What a fab find! This place was recommended by our Air bnb hosts. The food was AMAZING! The scallops in particular were so tasty and the chicken, lamb and salmon mains were wonderful! Very reasonably priced too and the atmosphere was a lovely relaxed holiday feel. The service too was brilliant! Would absolutely recommend and we look forward to visiting again when in the area.

One of the nicer cafe / diners in the area. Gets very busy in the sun. Don't tell anyone about it or it'll get busier! :)

Good place to have breakfast and coffee. The place was a bit busy when I been there so I had to order couple of times to get all what I want but it was pretty straightforward. Recommend in a sunny day as is close to the beach

Stopped for a coffee and an ice-cream for my grandson. The new outside service counter is a bonus.

Great little beach-side venue. Lunch service stops at 2.30 pm, but you can get take-out from the kiosk. Fish fingers sandwich and the chips were particularly noteworthy.

Fantastic place to have breakfast, food was lovely, hot cooked well and not too long to wait. Coffee also very yummy. Staff helpful and polite. Only note is the bread was pretty poor for the toast. A nice bloomer or sourdough would have made it much tastier. We sat inside, atmosphere very comfortable and nice inside. Will be back

Seemed very popular so thought I'd give it a try but sad to say I was disappointed as the food was not up to standard, other customers pushed in front of you to get seats. Good location but slow service.

Lovely coffee and cake in the beach

OMG!!! I thought... just another front beach cafe ... You'd expect bad expresso, everage food at high cost.... WRONG! never had such a flavourful dish in places like this. The crunchy skin in the salmon was superb and the fish cooked just right. The mash and asparagus were dressed and seasoned properly not just on top. The expresso was full of flavour and body (Italian barista I bet!) The stuff very kind and courteous. The salmon dish in the picture was just 17£ Please don't miss this place!

We had a wonderful evening at the cafe Oasis. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere and ambience was lovely. Good choice of menu. Our food was delicious. We were advised well regarding our choice of main meal which swayed my husband towards the spicier dish Excellent customer service. We've booked again!!

We stopped for a rest after walking along the pebble beach. A lovely popular place served a very welcome cuppa. The food menu was really good. Lots of fish dishes. Next time👍🏻

A Nice little place. Thinking it can get busy depending on the time. Parking ain't to bad if you are early. Thinking packed out quite quickly when it's busy as parking is slightly limited. REASONS FOR THE 4⭐ Rating is the fact I could not find a bin out front ? Carpark ? At all.

A superb cafe by the beach with the best view, friendly service and great local dishes.

It's painful to write this but as much as i love the location (we live 100 yards away) it's just not up to scratch for breakfast in a very competitive town. Poor quality ingredients, no mushrooms and no amendments (I understand that with it being a busy cafe) there are much better places in town and locally which is such a shame as this really could be a jewel. For lunch, we love the place but the breakfast is consistently not good enough. Had a sausage and mushroom baguette recently and had to leave half, my client also not happy with theirs. Staff are generally great, coffee is good, lunch is fine, breakfast needs improving.

On the beach. Not unique but best I've visited. An early morning visit works so well. And indoors in bad weather or tables on the beach in good. All with a great atmosphere.

Food was excellent, great seafood, portions size really good. Great value for money. Plenty of seating outside. No wheelchair accessible loos.

Cafe on the beach it is exactly what you would expect. Average accros the board, I grabbed a coffee and that was it, nice coffee though def worth the price. 3 stars I think is fair for what it is, I wouldn't have said it was above average but don't dismiss this place it's def worth a visit

I've only bought coffee there quite often and that was good, money off your packing charges, from what I can seen the food looks good, l wouldn't hesitate to have a meal there The staff are very welcoming and friendly, Its a great location right by the sea front with tables outside on the beach

They don't say nothing about booking on theirs website . And when you want to come for food they say :you can't you dont have bookings?!?

Fantastic location. The new outside ordering hatch and takeaway is so much easier than going in side and nicer for those people inside as well. Plenty of outside tables but could do with some more bins or tidying regularly. Lots of litter, cutlery and napkins lying around on the floor and even (although this says more about the standard of the customers than the cafe) used doggy poop bags by the tables.

