Normally a totally adequate if not over priced take away. Tonight just rediculous. Food over priced. Human order taker couldn't even give me the time of day...drifted off midway through conversation to chat about something else. Mediocre food that has outstayed it's welcome.

Fave place to order from in Nottingham. Our address isnt the easiest to find so apperciate the driver amin calling us and waiting a while for us to get out. 5 out of 5 for the food

I didn't realise how far out this take out was to where I live, probably why it was late, however the food was really good and would definitely recommend.

Great quality food, arrived fresh and warm and the portions were plentiful. I was impressed the with the timing of the delivery and the delivery driver John (Amin) was really polite and patient with us getting to the door.

I've ordered pizzas and kebabs plenty of times before and have always been happy with the delivery times and food quality. Can get a little busier, hence slower, over the weekend, but that's expected. Definitely worth using their own website if ordering online rather than 3rd party takeaway websites. My last order stated delivery time of 50 mins but kebabs showed up with Dave only 25 mins later :) happy chappy

Extremely disappointing experience! 👎🏻The customer service was abysmal, and the pizza was a disaster. I ordered takeaway, the pizza was burnt, bitter, and had a cardboard-like crust - not safe to eat. Absolutely waste of money and time. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff response was disappointing.🙁 I will never buy food from here again. The lack of quality control and customer care is staggering. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The replay given to my review is absolutely rubbish,no fare!!!!!!!!!! in what basis the owner said I reheat the pizza, i didn't said that, I order nearly 7.15 pm and I back to the shop around 7.45 pm and raise my issues. In what basis you said i reheat extra large pizza?????? When I speak to the staff they said they can't do anything, they didn't mentioned about refund and behavior was wrong. I buy extra large pizza and it was a disaster, not recommended to anyone, in the review already somebody submitted same issues. Very poor customer service.

We order from this pizza place a lot, and today was abit different. The fries were soggy, and the cheese had almost completely come off the pizza leaving half with just tomato on it.

Second time ordering from here and it has taken nearly 1hr 45 to come on a Tuesday night. When trying to contact the number to complain no answer a shame because food is of a good standard however cannot wait that long every time we order. Owner rang back and said he would replace order in full next time. We then rang back a couple of days later, and the owner said he couldn't remember saying that and he would only replace 1 pizza. shocking service deffo won't be using this takeaway again.

It’s still not here! 2 hrs after ordering. System says enjoy your food, but as yet that’s impossible. No idea on the quality, hope it’s worth the wait. Initial deliver time was 20:15 and then bumped to 20:40-21:00. I called at 20:40 to ask and they said soon after 21:00. It’s now 21:16 and no sign of the food at all. Small children to feed and really starting hangry.

Waited an hour and a half for a just about warm pizza, and whilst tasty, the chicken wings were like warm at best. I ordered two cans of Fanta orange, they sent Fanta lemon. I detest lemon drinks, so that was a waste of money. Overall. Disappointing. Won’t be using this company again.

First time ordering anything from here as I normally make my own pizzas but fancied a change. The pizza was very good and tasty. My wife had the chicken burger and she also thought it was good. Well done. I'll certainly be back again.

All the food was cold. If you like French fries you'll love the takeaway. Had the burger been warm it would be amazing. Chicken burnt and cold. First and last time I will use them. Just ordered the best pizza ever. Garlic bread with mushroom and cheese. Awesome.
