Pleasant location with outdoor tables at the front and open small garden inside, perfect to choose whether staying in the sun or in the shade. I had a strawberry matcha ice latte which was a good mix as I'm usually not a fan of matcha.

Came for breakfast on Sunday and had two lattes and two patisserie items. Cakes were good. Coffee was fine. Coffee was closer to Luke warm and probably should have come in a mug not a take away cup. Nice outdoor space if the weather is nice. Nothing really wrong with the place but £29 I think there are better options around

awful, ridiculously overpriced place with cold and rude staff. We were happy when we walked in as the pastries looked lovely and it’s a nice space. From the second we started ordering that changed. Cold manner, our 1 coffee and tea with 2 pastries came to just under £30. Even by London standards this is crazy. To boot - they didn’t even bring us our things.you have to wait like at a Starbucks. When we went to get our drinks they were in paper cups and not even hot. No cutlery. Wooden spoons etc. I asked the woman if we could have ceramic cups as we were eating in and she said ‘we don’t do that.’ Then both loos were broken. One had no paper towels or loo roll, the other had a broken tap. It’s a terribly overpriced place with a bad vibe. There are so many gorgeous bakeries in London, I’d never go back there. Crazy prices and unfriendly.

I had some lovely sandos and coffee here a few years back. Went today and everything was awful: neat store selling Japanese goods gone, sandos actively unpleasant—my egg salad had stale bread and a truly unpleasant filling, all for the very London price of £10. Truly a waste of your time and money. Friendly staff, though.

Was so looking forward to trying out Cafè Kitsuné. London was a treat for me after a difficult time. Had a very, very long day with no food or drink and headed straight there after my long journey. The customer service was appalling. They didn’t speak to me, didn’t respond to me, very unwelcoming. Coffee was quite nice, but for £5.50 the environment did not match the premium price. What a disappointment. Manners cost nothing, and if you despise working with members of the public, try a different job?

We went for a coffee date, The coffee and desserts were not so tasty but the ambience and maintenance were worth trying. however, the staff members were very very rude to us, we politely asked them if they could serve the coffee in a cup instead of a plastic cup 🥤 she can refuse as well but there is a way to say things, she was very rude with us and said no in a very bad manner, we said it's fine and we sat outside for a while and came inside to see if we sit anywhere, again she was rude with us. We rather go late or to Prada cafes instead of this. We had the worst experience, The waitress should learn how to treat customers, or else no need to do that job, and managers shouldn't encourage their behaviour, if you don't serve in cups, recommend something that you will surve in cups. Customer service is important in the hospitality industry, learn those skills first before opening a cafe every day

Worst coffee shop in London Matcha latte is a glass of milk with a green spit on it. They aren't able to even heat it up. They have nothing from the menu, not even salads. They just offer 2 gas station grade cold sandwitches with last weeks bread: - Chicken cashew: disgusting. Fun If you want to try chicken tendons. - Egg sando: play the game of salmonella. I asked for matcha blondie for dessert. It's just inedible. Nice background music.

Great coffee and nice vibe to relax! We came in the late afternoon and wanted to try coffee and dessert. I think it was an hour or so before closing so there were limited selection on available dessert options left over which was slightly disappointing as the one we wanted to try was already sold out. The good news was the remaining dessert were 50% off which was a bonus. I was hoping to check out some merchandise but didn’t see any in the store. Overall good visit and worth checking out!

I came here with a small group of friends as part of my birthday celebrations for a pastry and a coffee as I’ve always admired the beautiful building and wanted an excuse to visit. They had a special at the time, a birds nest pastry for Easter - when I asked for this the staff were so rude, they said they had no idea what I was talking about, no attempt to even try to help, I ended up showing them the email about it, and turns out it was right in front of the till on display all along. You would think the star would know about their products/specials. The coffee and pastries were really delicious and the building inside is lovely. (Very busy though). They have a small selection of merchandise so I thought I would buy a magnet as a keepsake, there were no prices, so when I took it to the till, I was told hesitantly it was £20, like he had just made the number up. Expensive for a small magnet but I bought it as it was my birthday. A few months later scrolling through the maison/cafe kitsune website, I spot the same magnet for £14! Not much I can do after the fact now but I feel pretty ripped off.

We had come here for a coffee and a pastry, nice feel about the place, seating in and out though limited. Two tables w umbrella outside, rest were open to the sun (and amazingly there was a lot of sun that week) Both of us had Americanos and those were made well, the tall tower pastry, their signature, was messy to eat (take a couple napkins for sure haha) but good. The feta spinach(?) savory danish was delicious. Location is amazing with lots of folks around on a weekday lunch hour. Many eateries and cafes in the area, the Waitrose grocery store across the street was also doing brisk business. Will visit again.

We visit the cafe on a daily basis. On 31st December we ordered from the ground floor cafe and there was no seats available so the cafe advised us we can go to the 3rd floor and have a seat which we went. Everything was good until this women wearing a black suit who works there wouldn’t remove the food and coffee from our table as she said the food was bought from downstairs, I pointed out to her that this is the same restaurant same owner, she had attitude for no reason.