Visited the Cafe with my family at the weekend. I thought the cleanliness was poor and the attitude of the staff wasn’t nice. Wasn’t a terrible experience but I’m not in a rush to return. Food and drink ok.

I have been going to Cafe Oasis for a number of year's, and meet there at least once a fortnight either alone or with friends. Its busy, vibrant, fantastic food and great location. However it saddens me to say that on the last few visits I have noticed a fall off in the standards of service. The food is as great as ever, and always arrives in good time, but the place looks untidy, tables not cleared properly, litter on the floor, the front of house staff look miserable, as though they cannot be bothered. I don't know if there has been a change in management? I work in catering myself, and I know that it is not harder to do the job properly than it is to do it badly. So come on Cafe Oasis staff, you can do better. I won't stop coming as I love the place but it's nice to feel that ou are being looked after properly.......a smile costs nothing !! 3 stars as opposed to 5

Call in with are dog for breakfast Scrabble egg on toast. Bacon Roll Two coffees. Must say the best scrambled eggs I have ever had so good . Great prices Staff very friendly just a great place to go when in Weymouth highly recommended

Lovely cafe but good is priced high.

We had a delicious 3 course dinner here last night. Can’t believe we’ve waited so long to try and evening meal here. The decor and ambiance in here was so different to the day time and had a lovely relaxed feel. The service was great and the staff were all very welcoming and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Just a great evening and we will return again.

Love it, love it ....apart from the music which would be great if a quieter setting but because quite echoey and a bit much .....but being I'm being picky 😇....love the place.

Excellent lunch. We had the Special Which was Sole grilled in garlic and lemon (choice) with sautéed potatoes with green beans and olives cooked in olive oil. It was outstandingly good. We went mad and shared a chocolate cookie (home made) for desert. Fantastic value and skilfully cooked.

Car park nearby, had a quick refreshment very nice spot- then walked on to Weymouth and caught the bus back, was a nice starting point to the day and very busy 😁👍😁

This spot is a great location for views of /from the beach. The coffee is great however the queuing and service was chaotic, the quality of the cooked food was poor and not value for money. (2 very Hard slices bacon in 2 slices whole meal bread £4.80 plus 1 crispy edged hard fried egg £1:80.) Didn’t complain as staff were disorganised and aloof. I didn’t have time for another wait. Having worked in catering for some years this is not acceptable service and quality from the kitchen. I would not recommend the cafe to friends until the service changes and food quality from the kitchen improves.

Excellent meal on Saturday, nice atmosphere, lovely staff. We had scallops, king prawns, Cornish Sole and N. African fish stew with a superb chocolate brownie and berry compote to share. Thoroughly recommended

Perfect beach bar cafe, great food, great setting amazing sea view. Ample seating inside and, when weather permits, outdoor seating. Be sure to get in early as is always busy and for good reason. Love love love it.

TAINTED experience unfortunately. BEWARE the car park! Having spent a fair bit of money on cooked breakfasts and drinks for my family, we fell for the idea that we could chill and relax at Cafe Oasis... unfortunately with a car parked in the car park, there is absolutely no leniency on the time we could stay there. It seems the timer starts as soon as the anpr registers the number plate, not from the point of purchase of the ticket. So even though I bought 2 hours of parking.. I have just received a £60 Parking Charge Notice for running over for just a few minutes (as it took a while to get the kids back in the car). Such a shame.

Just the best coffee and food in Weymouth, love this place and return time after time. Travel 260 miles several times a year just to experience the view! Have no idea why there are any reviews that say otherwise 🤔

Such a beautiful location. Only had drinks here so can't comment on food. You have to pay to park at pay and display next door but if you take receipt in with you you get parking fee refunded. Not easily accessible for wheelchair users. Dog friendly if they're on a lead.

