Cafe OCHO in Warrington

Went for breakfast not a customer sat down, ordered 2 small breakfasts , we would have to wait 30 + minutes as they had orders to make! Surely customers IN your cafe should come first!

The best breakfast in Warrington, by far. Cooked with love, made with fine ingredients- top notch place, great staff and fantastic food!

A fantastic place for a hearty breakfast, a warming soup (get there early or phone in beforehand to avoid disaapoint) and eight brilliant triple-decker sandwiches with wonderful names. And very friendly, helpful staff and equally friendly customers.

Stunning coronation chicken sandwich!! I stumbled across this whilst on a lunch walk at work and it's a gem!

Had a nicely cooked breakfast with great quality sausages and black pudding. Portion was big and cost was very reasonable.

What a little gem/ having had to bring my car for a new windscreen to Woolstone the garage recommended the OCHO 8 - I can highly recommend - great ambience / Boho chic- a lovely ambience - very busy - Waitress Suzanne helpful friendly and welcoming- breakfast A1 excellent produce cooked well And served with some much welcome chit chat Would highly recommend this great Cafe 👏

Seen the article in Warrington guardian so gave it a try what a lovely place the food was freshly cooked and good quality it a small cafe but there is seats outside and they do takeaway staff were lovely food good value the only tiny downside it’s very dim lighting and the menu is dark so used light on phone to read will definitely go again

We often get our office lunches from here. Sandwiches made fresh in front of you. Good quality ingredients and always so tasty! I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you all at Ocho!

Great little cafe, close to the motorway. Stopped for breakfast after a Manchester Airport drop off. Nice bacon sarnies, great coffee, very friendly. Lovely relaxed decor and atmosphere, wish we lived closer but certainly worth a detour off the motorway

Great little cafe, all the staff are really friendly and helpful the food and drinks are very tasty.. only problem was why are 2 people sitting on a table for 4 when there is ample room for everyone leaving big groups without a seat

Had a gorgeous salted caramel latte as per usual on my walk today. Me and my friend decided to treat ourselves today to a breakfast. I had a bacon, brie and cranberry pannini. It was absolutely delicious. Can't wait for my walk next week. 😊

Went for a walk whilst the car was in for a service. Was planning about 30 mins to the Holiday Inn but decided to try my luck down a bit of a blind alley due to wind and hailstones. Fortunately came across Cafe Ocho within 10 minutes. It’s very welcoming with a cosy and homely feel. Staff are very friendly and I think they knew everybody who came in, apart from me. Great choice of breakfasts, sandwiches and salads. Prices are extremely reasonable. There’s seating for about 20 max but probably 14 is more realistic and comfortable. There’s a steady flow of what seemed to be regulars picking up their orders as it’s obviously a popular takeaway. I don’t know the area so not sure how much local competition there is but they are definitely doing something right. Just to reiterate, this is not a greasy spoon cafe but a nice surprise and definitely a place to go in out of the cold.

My friends had been before but I hadn’t. I was shocked to see how busy it was. People nearly queuing to the door, but most were for take outs. Always a good sign.We luckily got a table. Had to queue for a while to give our order, but then the food and drinks were brought to us. I had the breakfast panini with cheese. It was lovely but a little lacking in the sausage department. My friends had rather large salads which they really enjoyed. All in all what more could you ask for? Lovely food, drinks and staff, they got the hat trick.

Popped in on my way to Manchester. Great menu and friendly welcoming service. Enjoyed the food and experience and felt that this little cosy place deserved a good mention. Credit where credits due....keep on...really enjoyed it and will return for sure.

I came In for a full English, id like to start by saying the food it’s self was nice. HOWEVER, the portion size wasn’t the best I was still peckish after it and for £6.50 I would say it’s massively over priced.

Lovely cafe with very welcoming staff. The chicken and bacon salad was fresh, tasty and filling. My husband enjoyed a delicious toasted club sandwich. The coffee came in proper mugs and was really good. Altogether a lovely experience in an unusual little cafe. Will definitely go again!

Fab little place, full of families, friends, and today footballers. Lovely atmosphere, which meant we stayed longer than planned to have another coffee (perfect skinny flat white and decaf cappuccino!) Our breakfast was great too, perfect poached eggs and avo, served by lovely staff, attentive, friendly, but then left us to have a good old natter. Our first visit, won’t be our last.

