Cafe Marmalade in Liverpool

I ordered Linguine Con Gamberoni which all the linguine were stuck to each other! Never expected that from an Italian resturant. it was also too oily! at the botom of my plate, there was nearly 1/4 inch of oil. Pasta was swimming in the oil. The sharing platter would be nice if it was less salty. we need to drink lots of water after that. A male staff who brought our food was so angry and pissed like he didn't want us there. In general, we had high expectation.

Pete and Louis were very attentive to my needs today who listened to any concerns and were comfortable around me when I direct or abrupt due to Autism and dislike small talk. I was offered an enjoyable white rum product with coke but felt that £12.10 was a bit steep when a double spirit can be around £5-£6 in the city centre. Perhaps you can attempt to lower your prices in future? Lack of wi-fi meant I had to rely on a slow signal from 02 so that should be in your bar too. I will come back though as apart from those issues above I had a good time and loved the design of the bar.

Surprised how this place is always packed and has good reviews. Waiting one whole hour for food. People who arrived after us got served before us. Food is so mid. Like you could make it at home. Waste of money and waste of calories. I recommend honest burgers down the road.

Una experiencia horrible. Reservamos una cabina VIP privada para nuestras amigas y ahora han cerrado. Negarse a devolver nuestro depósito de 140 libras a nosotros a pesar de hablar con varias personas diferentes. Ahora nos están ignorando. Si vuelven a abrir no recomendaría reservar con ellos ni pagar ningún depósito ya que corre el riesgo de perder su dinero.

Great little venue with a good sound.
