Having won a " Breakfast for two" voucher, I went to Cafe Lisboa, for my inaugural visit. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, which continued even after I had shown them my free voucher. The service was excellent, very tasty food and excellent coffee arrived quickly. All in all a great experience, which I will be repeating in the near future. The Pastries and delicatessen looked lovely too, so I will try a lunchtime there next.

I’ve lived in Woking on and off for about 50 years . Cafe Lisboa has been operating for around 20 of those till present . Shame that I’ve only just discovered the wonderful homemade fayre Maria produces . I have been living down the road for the last few months and know some regulars who eat in the restaurant. As a recently qualified chef I can wholeheartedly recommend this delightful cafe . Although what I’ve sampled has been limited by time ( I’ve moved to Holland ) what I’ve seen and eaten had been too hole . The chicken and sweetcorn ‘scotch egg’ is delicious and delicately flavoured and the small breadcrumbed pancakes have interesting fillings . The Portuguese custard tart is sublime . There are a myriad of reasons not to visit Woking - this place isn’t one of them .

From the outside this small cafe looks nothing special. We went in initially wanting something warming - maybe just a snack - but decided instead to have a full meal. Good choice, and good value for money too! Simple, but very tasty authentic Portuguese food. We also noticed lots of Portuguese cakes, snacks, pastries and a small range of other food on sale. Friendly staff. Would go back again.

This is a lovely little place. Lovely Portuguese cakes and pastries and wonderful coffee. There is not a huge range of Portuguese groceries, but what is there is really great.

The best expresso in Woking, as here you have Delta Portuguese coffee. Friendly staff and all Portuguese delicacies available. Visit this place in Facebook and be informed of the daily menu. Highly recommendable the Café Lisboa.

This is a small café (no pretentions of grandeur). But the food is good (especially if you like Portuguese food), it is inexpensive and the staff are friendly and helpful

I came here whilst waiting for an MOT....what a find! Being a Portugese & English cafe it was full of Portugese families enjoying their day, which made me forget about the miserable weather outside, I almost felt as if I was on holiday!! The staff are courteous and quick to point out that a sausage roll here is not quite like a sausage roll there....saves you biting into it to find you don't like it!! The coffee is good and my son can vouch for their custard tarts!! Would recommend if needing a quick pit-stop/refuel in Woking.

Just a cup of tea. But taken in the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe. It could have been more with sweet pastries and savoury snacks on offer... next time.

I mentioned to a friend that I didn't know anywhere you could get a Full English Breakfast in Woking and they suggested Cafe Lisboa. I must admit I had not thought of a Portuguese restaurant for an English breakfast but thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. One sausage, one egg, two bacon, beans, mushrooms and toast for £6.50 or double up for £7.50. Needless to say I doubled up! A really great full English (it included a pot of tea as well). I was impressed and am sure I will be visiting again.

On this side of Woking there are few enough reasons for visiting/ lingering and so the cafe is just an outpost serving local Portuguese and anyone who happens by. Staff friendly and helpful. A basic cafe but a nice enough spot for a cuppa.

I enjoy visiting this cafe as it is a nice change from the chains and with good service and Portuguese food and drink. Plenty of choice on the menu. Try the cod croquette potatoes.

The quirky Cafe Lisboa is my lunch venue of choice when I come down to Woking once a year for the football. It acts as an informal meeting place for the Portuguese community and sells a small range of Portuguese groceries and the like as...

Went to Cafe Lisboa last monday with a friend looking for a snack and we end up having a small meal with Portuguese taste service eficient and friendly the atmosphere is very simple like a little cafe-snack bar the variety was good from delicious portuguese pastrys, saivory cockies ,Special sandwichs and small meals all with a fresh look ,just got a little bit disapointed because they did not have any Portuguese wine to go with it so I hope that they can in the future have on offer a few portuguese red and white wines because they will go very well with the tipe of food they serve.

We ordered a club sandwich with chips and a BLT was served with no chips. We asked where were the chips and she brought a bowl of soggy, greasy chips. When I asked why there was no chicken in t the club sandwich she said because I only charged you for a BLT when we had clearly asked for a club! Whole experience AWFUL!

We were staying in a hotel round the corner and wanted a better value breakfast than they had to offer. We popped into Café Lisboa and were very happy to see bacon sandwiches on the menu (which was just what I fancied at the time), in fact I went for bacon and egg and my husband went for sausage. Both were very good with lovely fresh bread. My bacon was cooked to perfection! The service is very good and some of the cakes in the chiller cabinet looked amazing.

The lunches set up in a deli style counter looked fantastic too, I'll be back in no time to sample the rest.

Great English breakfast with vegetarian option. I enjoyed the very friendly atmosphere in this family-run cosy cafe. I would definitively recommend it for a huge breakfast or for a good and healthy home-made lunch meal.Great to see so many customers from Portugal just popping in, drinking a very good coffee and chatting as if they were in a cafe in Lisboa!

If you want to sample some real Portuguese home cooking, you've found the right place! This is a little cafe within walking distance of the train station in Woking. Friendly staff, tasty food - for native Portuguese it's a small slice of home (my partner is Portuguese, he told me so!).If you try something you really like, ask nicely and they may make some up for you to collect for home :-)

From start to finish, the experience and service received from Carl and his team was amazing. After phoning to ask a couple of questions a couple of weeks before, I was put in touch with Carl via email, and he was so responsive and accommodating. We had a medium party of 12-15 people, and were spending the evening celebrating our joint stag/hen do after a day of activities. I dropped off some decorations earlier in the day, and they were kind enough to allocate us a whole area for our party which was in a great position with plenty of space, and even put up our decorations for us! We were all starving, so had some food, which was delivered promptly and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. 2 for 1 cocktails all night was a brilliant bonus, and everyone was so happy with every drink they had. The team were all so welcoming and lovely, and it was a great atmosphere throughout the night. We can't thank Carl and the whole team (I'm really sorry to not have got everyone's names!) enough for ensuring a special night that we won't forget. I'm sure we'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Review 2: Absolutely love an recharge break at Bem. The music is awesome. The staff are so friendly. And the coffee is literally my favourite coffee place. I love how they make so many seasonal coffees. It's awesome. Review 1: Menu is limited. But what is made is oh, so scrumptious. The chicken mayo with extra avo bagel being one of my favourites. The staff are always friendly and kind. The atmosphere is always relaxed and fun. A place for couples, friends, and families of all ages.

Come in at 11 on a busy Saturday morning. One table left and was served very quickly despite how busy it was and had an amazing breakfast! The cappuccino I had was perfect. Everything hit the right spot! Will definitely be back when I'm working in the area :)

Shocking, despite buying all our drinks from here. We were accused by the barman of bringing in a drink (bottle of corona) accused us of not ordering it because he hasn’t served us it… (the corona had a lime in, as if we are going to turn up with a lime pre cut ready…) anyways, the barman preceded to Interrogate us… we then explained that we bought everything from there and to check with everyone who works behind the bar first before making accusations. He then said, the only persons could be was the manager… (who had left at this point) so the guy then calls him in front of us, on speaker! Of course the manager answered saying he had sold us the corona. Guess what, the Barman didn’t even apologise for the false accusations, just went, “its last orders”… As someone who also works in the service industry, this is the perfect example of how NOT to provide customer service. Note: Barman had tattoos, piercing, black hair, around 30-40 ish.