Took a quick detour off M6 heading to Lake District to head to this amazing cafe. Huge variety of freshly prepared salads & sandwiches. Had the ‘superfood’ salad and it was delicious. Large portions, friendly staff and great value. Excellent

We veared off the M6 for some lunch and found this place thanks to Trip Advisor and it was really good. Great range of options, sandwiches, soups, salads, paninis everything. And the prices were great too, sandwiches from £2.50. We had a great salad for about £6

I really don’t want to review this for purely selfish reasons - I want to keep it all to myself! I love it in here. The people, the atmosphere, the concrete tables, the fairy lights, the delicious food at great prices......

I did think about not writing a review for fear of not being able to get a table next time I visit! The food quality and service were both excellent. I actually think they should be charging more for the quality full English my wife and I had this morning. I would have preferred wholemeal toast but that’s just personal preference.

Lovely little cafe near Warrington in Woolston. Serves organic coffee. Americano much better than espresso personally. Had poached eggs and avocado last week and the same dish but with scrambled eggs this week. £3.50 for the main only. Totally £6 to 6.30. Very reasonable and nice staff. Pay it a visit you won’t be disappointed

Cafe Ocho is a quirky little place with a friendly atmosphere. Always busy! We have enjoyed breakfast her a few times - the full English is lovely and the breakfast burrito is very tasty! Everything is reasonably priced! There is an extensive menu and the sandwiches are fab! Only down side is the cafe closes early afternoon so check opening times before visiting

Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection, at a great price. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is on point. I don't live nearby, but if I did I would be a regular! The coffee is spot on too.

One-of-a-kind – excellent food, excellent price, service with a smile and pretty quick. A visual display of meats and salad to takeaway or eat inside, extremely flexible according to your request. The very best of luck, it is everything we have needed in this area.

I go out once a week with friends for coffee. We always try to find somewhere new. Ocho was out latest find. We will be going back again. We all had something different, everything was very good. It's a breakfast and lunch place. The staff were very friendly. All our food was excellent. Only small, so seating is limited, very busy by lunch time. But they do food to go. Very impressed.

Went for breakfast at this little quirky cafe with lads from work. Ordered the poached eggs with avacado on toast which the ladies tailored to liking with some chilli and spinach. Was amazing! Some of the other lads ordered the breakfast which all looked like it was fresh meat from the butchers and what you’d probably call a gourmet breakfast. Very well priced and lovely fast and friendly service in a very clean and “trendy” setting. Will be back every time we work in the area 110%! Thanks girls!

I was feeling lazy on Saturday morning but wanted a proper breakfast. ( Where shall I go, What shall I do?). I had seen this cafe when I went to the hairdressers a little while ago. I parked outside the premises, when I got inside it looked like there was no tables available, I was asked by the very friendly staff if I was OK, I replied that I was and would like to order a breakfast, they pointed out that a table was free in the corner, if I was OK with that they would clean it and take my order. I can be quite fussy with breakfast, but my order arrived exactly how I requested, nothing was too much trouble. The staff are very polite, friendly and above all make you feel welcome. Meals are very reasonably priced and I would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone but only if I can have a seat whenever I go. Why would anyone recommend somewhere only to find they can't get served themselves next time they go.

Not just a sandwich bar that has lots of tasty artisan sandwiches to choose from but the salads, soups and omelettes are to die for here with lots of healthy scrumptious dishes on offer the girls never fail to serve with a friendly smile, get the order CORRECT every time busy or not. No waiting and the prices are spot on for the quality food! I have been going since they opened and can’t recommend them enough! Even when we move premises I will still travel to Cafe Ocho - HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saturday morning, raining and two hours to wait for someone in Woolston- well the cloud soon had a silver lining once I found Cafe Ocho. Coffee was a fresh nice roast and perfect temperature, bacon on toast was spot on, good quality and an ample serving. The place has a lovely atmosphere and a real mix of customers - families, older couples, groups of young men on the way to football and a few more solos like me. I’m looking forward to the next time, would highly recommend.

Recommended by work colleague. Had the full English breakfast. Impressed with the quality of ingredients. No cheap sausages here. Very reasonably priced. Sandwich menu looks very interesting . Will be back next week.

We live down the road from Cafe OCHO and always have to get breakfast from here when we have people visiting, it's fab! We've also had lunch here a couple of time, and the food is the same high quality. If ordering food to take away it's a good idea to preorder by phone, as it can get a little busy (because it's so popular!).

