Lovely atmosphere, quick service. Food and drinks were great.

Love this cafe, such a cozy place to relax and have breakfast etc. The staff are amazing and you don't have to wait for the food too long. Definitely recommend their pancakes 🥞😋😉

It was all fine, but nothing special. The smoked salmon had a noticeable defrosted quality which unfortunately impacted the texture, and the eggs were IMO a bit over poached. The servers were completely overwhelmed - not their fault, it was Good Friday and very busy, management should have anticipated and called in more staff. It did mean that the wait times to be seated, order and pay, were longer than you'd hope. Everyone was friendly and it was a nice, bustling spot to sit. I'd consider coming back for just a coffee.

They have an radio station on and it's too loud. Other than that cool place, good internet. Happy to change my rating if next time I am in.

Recently visited this cafe for breakfast and appreciated the variety of breakfast options available. We tried the egg benedict and shakshuka, which were decent but not particularly memorable. The coffee was also average. Overall, it's a decent spot for breakfast with a couple of options to choose from.

First visit, had a great impression. Went on Monday morning so it wasn’t busy. I ate the granola bowl and it was yummy. The yoghurt was very thick. And the cappuccino was actually hot. I usually don’t trust independent cafes with making good coffee but this one was well made. The music choice is good too; not too loud, nor too quiet. I’d be open to coming here again in the future to try another food.

Didn't have food just coffees and other drinks. They were nice coffees and other drinks. I think my sister in law had a peppermint tea or something weird. She liked it very much.

Tasty food, great location,nice ambience, descent prices.

The cappuccino coffee is very smooth and sweet. The restaurant is equipped with a full-length floor-to-ceiling glass window on the triangular window on the road. The wide view adds a lot to the restaurant. The entire restaurant is not crowded, and the arrangement of tables and chairs adds to the texture of the restaurant.

We met friends here for breakfast. Our first visit. The large breakfast, poached eggs on toast, sausage muffin and poached eggs and smoked salmon were excellent. The staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely call again

Nice food as always with more choices than other cafes in the area while prices were reasonable. Value for money indeed. The cafe was busy but not as busy as some others with long queues. This was good as we could stay there long and no staff would urge you to check the bill. Cafe north has always been and is still my favourite.

I would like to say how very kind the staff were today iv been struggling to make ends meet and I haven't eaten in 48 hours the staff gave me a sandwich and I can't express how grateful I am I hope you all have a wonderful life and I am truly grateful for them thanks so much . Thomas

Had a lovely brunch yesterday. Such friendly and prompt service. Simple bacon and egg sandwich on bloomer toast for the hubby and eggs benedict for me. Both were excellent 👌 We would definitely visit again.

One of the best places to have breakfast at Manchester. We had veg & vegan breakfast. Very courteous staff & food service. The ambience too is superb.

Came here for brunch. The food was delicious but unfortunately the same could not be said for the service. We was sat ignored for ages. Don’t think I will return.

Saturday brunch hot spot. We were queuing out the door for a good 15 minutes, but it was worth the wait. Excellent menu selection. I went for the poached eggs with spinach and added halloumi and a hash brown. It was very tasty. Also helped my friend finished off the pancakes with blueberries, maple syrup and bacon. The pancakes were so light and tasty, would definitely have those myself on a future visit! 👌🏻

I've been going to Café North for over 5 years. Staff are always there and helpful. Though the value isn't as great when I first visited, it still is great value for money, particularly for the location. I've had several items on the menu that have all been tasty. The small menu changes have been fine, although I am disappointed in the changes to the Avocado on Toast - the sliced Chilli really bought the dish together. They don't use Yorkshire tea, which personally isn't for me. The coffee and the juices are superb.

Was in Manchester for a long weekend went here for breakfast on 3 consecutive days, great place food and service cannot be faulted , would highly recommend

Very friendly environment and staff, the food came fast. The food was tasty and fresh 🙂 I just felt that the soup wasn’t a soup and the americano was not Arabica. If it wasn’t then I recommend to change it 😊 otherwise it’s very lovely place and people 👍

I had a meal here this morning, I was told that with vegetarian breakfast to avoid the sausages but the quorn burgers were ok to eat as they didn't contain gluten. This was in fact a lie, I'm now experiencing severe pain and having a gluten flare up. Please educate your staff on what products have gluten in as you can severally harm people and their bodies.

Brilliant food, great portion size and the service is on point! What more do you want? This place is definitely worth a visit.

Really nice place for breakfast... So much to choose from, couldn't make my mind up. The cooked breakfast was lovely, vegetarian options as well. I had the pancakes with crispy bacon and blueberries, it was nice. Coffee was really good It's quite a large space and has a really nice atmosphere, service was good

Lovely place for brunch! I had the soup of the day which was delicious and really good value for money. The cafe is large so even when it’s busy, you still get a good sense of your own space, it’s a nice atmosphere! The service was also incredibly welcoming and friendly

Loved this cafe! I was recommended it and during my three day visit to Manchester, managed to eat here three times. Great food, great staff!

