Spot on with the spicy veg pizza and the pepperoni pizza👍 milkshake was top notch Ordered in the shop and was made straight away. Staff were friendly and polite🙂

I honestly can't believe people rate this place. Awful pizza. In fact, was it even a pizza base?? Zero taste to it and swimming in cheese. 2 members of staff looked at me from behind the counter while I was waiting and didn't even acknowledge me. The place is a dive... pizza boxes, drinks, rubbish everywhere in the 'waiting area' so I just had to stand awkwardly in the middle of it all. And then I noticed how mouldy the drinks fridge was. Wow.

Frequently order pizzas from here. Can’t fault them. Really tasty and prompt delivery by Dave. It’s always good to have food delivered by someone with a happy smile. If we’ve ever had a problem, they do everything to resolve it quickly.

Friday night takeaway treat and the pizza and garlic bread was fabulous. Delivery was swift considering it’s a Friday evening and Dave who delivered it was friendly and polite. Definitely recommend.

took nearly 2 hours for the food to come. the lady on the phone was lovely. but she either lied or the delivery man is taking too many orders at a time as he took over 40 mins to deliver the food (apperently!) when arrived most thefood was lukewarm if that and the ice cream and milkshake had started to melt . very disappointing.

Food was late arriving, had asked for an update on time and they were late on that time as well. The food itself was cold, very greasy and salty. The first order with them was lovely with no issues, but this second order was awful. Won't be back.

Normally a totally adequate if not over priced take away. Tonight just rediculous. Food over priced. Human order taker couldn't even give me the time of day...drifted off midway through conversation to chat about something else. Mediocre food that has outstayed it's welcome.

First time we’ve tried cafe pizzeria and what can I say. From the start it arrived 30 minutes earlier than the time specified, Dave the delivery driver was very polite and went out his way to fetch me a menu, 5 star driver in my opinion. The food, well there’s none left so that said it all, the homemade coleslaw went down well with the wife and pizzas were Devine, not greasy, not dry just lovely. These are now our go to pizza place, Delivered to clawson from cotgrave, great service. Andy savage

I've ordered pizzas and kebabs plenty of times before and have always been happy with the delivery times and food quality. Can get a little busier, hence slower, over the weekend, but that's expected. Definitely worth using their own website if ordering online rather than 3rd party takeaway websites. My last order stated delivery time of 50 mins but kebabs showed up with Dave only 25 mins later :) happy chappy

Extremely disappointing experience! 👎🏻The customer service was abysmal, and the pizza was a disaster. I ordered takeaway, the pizza was burnt, bitter, and had a cardboard-like crust - not safe to eat. Absolutely waste of money and time. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff response was disappointing.🙁 I will never buy food from here again. The lack of quality control and customer care is staggering. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The replay given to my review is absolutely rubbish,no fare!!!!!!!!!! in what basis the owner said I reheat the pizza, i didn't said that, I order nearly 7.15 pm and I back to the shop around 7.45 pm and raise my issues. In what basis you said i reheat extra large pizza?????? When I speak to the staff they said they can't do anything, they didn't mentioned about refund and behavior was wrong. I buy extra large pizza and it was a disaster, not recommended to anyone, in the review already somebody submitted same issues. Very poor customer service.
