This small out-of-the-way cafe is run by the 6th form students from Billing Brook School, Northampton. The menu offered is light meals, e.g. jacket potatoes, sandwiches, baguettes etc. with a good variety of fillings including vegetarian options. The coffee is delicious and the home-made cakes looked good, but I resisted. The atmosphere is inviting, with a lovely outdoor area, and the whole place is spotlessly clean, The staff and their tutors are really nice, and very attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are local or visiting Northampton and would like a quiet out of the town centre (Eastern District) bite to eat. I look forward to my next visit. Open Mon-Thurs 9.30-14.30.

235 Wellingborough RoadThis coffee house has a lovely atmosphere to it. With careful lighting and artwork displayed it has a sophisticated feel. The staff are helpful, patient and understanding. Meals are well presented and balanced and I got two and a half cups of tea out of the pot, so very good for value.

Acre Lane, Northampton NN2 8BN EnglandWent for breakfast on a Saturday not busy at all, it’s changed to buffet service there was no eggs when asked for them 15 mins later they brought out 4 we were a party of 7, then when the eggs came out there were no plates, had to ask twice that was another 5 mins they hadn’t warmed them I wouldn’t return for breakfast again the service was poor no one seemed to care that we were waiting so long for basic service

176 Wellingborough RoadHave eaten here many times and it remains one of my favourite restaurants in Northampton. Staff are always very friendly and attentive. Love the range and quality of food. Their onion bhaji scotch egg is a stand-out dish!