Had the Eggs Royal and Kinder Pancakes between myself and the wife, soo good! Great food, Coffee, Price and Music. Constant queue of people waiting to get in. Not so clean toilets though.

Go here regularly as the food is good and usually comes out quickly. Can get very busy so recommend going early if you want to guarantee a table!

Went for breakfast. My son had the Eggs Royal I had the shakshuka without feta cheese. It was OK but not spicy and eggs were overcooked. Place was busy for a Sunday morning which is a good sign. Reasonable prices. Will try something else next time.

The food is great. I ordered the french toast and it was very delicious. The latte was perfect also 👌 Highly recommended 👍🏻

Has a regular customer to cafe north I was very disappointed that they have took the mini north breakfast off the menu. Apparently they was a chef down so menu had been reduced, So making people get the big north instead which is more expensive and not everyone wants a massive breakfast. I left a lot of it because it was way much for me, plus the bacon was to hard to eat you could tell it wasn’t freshly cooked and reheated. Plus from ordering to it’s arrival was less than five minutes. So that says it all to not everything being cooked from fresh. Think it’s time to give somewhere a try.

Had a splendid prepared breakfast hotcakes and strawberries additionally an egg omelet and salad splendid quick successful assistance decent affable staff it an unquestionable requirement and a genuine delight will prescribe it to every one of our visitors at Hendham house inn bistro north host mark was a True man of honor

Had a fantastic lunch at Cafe North, I ordered the Poach eggs with crushed Avocado on sourdough toast. Can not fault the service, the staff were very courteous and the food was excellent! It was my first dinning experience since lockdown and I can not fault the team, all tables were socially distanced and the cafe was immaculate. Thank you, I can’t wait for my next visit!

Good value for money. Recommend getting the super north breakfast (£12.50) and the pancakes with chocolate Nutella sauce topped with bananas. Quick and friendly service, top tier cafés in Manchester.

Cafe North Manchester, what can I say! Wonderful, tasty food every time! I have ordered through Uber Eats several times & each time ordering has been clear & straight forward with both Uber Eats & Cafe North providing great communication from the beginning of my order to delivery! There was a delivery fee of £2:79 & a service fee of £1:60. The menu is vast from pancakes with bacon & syrup, smoothies, to a full English Breakfast! Prices are good & Cafe North offers takeaway & delivery during lockdown & out with lockdown a large cosy/modern well lit cafe. The Uber Eats delivery driver followed Covid-19 Procedures & my orders are always boxed-up very well & always very warm. Opening times are included on the photo I have uploaded If you get the chance to order from Cafe North, do so!

Best breakfast/lunch. I’ve been visiting and introducing friends and family to here for the last 3 years. The food and service is amazing! They have so many things I want to try on the menu but always end up getting the yummy pancakes!

I have walked past this place so many times and never been in, today I had the pleasure of visiting. It was lovely, clean and followed all the covid 19 procedures. Service was very friendly and food was great. This will not be my last time in there. Well done team.

È molto spazioso, confortevole e luminoso.Vantaggio non da poco: il sabato mattina apre alle 8. La maggior parte dei locali da colazione alle 9 o più tardi, ma per le persone mattiniere come me trovare il North Café aperto già alle 8 è una gran cosa.Il personale è giovane, dinamico e gentilissimo. Le misure anti-covid sono ben rispettate.Il menù della colazione è ricco e vario: si va da proposte salate (come la tipica English breakfast o omelette con vari ripieni) a proposte dolci (pancakes o smoothie bowls). Io ho provato i pancakes: ottimi e abbondanti.C'è una buona selezione di bevande: caffè, tè, succhi, centrifugati freschi, smoothies. Ho preso il caffè macchiato e devo riconoscere che era fatto molto bene, (quasi) come il nostro macchiato italiano (e di solito il caffè degli inglesi è pessimo...).I prezzi possono sembrare un po' alti, ma in realtà sono in linea con quelli degli altri locali da brunch/colazione che ci sono in città.

the reason why I do not give that place 5 stars is because the eggs royal were not that good, but the pancakes (strawberry&nutella) were perfect. the price is really good for the quantity and the quality. anyway I’m really happy that I found that place, I will go back really soon :D

Saturday breakfast with husband whilst he nipped into the office. I had heard so much about the amazing service,food and staff from my husband and when he had to go to work unexpectedly I went with him to see just what I was missing.Lovely place, very busy even though we are still in restricted times . Felt very welcome and shown to a table straight away by staff wearing PPE , but otherwise it could have been a “ normal time”.Wide choice of food and drinks , excellent quality and freshness, service spot on, very quick but did not feel rushed.Can recommend the Big Breakfast or Poached Eggs with Sausage, bacon and Hollandaise sauce, plus spinach .Brilliant definitely will be back.Thanks for making us so welcome
