Paramos para tomar el té de la tarde después de un viaje a el teatro como era el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Habíamos reservado la mesa de antemano y a nuestra llegada nos pareció difícil conseguir el camarero que nos dio a entender que habíamos reservado y él nos acomodó en la zona equivocada. Esto lo resolvieron el gerente que encontramos nuestra mesa y pronto se sirve. El lugar estaba muy lleno, pero un montón de personal para enfrentar y la comida era buena, pero no excepcional, pero relativamente buena relación calidad-precio en consideración. era 6:30 y había un agradable ambiente y transitorias con tarde compradores, temprano y post teatro discotequeros, etc. pero muy relajado. Disfrutamos de nuestra visita y terminar nuestro día fuera muy bien y volvería a ir.

Not many choices but the list of accompaniments was fantastic. Sampled several of the Bloody Mary offerings and they were great.

Stopped in after a long site seeing tour in the rain. What a relaxing time and warm-up opportunity. Very tastier and higher end proper English dinning experience. Apps w/style and taste. Great main courses, salmon, bangers and mash, duck liver.... Great experience with great service.

Este es un restaurante en el corazón de Londres en la que se paga a través de la nariz para ir. pensarías que al menos tratan a sus clientes con un poco de respeto. absolutamente nada. Nos confirmó una reserva por adelantado pero lamentablemente 5 minutos tarde, y llamamos a decir algo así. En ese momento una muy desinteresados camarera nos pasaron al director, quien honestamente no nos importó, diciéndonos que no tienen una mesa. no estaban ocupados, fue porque querían reloj descuento! estuvimos la última reserva a las 10.30 (después de la ópera, así que no pudimos hacer antes) pero nos aseguraron en tres ocasiones diferentes que esto no sería un problema, diciendo que personas hasta 11 así que la cocina sería abierto después de eso. Pero cuando llamamos nos dijeron que cerraban la cocina. Parece que estaban perfectamente contentos a sus clientes de las cosas para conseguir algo de tiempo. luego nos quedamos atrapados en el centro de Londres con haber ninguno asientos sin reserva. Nice decor and that's it !! The restaurant was practically empty on a Friday night apart from ourselves and 2 other tables. Food was just ok but no way justified the ridiculous prices. Worst service I've ever had and I eat out about 4 times a week !!! The whole experience was just terrible and I'm shocked they manage to stay in business.

We booked for diner for 4 people via toptable on a quiet Wednesday.

A regrettable experience. The waiter had my back up within the first few minutes. We were going to walk out but unfortunately did not. The set menu included a glass of wine and ANY dessert. The wine couldn't be changed for a soft drink for non-alcohol drinkers and the dessert wasn't any dessert just a choice of three (they don't have space to write that on the menu - "any" is shorter). The food was barely acceptable. They brought the desserts to the table while someone was still eating their main - the same waitress actually did this not once but twice!! The restaurant has dark tiles on floor and walls with light from the tv showing fish swimming giving it a cheap cocktail bar atmosphere. Far too expensive for what you get. I left feeling angry and ripped-off. Unlikely to survive without passing tourist traffic.

Eravamo alla ricerca di un ristorante per la cena. Abbiamo visto il locale che, a prima vista, sembrava il tipico ristorante caro e molto elegante. Abbiamo letto le varie combinazioni di menù che andavano dalle 17,00 alle 22,50 Sterline compreso un bicchiere di vino.Abbiamo mangiato bene: insalate, gamberi, pollo, salmone, cozze e dolce.In totale, per 4 persone, abbiamo speso 95,00 Sterline compreso tutto.Ci tornerei. La mia esperienza è stata positiva.

