Nice service but not the cleanest. Sat on the sofa which had a dip in the middle and had lots of crumbs down the side which really put me off my drink and would be reluctant to buy food.

Service was a disgrace! I am 82 and went for a cup of tea while waiting to meet my daughter. Following surgery I am walking with 2 sticks and asked a member of staff for assistance to carry a cup of tea. This was refused as they said that was not their role. Will never go to Caffe Nero again.

Went in today for tea and a scone. The scone was rather stale and inedible old chap. I would think it was made yesterday if not before. Even with butter it was as dry as a wcream cracker. Needless to say I won,t be back. WHAT!

We love it here. We come here a lot but a person in my family's credit card, cash and driving licence as well as her purse has been stolen here and we tried looking on the CCTV but they said apparently that the only camera in the cafe wasn't working. The person who took it must have known it wasn't working. There is a sign that reads " Thieves operate this cafe " so always ensure you never leave any valuables here. They really need better security. Some people who go this cafe are dishonest. £80 in cash had been stolen. They better get an actual security camera that operates 24/7.

Loved the venue but the food was not stunning. The 'special' open prawn sandwich was over priced and needed a bit of finesse in the presentation as it was a load of frozen prawns dumped on two huge slices of bread that 99% of the population could have produced. The cheese & cranberry quiche although ordered as 'warm' was cold and pretty solid with a thin filling not worthy of the price tag. Maybe the staff need to visit other cafes to see their expertise and presentation skills.

Visited for a coffee and was going to have something to eat. Firstly there was a queue …. Fine ….but there was only one girl serving hot drinks, thought about having a roast ….quickly changed our minds at the sight of dried up beef and turkey….. paninis were left sat out and looked unappetising to say the least, we decided to just have a cake, no plates to put them on…..I eventually got one ….. no spoons for coffee in the tray just the dishwasher basket dumped by them……when I got my cake and coffee the cake was tasteless and the coffee cold…. The food is over priced and I have eaten in better motorway services….Won’t be back

Breakfast is always spot on. First thing we have when we are able to go shopping here (Saturdays). Staff, friendly and food is always good.

A lovely warm welcome as me & Benji-Dog walked in from a crisp, winter walk in the park. Dog friendly, humans welcome too! 😆 Delicious food & drinks. I had a cappuccino & bacon barm to warm my cockles 👍 😋 wheelchair ♿️ friendly & carparks on both sides of the park. Lots of squirrels & wildlife too!

If you need wi-fi then book elsewhere. Totally unusable. Got the Ultimate wi-fi with the Plus room and couldn't even log in. Went to reception for help (longest walk ever) and strangely it logged in there. Went back to room and nothing, said low quality and disconnected. Couldn't even use the free one, same problem. Reception can't do anything, just said sorry. Really feel for anyone staying with their work and needing to use it. Plus room was nice enough but the general feel of the hotel wasn't great, in need of some money spent I think, wouldn't stay again or recommend.
