this bakery a couple of times a week but it has changed hands, it isn't really a bakery at all any more. It is just a place for the workers to come in and pick up a cup of coffee. i went in the shop to buy some sausage rolls, a cream bun and a thick sliced granary loaf. The reply was ' Sorry, no sausage rolls at the moment, sorry we don't do granary bread, sorry we don't do cream cakes. I asked for a white loaf thck cut as a last resort but the answer was 'our machine only does thin and medium! What else do I need to say!

An excellent independent bakery.

All bread and cakes made on site. Sandwiches and rolls made in front of you. Great selection. I had corned beef, wife had tuna salad. So huge and nice. Kids had some hot pies and we all had a cake. There's a table outside and an area in to stand at. Tea and coffee available too. Lovely ladies running the place. Plenty of locals dropping whilst passing by and buying stuff, clearly a well loved bakers. Not surprised as there's not many places as good as this these days. Ideal for a quick bite to take away and enjoy on the front. Such good value too.

Fantastic Bakery superb breads, cakes, pies and pasties at very reasonable prices. Service was excellent will visit again when in the area. Could show Subway a thing or two and definitely embarrass Starbucks! Go and see for yourself.

A nice old fashion bakers makes a change from the plastic tasting Greggs, I hope it survives as it is because shops like these are few and far between.

Poor Customer Service ordered a bacon barm and the bacon was raw with fat dripping of it on undercooked bread

Love the Malt loaf, so tasty, bread pudding is excellent too. Love to go at weekends to get my bread for the weekend.

I've been going to this bakers for years. The bread and cakes are always fresh and taste great. There is a large selection of sandwich fillings and which are freshly made. If you are having a day at the seafront with kids, you can feed the family here for a great cheap price compared to everywhere else on the sea front but the food is still good!
