Cafe Rouge in Bedford

Ella and Halle went so far above and beyond and really made our night. My boys are fussy eaters and wanted pizza and they arranged to get them and bought them from another restaurant. Not only that they were so nice and made our meal and whole evening with their kindness. Highly reccomend. Thank you Ella and Halle!

Would like to thank Amelia and all the other girls working the Sunday shift! seriously fantastic food! And even better service! I cannot remember the girl who served us to start with but she was so polite and professional! And then the meal was fished off perfectly with a free sticky toffee pudding! And Amelia’s lovely conversation! She was very informative , professional and great conversationist 👌🏽

Came with kids and parents. Fast and attentive service. Food was exactly as expected (I didn’t expect Michelin Star) burger was ok, duck fell of the bone. Steak was nicely cooked but not fantastic. Kids veggies were a bit butchered, deserts probably highlight. Small soft play kept the kids busy. Good family evening out, accepting the prices are slightly higher knowing you are in centre parcs.

Ended up here most evenings as limited selection at center Parcs. However, we were really glad to be coming each night. Totally unexpectedly it was fab. Good home cooked style food and excellent staff. Really good experience.

Carlos was fabulous, we got a birthday desert and he was so friendly with the big group of us, we’re so grateful. Great food and great company x

I didn’t expect much from seeing the reviews, but our dinner was delicious. Our best meal was at Cafe Rouge from our whole stay. Food was lovely and hot also. Service was good. Couldn’t complain about anything.

Had an average to poor meal there tonight. Considering the prices charged (£22 for a 8oz sirloin steak and chips with some rocket drizzled with balsamic), the steak was very chewy and lots of gristle. Garlic prawn starter was slightly better but bread with it was drying out. Staff were friendly enough but place was filthy, sticky tables, toilets were a bit grim and the staff had to be asked to provide cutlery. The previous night we went to Amalfi at CP, very busy, food slightly better and much better service. Wouldn’t go to cafe rouge again but only booked as couldn’t get in for a curry.

We enjoyed a very pleasant experience this afternoon… The food was delicious… the drinks quick… the service spot on. We was welcomed by the manager who also took our orders. Lovely lady with a big smile… Its sad cafe rouges are few & far between now… great to see this one in centre parks…

It was ok. Kids menu limited and portions not big enough for a 7 and 9 year old. No steak available. Sea bass with chips nice but again not that filling. Probably least favourite meal while away at Center Parcs.

Very poor ,as its franchised by centre Parcs it’s very below standard expected ,waitress got my main course wrong ordered the Demi poult with fries but got duck with potatoes :) Anyway my final complaint not really dealt with properly so very very disappointed ,still here till Friday and have las iguanas booked tomorrow let’s hope there is hope :) Catering manager needs address this and train more in depts !

Had two visits here once for lunch, once for dinner. Both excellent! We both love the mussels so had them for lunch, wonderful. Very good service. Returned for dinner, a delicious chicken dish. Good quality food and a nice atmosphere

Went for Xmas dinner 2023 was amazing plates were full loads of turkey and all the trimmings portion sizes were huge more than enough Service was amazing as well massive shout out to Vyte was amazing nothing was to much trouble and did everything to make our lunch memorable Even got a doggy bag to take back to the lodge while yes it’s not cheap for Xmas day well Worth it every penny thank you

Amazing customer service - so friendly and super kind to the children. The best part was the live music performance by Tom and Kyra - unexpected but certainly welcome. Shame they hid away in the kitchen - but at least we got to hear them!!

Fantastic customer service from Emma our host. She was professional attentive and eficient. We all enjoyed our experience and if we visit Centre Parcs again we'll be back.

Our waitress Aliyah was wonderful tonight. We came in as a party of 5 and she was extremely attentive. Although my steak was slightly overcooked she was understanding and was able to have it replaced which ended up being so much better! Would defo come again!

Exceptional experience at Cafe Rouge, Service + Food was of sheer excellence! We were so pleased to see a Cafe Rouge in Woburn Center Parcs as they are a rare gem these days! The most warm welcome and smiles across the faces of the two lovely ladies with whom I assume were the male and female managers who were back and forth (Also full of smiles!) making sure that their employees had full assistance for breakfast on Friday. Wonderful service and food! We simply had a wonderful experience at Cafe Rouge so thank you to all!

Whilst staying at Woburn Forest we ate at Cafe Rouge one night. Our waitress, Mia, was excellent, the food was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

We came here on a last morning for breakfast. Seated no problem, our waitress Emma was very accommodating with our nut allergy, very friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and made the experience very positive. Food was quick and hot which is alway good. Nothing was too much trouble when wanting to switch things around on the breakfasts which made it easier. Would defo come back.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sienna tonight. Kind, courteous and very lovely manner. They served us with great patience, our children were very tired and slightly mad but they were smiling throughout. Thank you

The food at Cafe Rouge is something different from the rest of the options at Centre Parcs. Mia, the waitress who looked after us was fantastic. Very helpful and attentive. Food was good, as was the drink and desert.

The park is quite a lot smaller than Longleat so a bike isn't really necessary. All the staff are really nice and helpful. Sienna in Cafe Rouge was just lovely and always a had a smile on her face while serving. It has all the usual Cebtrw Parcs facilities with proces to match! The food is generally average at best for prices I'd pay in a half decent restaurant. Alcohol is London prices, for example, almost £7 a pint of lager or ipa, so be prepared! We stayed in a hotel room which had a kitchenette. This is really useful to stock up on incidentals etc. My partner enjoys Centre Parcs more than me to be honest but it's good if you're prepared to pay a quite a lot of money for everything.

Fantastic time from start to finish The female manager had the most contagious smile and an aura around her of pinks and yellows when she greeted us We were served by a wonderful waitress too who made sure we were always kept happy We booked for Saturday evening and enjoyed chicken in a white mushroom sauce and a duck which were both just delightful. A very happy atmosphere :-)

Really good, went with my husband and 2 kids, had great service from the waiter Donna. The food was really nice and all the staff seemed to work really hard. Nice to have in a place like centre parcs. I would really recommend it. The food came quite quickly too. 😊

Food was very good! The portion sizes were a little on the small side, but apart from that we really enjoyed it. Special mention to our waitress Aliyah. Decent unfussy French basic diner food. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent service from waitresses that understood the need to get a beer on the table very quickly for a frazzled single mum having driven through a monsoon from London. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
