Cafe Seven in Lewes

Visited for an all day breakfast. First time visit which came by chance as we was on our way to a different cafe and decided to try this one instead as more local. It was very quiet when we arrived which suited us for today, but, I'd imagine it gets busy as the food is decent and not badly priced. Nice little cafe and will definitely use more ofter now we have tried it. Veggie options if you're that way inclined. Edit; Have been back several times and it has become my go to cafe for whenever I'm in Seaford or just fancy a full English. Always made to feel very welcome each time. Can't fault it..

Stinks oil inside. Kitchen, toilet doors opened. All my clothing soaks in oil smell! Tea mugs need to be clean properly as it stained with previously made tea! 3 stars . Fair enough

The full English breakfast was simply delicious, the coffee great too. Nice service. What more could you want? The decor and style of this type of place, in my opinion, is not important. I recommend!

They need an extractor fan in the kitchen that works, the smell of cooking oil is horrendous.

Been in Seaford a week , tried a handful of restaurants and cafes . This is the best . Food really looked well presented , non greasy , good quality sausages and bacon . A really good price . Full English with mug of tea £7.30 . It might be a cafe but it is quality . Had a special offer of main meal for £6.00 . There are still bargains around .

Yes OK so it's not on the menu board, it doesn't come with vegan bacon, vegan pancakes and scrambled tofu like at The Breakfast club in Brighton but it's still an excellent vegan breakfast with sausages, avocado, tomatoes, mushroom, beans, hash brown, lashings of toast, free coffee and MARMITE! Very good, very good value and served with a smile. You'll get nothing like this at the local premiere Inn so treat yourself

Delicious home cooked food at a reasonable price. MY wife and i had the cottage pie, fresh peas and carrot and it was great. My son had the Lasagne with Garlic bread, salad and coleslaw which he said was very tasty. I will certainly be coming back to Cafe Seven

Been in for the first time this week while staying in Brighton. The food was really nice and the service was first class. We went back for a second time and will visit again next time we are staying in Brighton. Great value for money. The sausages and bacon were simply to die for cooked to perfection.

Whenever I go to Seaford, I always eat at Cafe Seven. Friendly service, tasty food (my favourite is their lasagne), and fair price.

Ordered a Seaford STC (Sausage tomato cheese!) baguette and it was one of the best I've had in ages, so good. Wonderful place and people!

Been here a few times, the owner is a lovely guy and an all round great cook however, his choice of staff are less than to desired. I walked into a nearly empty cafe with two work colleagues and the lady who served us refused to sit us together as the only table of four was taken. The suggestion of moving one chair was apparently asking too much and seen as a very unsuitable solution. The lady is clearly a sandwich short of a picnic! DO NOT VISIT IF THERE IS MORE THAN TWO OF YOU!

At GBP 4.95 the cost was approaching the upper end of the range of prices for bacon sandwiches. It was good.