Usually, I don't write negative reviews, but I feel I need to let others know. Booked a table on a weekday for 6pm. Called up on the day to see if I could arrive 15mins late as I was held up in a meeting. The male staff was very rude and said they were fully booked, so I MUST come at 6pm. I was quite surprised it should be full on a weekday at 6pm, but I rushed like crazy anyway to be there just in time. Well... no prizes for guessing... the restaurant was half full the whole night I was there! When I left, a staff was even distributing leaflets to attract diners into the restaurant! So this is what they mean by FULLY booked. SighExcept for a French waiter who was really friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff just gathered near the entrance and chit chat. I know it is not busy, but at least show some professionalism by being attentive to the few tables around.Food is the worst part. My medium-rare steak is very rare. I have been eating medium-rare for a few decades, so I do give allowances for different standards in different restaurants, but the chef here is definitely out of the margin . I could almost drink the blood from the steak. My hubby's mussels were horrible. When it was served, the whole restaurant could smell the fishy stank. We felt quite embarassed to be honest. Nevertheless, we ate our mains quietly and did not even ask a staff over to voice our concerns for the bloody steak and stinking mussels. We are not the kind who want to make a big fuss in restaurants in case they think we wanted some discounts or free drinks.After diner, we did not have dessert or coffee yet because we were still drinking our second round of cocktails. When the staff knew we were not contributing to the restaurant's revenue anymore, they gave us the bill! (yes, my cocktail still half full). Please..please don't go there.

Went there with my family, and we all ordered one of the three course menu suggestions which included a "free" glass of wine. Altogether we tried both the red, white and rosé wines, and they all tasted as if they had been diluted. The food was not terrible, but tasted little, and the place was too noisy. Don't go there!

I can only echo what has been said before. We went on a Groupon offer. Firstly, suprise suprise the cheapest bottle of wine at £20 was not in stock. My main course Chicken Ceasar salad was disgusting not only in taste but in presentation. It was covered in salad cream and no chicken breast in sight! I refused to eat it. To give the manager his due he offered me another dish at the same price. I opted for the salmon which then came out raw, not once but twice! At this point my boyfriend had finished his main and I was not prepared to attempt another main. The manager then offered us complimentary deserts.Thank goodness we did not have to pay for them at £10 each because again they were not how they were described on the menu.To sum up: Overpriced,pretentious and miniscule portions which tasted at best mediocre. If this is the standard that tourists are experiencing then is it any wonder that we have a poor reputation with our food.

The online menu promisses a lot but the reality is different - rip off I would say. Starter - quiche was tasty but tiny. The main course - steak, top item on the menu @ £21.00 p.p.! was badly cooked, covered in a tasteless sauce, luke warm and TINY (no more than 5 cm in diameter). Cooked and fried new potetoes serverd as roast spuds - all 4 tiny ones- and a handful of fluffy lettuce without dressing to serve as salad. We decided to have our sweet somewhere else. After all we were in central London - so we had a choice.Avoid.

We bought a Groupon voucher before any reviews were published, otherwise we had prevented this joint. We ordered 2 salads, 2 entrees, french fries and green beans as side orders. The waiter took the order without any further enquiry, but served only one main course. He rushed back to the kitchen and ordered the second dish and he returned remarkable swift.to give me a fair chance to catch up with my spouse they fried the salmon in overheated oil and burnt it on one side. The overall quality of the food was mediocre at best. They had to adjust the bill twice: At first they forgot to deduct the voucher and then to add the drinks.

Food was nice not amazing . Very high prices + small portions. We had a main + 1 drink each then decided to go elsewhere for dessert to find a less chilly atmosphere.

Il ristorante è estremamente chic e moderno, i camerieri vengono tempestivamente a riempirti il bicchiere dell'acqua appena finisci di berlo ed il cibo è mediamente buono ma nulla di sofisticato ne di ricercato. Alla fine però il conto si è rivelato salatissimo!! £70 per 2 calici di merlot, 2 antipasti (1 fettina di torta salata alle zucchine e 1 insalata con salmone) e 2 secondi (1petto di pollo con accenno di contorno e 1porzione di cozze)..a dir poco esagerato.....

Went early on a Friday evening so it was fairly quiet. A la carte menu is very overpriced even if the place is on Piccadilly (there are much better value set menus available in top end Chelsea restaurants) One of the waiters was a rather arrogant and verging on rude and paid little attention to requests for bread etc. However, the fillet of beef that we had was beautifully cooked if somewhat lacking in accompaniments (lettuce leaves and potatoes??) Would I recommend and return - probably not. Sorry...

Poor food. Service sloppy and forgetful and the atmosphere was dreadful. Waited for ages to get served and then food didnt come for a loooooooonnng time. Two of our party ended up throwing up all night. AVOID this hell hole.

There were three if us the waiter finally came over after twenty minutes of sitting there and asked us for drinks order he took an order from one of us walked off and we didn't receive that. He then came back ten minutes later for the food order and we had to remind him we would like some drinks. I have never had such terrible service a shame the food was good overpriced but tasty.