Lovely atmosphere, good coffee, great view of the beach and the sea. Pity there’s only one vegan option on the whole menu (a burger). Otherwise a perfect place for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Wow 18 friends gathered for our Christmas get together. The usual 'where shall we go' landed on me this year decided on Cafe Oasis at Overcombe right on the beach. The cafe looked beautiful with its lights and decorations. The background music was just that in the background. The staff were delightful, the food all came out hot and was served altogether. Food was delicious, not one complaint from our group. Well done to Ben and his team and thanks for a great evening. Well worth a visit for an evening meal, the Oasis is not just for daytimes.

Wow, what can we say, that's turned out to be a very expensive breakfast, we stopped for a take away breakfast which was nice to be fair. However what a lovely surprise a couple of weeks later to receive a lovely parking charge in the post. I have been told the Cafe own the car park?? What a sour taste and disappointing end to a wonderful family weekend............

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The owner was so rude. And I found what looked like a rat hair in my food. If the toilets are anything to go by it wouldn't surprise me. Avoid at all costs!

This Place is Perfect! I had the luck to stop here by fluke yesterday, and so glad I did. It was one of those places you happen on by accident and are so glad to have found it. I rarely write reviews, but was compiled to for this place. They got the balance just right ... amazing food, wonderful warm friendly atmosphere (created by a wonderful set of staff ! Kudos to them!) at a really really good price ... considering it location? Oh forgot to mention that ... uninterrupted views out over the English channel and was watching the yacht racing as we tucked into lunch. Parking right next door ... really cannot rate it more highly. Just a lovely vibe there ... so thanks to Ben and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and looking after us so well! Stopped by Cafe Oasis based on its amazing location and views, as well as the reviews I'd seen over on Google. They were not wrong! This place is awesome. Such great views, lovely reasonably priced food and a wonderful chilled vibe as you look out over the waves ... I don't think you will find anything to compare in the Weymouth area so please do take yourself (and friends) along there and treat yourself, to the great food, warm welcome and friendly staff!! (Kudos to Ben who looked after us so well on our visit!) Thanks. Well be back!

Food service and atmosphere excellent as always

This is a very busy spot. The owners have taken the decision to maximise the number of covers which is their prerogative. This has resulted in tables that are rather small and struggle to accommodate, breakfast plates, toast plates and coffee cups simultaneously. As the staff were not clearing unused items from the tables siting breakfast, I chose to do so and took a full tray up to the chap on the coffee machine. He chose not to acknowledge me for as long as possible and then when I asked if he would kindly take the tray, he did so, moodily and without a word. My friends witnessed this and commented on his rudeness on my return to the table. Coffees were good, breakfast food quality isn’t.

Went in for a spot of lunch, sat down at around 14:20 queued up for the lunch menu that stopped serving at 14:30. Only one person was serving and they were chatting with the person in front we finally reached the front desk at 14:29 to be told the lunch menu was finished and only sandwiches were available. I refused to eat but the couple we were with got a rather average looking bacon sandwich and chips. My wife and kids had fish finger sandwiches that were dry. The restaurant in itself felt nice with a good ambiance but I was put off by the poor service and lack of choice. The toilet was awkward to use for the children and they had run out of toilet paper.

Visited three times in a week following a walk along the prom. Sampled both sandwich breakfast and lunch. Great to have bread of normal thickness (rather than trendy doorstep slices) and to be able to add breakfast components to taste. Both egg and bacon, and bacon and tomato, were excellent. Enjoyed scallops for lunch and partner said mussels were among best he's had. Friendly staff. Busy, but plenty of outdoor seating.

One of the best places to eat on Weymouth Beach, as the food, service and views are all excellent. Make sure you arrive in time for lunch, otherwise you're stuck with sandwiches.

Lovely position, beautiful outlook onto the sea. We had breakfast which was lovely. Well cooked and presented. I swapped out beans for tomatoes and this was not a problem at all as it can be in some cafés. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cafe, clean and presentable. Service good. I Would recommend.

Nice little beach front restaurant offering some very nice evening meal choices, tasty and good value food. Wine selection is less good. It's clearly a beach Cafe, so don't expect a swanky restaurant interior, it's clean and beach rustic.
