Café Nespresso in City of London, Westminster

Podría decirse que es el mejor café de Londres, excelente comida, personal brillante, lugar limpio, ambiente fantástico, precios a buen precio, baños increíblemente limpios. El único inconveniente, solo usan las cápsulas comerciales. Sigue siendo un gran café!

Estaba emocionado por probar este café, las bebidas son increíbles como era de esperar. Lamentablemente la comida un poco decepcionante. Ellos atendieron una variedad de requerimientos dietéticos. Los asientos se ven geniales pero no muy cómodos. Es un buen lugar central para reunirse si no quieres lo habitual Cadenas de cafe!

No es un café vertuo, no es fácil usar la máquina para el número de cuenta, no es un servicio técnico. Necesito ir a Piccadilly Circus para comprar el café.

Manténgase alejado de esta tienda llamada "buque insignia". El asistente de ventas estaba sirviendo a alguien cuando llegué, así que esperé a comportarlos. Cuando terminó de servirlos, ¡mantuvo una conversación con ellos! Asquerosamente falta total de cualquier servicio al cliente. ¡Me quedé allí mirándola y fulminándola con la mirada y eventualmente ella recibió el mensaje! ¡Realmente no tengo nada mejor que hacer que esperar y perder el tiempo! ? ? ? Le pregunté por tres cajas de Ristretto, a lo que ella hizo una pregunta tonta que no pude entender, así que le dije de nuevo que ¡quiero tres cajas de Ristretto que recibió! Luego preguntó si desea una bolsa a la que le respondí que sería útil. ¡Me supusieron que los llevara en mis brazos! ! ! ¡Luego puso la máquina de tarjetas frente a mí y se quedó asombrada cuando le di una nota de 10! Esa experiencia fue horrible y nunca visitaré esta tienda de nuevo.

This is a stylish cafe but I went with my vegan friend and there was virtually nothing for her to eat or drink. The hot chocolate apparently had milk derivatives in the powder so she couldn’t even have a soy of coconut option. Also the staff seemed confused by their own table service system.

Popped in for a coffee on a Friday afternoon. Ordered two coffees.. note i say coffee.. the baristas busy themselves making a couple of cups.. they hand them over to go. Did they forget to put the coffee in? Had the machine just run and put some warm water in and not a lot else? Also £2.95 a cup.. one size only and that size is small.. don't waste your money. Im sure there are loads of other places nearby that do a better job.

Ok...admittedly as a Soho resident I was a little uncertain when I first saw the shiny airport-lounge like awnings of Nespresso Broadwick Street. I thought “Too posh pour Moi” and had visions of corporate booted and suited bankers popping in for pods on their way back from £300 a month central London gyms. But how wrong was 1? This place is a glimmering jewel in the crown of Soho`s winding characterful menu of cafes. Firstly, I am a “Pod girl” so it offered me a closer portal than Regents street, and I never imagined that I would ever actually sit down and drink the coffee that I can slurp from my Nespresso machine at home for less than half the price. But one sunny day a year ago I did sit down. With my dog. And the rest is history. Dog friendly cafes are in short supply in the capital and in “Ness” as me and my equally addicted sons call it, the cafe became a welcome refuge from the day to day hustle and bustle of Soho life for me and my beloved elderly dog, Freddy. Firstly the staff are second to none. Kind, charming, helpful, considerate....diverse....funny. I cannot overemphasise that this collection of Armani-looking “Scandi” models (Ness specialises in beautiful and largely Swedish female staff it seems), and easy on the eye Italian and English male ones. But unexpectedly the content equals, ....in fact exceeds the style. They would bring water for my old boy Fred, and always welcomed us. No task was too big, and everything came with a smile and if there was time, great banter. Fred died two months ago; and we all mourned his loss together, his place on the squashy comfortable seat next to me still waiting to be filled by another pooch. The staff range from handsome thoughtful actors, (Sam) to part-time film maker/philosophers (Jake), to hilarious Hannah a gap year Art graduate who looks like she has just walked off a catwalk, along with fellow model raven-haired Mette, to stunning permanently beaming and even more hilarious Cajsa. Then there is the friendly charm and quiet efficiency of yet again, another “looker” - manager Natalie, a rare Brit, who runs a tight ship but like her crew, goes out of her way to find out how you are. Geez its very easy to feel insecure in this dive, and sometimes you do feel you have wandered onto the set of “Europe`s Top Model” - if it wasn’t for the collective kindness....banter and humour of the staff. Secondly, the coffee is Nespresso yes but the pods you drink in situ are VIP quality, and superior to the take away machine ones. So the money you spend buys quality, - and as the staff whip away industriously at their “creations” - you can expect any manner of coffee designs from creme brûlée to coffee martinis....All unbelievably delicious. Thirdly the decor. I love my little hole in the wall urban coffee shops in Soho...for half an hour. But nothing in those often cramped hard-chaired trendy little urban Soho caverns measures up to the sprawling comfort and sheer relaxed splendour of large air-filled linen pillows. So eat your heart out Soho coffee holes. “NESS” is my go-to cafe. And i wouldn’t swap it for anything. Not even Soho House.

I took my boss out for lunch today and we got two salads. I asked for mine without coriander and the girl at the bar put it down in the order but guess what? My salad arrived full of coriander. I go back to mention that I did request for not coriander and that's the reply: sorry we tried to remove but it was impossible. Are you serious wanted to say?? In that case a good waiter would come to you and let you know and if, professional, will suggest to opt for a different dish. On top of this we requested some fresh bread to have with the salad, the guy was actually nice and said no to my offer of paying extra but guess what? The bread arrived hard like a stone! thank god I had good teeth!! he cleverly warm it up before but I could tell must have been minimum three days older. After this, I wanted to buy capsules for the coffee machine however the machine did not recognize my membership card so I asked for help and suggested the guy to call a technician (the answer was he was here yesterday...) Now, I mean, I have been there few times and it never really worked so do not take the piss as people are not silly! Also he suggested: just get it without the membership and forget about the points... I mean really? bye bye Nespresso you won't see me there again. Silvia

We really enjoyed our coffees here. There is a wide variety of coffees, and you can buy pods as well. but the staff could be a bit more friendly. They didn't smile at all and didn't say hello or something. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing staff, know their stuff and were so lovely. I can not wait to go back. Their ginger coffee was delicious.

Found this cafe by chance and although small it is well presented and a pleasure to visit. The staff are excellent, the coffee good and the olive cake was delicious.

Coffee was ok, but the service was unbearably slow. There’s 4 waiters for 10 tables and it took them 30 minutes to make us a macchiato and an espresso.

Sat in the window and watched the world go by, charged my phone and warmed up with a flat white and a strawberry tart Clean , good service, and warm Comfy stalls too

I had no idea Nespresso had cafes around London, until I stumbled across this one! Inside was very nice, and I ordered a Chocolate Dream which was as it sounds - a dream! Coffee with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and whipped cream on top. A perfect sweet treat and coffee fix! I highly recommend.

Two cortados and two sandwiches. £20. All of it was good. Although the chicken one was so sloppy it was a mess eating it. All of it was way overpriced. I like nespresso, but maybe not that much.

Staff makes the visit, super welcoming on this Tuesday afternoon. Cappuccino Creme Brûlée Non Flour Chocolate Cake Almond cake Delicious and worth it. Great location from everything!! Need to convert some US SoCal locations to some like this one!

We went for brunch . Special coffee shop. Different from all other coffee shop in London. Plenty if cake choices and and sandwiches. We had cheese platers and lemon cake with English breakfast.