I had been walkking in the nearby Woolston Park when I came across the cafe I had never noticed before. Callled in for a latte but returned for lunch!! Alovely plaCE, BUSY WITH LOCALS CALLING IN FOR LUNCH... a great menu.

When this cafe opened locally I was sceptical because of its position but having used it recently as a convenience (busy with sickness in the family) we have visited more regularly. Great food great atmosphere handy takeaway items and the "proper coffee" is one of the best I have ever tasted. Well worth a visit.

My partner and I visited Ocho for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the full English breakfast for £5 each which also comes with a large tea or coffee and 2 rounds of toast - great value for money! Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious, particularly the sausages. I often find that cheap sausages are served with a full English, but not here - the sausages were gorgeous. Service was friendly and swift and the decor and ambience was great.

Un pequeño escondite den para conseguir un buen café. La decoración es de estilo retro y acogedor aunque el ambiente puede ser estropeada por la puerta esté abierta por todo el mundo. A veces se siente como un patio otras veces parece mucho más acogedor constructores. La zona necesita lugares como el café ocho y espero que esto se quede.

As a very regular visitor to this local gem where quality, innovation and great customer service are standard I had to share my experience of today-s delight from Nigel's cake display I had the coffee and orange cake light as a feather, baked with love and a take out treat complete with a chocolate segment topper, generous portion I could have shared but I am not that generous only wish I had had time to eat it in with a cup of their yummy coffee but at least it gives me something to look forward to tomorrow

A local gem almost too good to share. Although the dam lane shopping parade is not a glamorous location it does provide accessibility with amble parking not just in front of the shops but also a full car park at the back of the venue. Once inside the vibe is friendly and welcoming would not be out of place in Stockton Heath, Didsbury or Chicago without the high prices and jet lag. The background music is eclectic but conducive to conversation with a crowd ranging from mums and tots , lively senior citizens , local builders/trades and middle aged women on their own like me. With everything freshly made with great produce at great value prices it’s an affordable daily treat for locals like me and people using the A49 and Junction 21A of the M6 take a small detour and have a decent rest stop without the cost of a service station experience, With exceptional standards of customer service and a comprehensive menu from an exceptional range of cooked breakfasts and soups to speciality sandwiches and salads, I rarely resist a take home treat from the great range displayed in Nigel's hand crafted cake display cabinet, other examples of his designs are in the decor and seating with an amusing touch of Fred Flintstone’s style. If you are bringing a four pawed friend there is limited outside seating a la Barcelona without the need for sun block. Swift counter service can get very busy but always worth a moments wait

Really big fan of Cafe Ocho, really tasty sandwiches and lovely decor. My only suggestion would be to add some vegan sandwich options to the menu, as I am becoming vegan soon and won't be able to return to Cafe Ocho (which I am upset about!) I do think it would appeal to a certain market that the cafe has somewhat overlooked.

Me constantemente buscando alternativas para el forraje incorporar nos ofrecieron en la calle alta y Café Ocho es lo mejor, es sin duda la mejor tienda de café en la zona y es por muchas razones. En su mayoría es que hacer con la comida y el café, las cuales son excepcionales. Frescas, abundante y bien de precio. También es que hacer con la decoración, que es en su mayoría palletwood reclamó que parece increíble. Las chicas que trabajan allí son matrimonios y te hacen sentir como en casa, este es un arte perdido en los días de tiendas corporativas de café.La música que tocaban discretamente en el fondo es perfecta de arte alternativo, alma y clásicos folky.

Esta cafetería parece un poco diferente a la cuchara típica de grasa, Sin embargo pan bastante pesado demasiado calor por vía láctea café y una extraña menú hacen que sea una experiencia que no desean repetir. Unos resultados en las puertas clasificación de higiene de sólo 3 es algo que me hubiera gustado tener registrado antes de comer. En el lado positivo el personal es bastante amable y la selección de osos de peluche además pueden hacer de este un caf local razonable para las familias con niños pequeños a bajar en.

First time here for me, the sandwiches were very nice, nothing fancy but okay, not keen that the staff handled cash with the gloves on and made food with same gloves on, money is the filthiest thing you can handle so hygiene issue here, staff very friendly, good for a basic lunch with no extras.