I am regular walk in and most of the staff are friendly however today (morning) 10 am - I went in ordered my coffee and as I was waiting for my coffee, there was 3 lady behind the counter chatting - one barista who was extremely rude to me, At first they didn't cal for my coffee after they open it and look inside - The I was given the coffee I realise this was cold than usual - I asked if they can change it and one barista -, she look Brasilan and the other Colombian spoke in Spanish between themselves and laughed She was making the coffee and after serving the coffee to to me she would lough with her male colleagues this was not only the first time I have experience this type of attitude in this place- I was threated like no buddy, she had attitude for no reason, I found this extremely disturbing.Furthermore - the lady who make the coffee went to say - I will show you how we make the coffee and another gentlemen with the Spanish accent came and ask me to leave while her lady colleague offer me a refund. This is unbelievable customer - service. I know the are not 5 start Hotel but customer need to be the central of attention and your staff are very argumentative with customer low- customer - service I would expect when paying £3.50 for a take away coffee. I will never go back again.

Staff had a terrible attitude. Messy untidy shop. Eating area is tiny and in a roof. We didn’t bother to eat their as the customer service was so terrible. Felt like a budget coffee coffee shop and very far away from a knights bridge experience.

Lovely place, nice design, efficient service could be more cheerful :-) the hot chocolate is nice with a ganache base. Nice feel to it. Doesn’t have any savoury things to eat and not a gluten friendly place. I like it, it’s my local.

It is the second time we come here and it’s still the same. We are french and wanted croissants for breakfast. As we know café Kitsune, we expected the croissants and brioches to be soft inside and crispy outside like in our homeland, but everything was so dry that we had to order 2 beverages. Hopefully the coffee was correct. Service was was very pleasant. But sorry we have to say that the sweet pastries were too cooked

I really liked the two different sandwiches my wife and I ordered. They really tasted nice. My daughter has the chicken salad which was good. Slight disappointment were the cold coffees we ordered. Price wise not cheap even for London.

This is a coffee shop and the steamer didn’t work so you can’t get a coffee. Very disappointing the place on the top floor has a coffee option but won’t serve as they are short staffed and this place has staff but can’t make coffee. A beautiful place we are local and a shame

Having enjoyed an ok coffee with my wife and son this weekend (not terribly brilliant with basic requests such as less milk) I came back for a full lunch with pastries and coffee to get an hours worth of writing done. But I go to sit down and there is a policy of no laptops at all 12-4. Very arrogant and unpleasant dialog with the stuck up manager. They have lost a good customer. Not going back.

Overhyped. I came here a while ago for a coffee. Love the atmosphere and vibe. The building and shop are cool. I came again today. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Avoid weekends! There are limited seats inside and more outside. I waited ten minutes before I got a table. You can order at the counter or sit down and order from your table. Choice is yours! Good range of items that are very 'pretty'. However, 'looks' don't always deliver! Beauty comes from within. I had an americano and wanted to try their famous fox cookie. The americano was average if that and cold. The fox cookie was not great. A shortbread biscuit at the supermarket opposite would taste better. Staff were hit and miss but struggled under pressure. One girl was lovely and they were trying to clean and manage the lines and service. I liked the cool music. They did start to get quieter later, so if you go on a weekend, aim for late afternoon. For me, I liked the vibe, setting and wooden decor plus the nice ambience but food and drink wise, they don't deliver. Surprisingly not too pricey given the area. The tables are laid out upstairs for parties of two so not really a place for groups.

A really cool place to unwind and chat. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing even when the place is full. The food can be quite expensive but we are in London, deal with it. Everything was unique and tasty making it worth every penny. There is a shop downstairs with some unique japanese/nordic items that can make a special gift for the deserving friend. Plus there are two restaurants one in the basement and a beautiful rooftop restaurant great for a brunch. You will not be disappointed.

At the suggestion of one of our party of four (plus baby) who had recently been to Aubaine in Selfridges we went to this Hampstead restaurant for breakfast on a cold but clear Saturday morning in early October. After having walked from Euston station into Hampstead we were ready for a good breakfast. Walked in off the street not having made a reservation where we were seated downstairs directly under the stairs (we had a child & buggy) and after looking at the menu and wishing we’d gone next door to Cote Brasserie we gave our orders to the waitress. Scrambled egg and salmon £8.00 (came with 1 piece of cold rock hard toasted bread with no butter or spread offered-maybe that’s the French way? two cherry tomatoes and curly kale), pot of tea £2.95, 2x formule sante £12.00 each (poached egg with avocado on seeded toast) one with fresh orange juice, one with a pot of tea, one pain au raisin £2.50 and one bottle of evian water (750ml) £4.00. We asked that one of the poached eggs be well done and when the food arrived the waitress said she couldn’t remember which was which but she could go back to the kitchen and ask but we declined this offer thinking we’d soon learn ourselves, well we did as they were both well done with one being more well done than the other making it more hard boiled than poached and did I mention my rock hard toast? All looked good (see my photo’s) and to be fair the scrambled egg , salmon and curly kale were fine but the rest was a poor do. Tea was nice as was the orange juice but you can‘t really mess that up. The total bill was £41.45 plus the norm (for Hampstead at any rate) service charge of 12.5% adding another £5.18 giving us a grand total of £46.63 for what was essentially three plates of egg, a bun and a couple of drinks. I had been thinking of trying this place for lunch or dinner but this experience of breakfast has put me off. I'm being generous with my overall rating of a three because it really falls between two and three.

Great food, ambience. Loved every moment. Just a bit rushed for the table turn around but this was still done with the grace.
