Great little gem in bustling Exmouth Market. Has a nice European feel to it with the outside seating and football decor inside. Lovely cocktails and wine at a reasonable price.Yet to try the food, but have heard good things!

It’s just great. A real local treat. Menu changes often depending on what’s fresh and available. Maybe best to avoid during the world cup if you’re not a sports fan as it’s popular with fans. The rest of the time it’s a lovely little gem.

What a fab atmosphere, lovely outdoor and indoor seating. The wine menu is extensive and really recommend the Salamandre orange wine. Great food and a romantic date spot.

Shouldn't advertise itself as a bar to watch football in. At this point, take the TVs out. Table service only which detracts from the experience and any spontaneity. Pricy too.

Drinks were great & service was 10/10! Food wasn’t so good unfortunately but everything else made up for it.

The worst service experience I had in my life. The manager was extremely rude to us, she was bulling us the whole time, and they have also refused to give us the complaint box.

Me and my Friend came to Watch the game and the place was super full! I have been there a couple of times before and the Food and drinks were amazing! Staff super fun and welcoming! This time We came a bit late and yet the manager(an older gentleman) managed to find a spot for us and did everything in his power to make us be able to sit down. So nice people, so nice atmosphere, amazing food and just overall my favorite place in London!! Highly recommend but not too much cause we don’t want it to become too popular🤣

Why adverise that you have foosball when you keep it closed? Holy moly, just get rid of it at this point.

Cafe Kick is brilliant ! I started some birthday celebrations here last month and whilst they don't take big group bookings, the whole team made a massive effort to accommodate our group arriving on a Sat. afternoon and kept everyone happy. The Mahou on tap is perfect, all the food is always delicious, atmosphere is lovely and they couldn't have made it easier for us all. Always recommend. Thank you guys x

Chose Cafe Kick purely because they had a free table on a sunny Friday evening. As the bar started to fill up the service stayed top notch thanks to Santiago, Matteo and Lex! Highly recommend 👌🏻

My friends had been stood outside with drinks for 45 minutes when I arrived. The staff started putting tables out and told us we couldn't order or even sit down until they'd finished. Then they started assigning tables randomly to people waiting, including several groups who had arrived after my friends. They also completely ignored our order in the mean time. Not even an apology to my friends when they didn't get a table. Incredibly unprofessional.

The ordering system isn't very functional. We are told not to order at the bar. Yet outside, servers rarely pass or notice you, given the low number of them compared to the volume of tables. Some people still manage to order at the bar seemingly, while others are refused. Just adds to the annoyance. Beers are okay, not too pricey, though the spritz was average priced (10£ iirc) and had nowhere near enough Aperol, an epidemic that sweeps the nation more than Covid ever did. Aperol Spritzes are meant to be orange, not pink. But once you've been waiting for it for 20 minutes, what else can you do. Atmosphere is nice, bar staff is rather friendly, customers rather hip.

Brilliant. As I pulled up on my bike and waited for a friend they were friendly and observant of me eagerly waiting for a table in the sun. Continually making sure that i both first in the queue, and up to date with what was happening in terms of customers paying and going. I find it’s rare to experience this level of customer service in London. So i can truly say that this is a brilliant venue.

Great place to watch a game, good drinks and atmosphere

This placed used to be cool, now it’s table service (where there’s not enough staff to do table service properly) and a HALF PINT is £4.95. Utter tosh Not everything in the world needs to be gentrified, just sayin.

To me, Cafe Kick reminds me of my first year of university. My freshers halls were right at the end of Exmouth Market. However coming back with a job and salary, I love it just as much as I did then. It’s a great bar, something for everyone, and always a treat. The clientele are brilliant people, I have never been and not had a chat with others sat there drinking. It has a warm glow, that really swallows you up. Throughout Covid and all, it’s remained the same unwavering level of brilliance. Cafe Kick, me and my friends simply adore you. The transition from pints to cocktails to wine has happened at this great establishment.

Immaculate vibes and friendly service. Only downside is that the food is a little spenny - especially given the (rather mean) portion size (specifically the manchego cheese board and the sausage). The pan con tomate lived up to the billing, though 👌 Will return in the summer.

Nice people, relaxed and fun place. We like being here. They have good margaritas, but most importantly great welcoming and always smiling team.

I want to give them 0 ⭐ but in this app I can, I never feel more unwelcome in London like I in this bar in my 7 years living in London.

The sports bar itself was good. We made the mistake of getting the oysters though, which resulted in me projectile vomitting into 2024 and ruined my NYE. Don't know whether the oysters they had weren't as fresh because it was quiet post Christmas but they left myself and my boyfriend really unwell.

Good place to watch football and grab some food

Effortlessly cool but still super-friendly. Lovely staff, great food and a very chilled vibe. Interesting drinks, especially the wines. Everyone talks about the truly world-class negronis... with good reason, but everything about Café Kick is exceptional. The food, the staff, the vibe are all outstanding. The beating heart and soul of Exmouth Market. Great for breakfast, a (really good) coffee, lunch or a night out.

food menu here changes twice a day.. a bit confusing since apparently we arrived in the middle of a change and been starving for an hour. Food is not great either (except oysters) Kicker table that we came for in the first place got turned into a regular table at some point, understandable due to the big crowd but still a bummer! The atmosphere is a vibe though! Great wines and cocktails (tried Negroni which was really good)

I am such a big fan of this French-style bar/cafe in Exmouth market. Whenever I come here with friends, I have a great time. Staff are always friendly and you can tell they enjoy working here. Also, the selection of wine is varied and affordable. Had food here a few times and it never disappoints either. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Walked past this cafe/pub/restaurant for the best part of 4 years and never went in; my loss. Purely based off the chickpea and aubergine stew, and the fact that Man City conceded in the 98th minute as I mopped it up with the bread, I can only give this 5 stars. Fantastic staff were quick to offer more bread, which is a pretty good sign that you're in the right place for lunch, in one of the nicest parts of London. Oh, and great value - under £10 for the stew and a drink.

Service here was absolutely appalling. We attempted to book in advance for a group for a colleagues leaving drinks and were told bookings weren’t possible but we’d be more than welcome as a group of up to 20 as it’d be a quiet evening. We couldn’t have felt less welcome. Being a group of up to 20, we would’ve spent a lot of money over the evening ordering drinks and food but got told we were “taking over” being a table of 10 and 4. Another guest arrived and we store told last orders were being taken for our group. Will not be coming again.

Cafe Kick is a gorgeous spot hidden away in Clerkenwell, blending perfectly into its surroundings -- the food is light but good, the drink selection is quality, the service is friendly and not rushed. The prices are a given with the cost of living crisis and whatnot but worth it for the brasserie ambiance,

On my Arrival at 12.30pm. There wasn't a empty table very busy. I came back later. Ordered sausage X2 chips with beans only £3.90 great value. A very large portion.which I very much enjoyed.. It's located inside Exmouth market. Breakfasts , hot meals , sandwiches and snacks. Hot and cold beverages. Open Monday to Saturday 9 - 4 pm. I very highly recommend this place.

Crisp two thirds pint + zesty bloody Mary, tasty octopus salad, friendly attentive staff and a fun game of table football / Fusball / Babyfoot

Very nice for brunch, good pan con tomate and a mixed plate of different pintxos

It took an hour to get two small empanadas (£5 each!) and two salmon and cream cheese bagels (£7.5 each). Neither were anything to write home about. The servers acknowledged it took forever, apologised and did not automatically add a service charge so I can't be too mad, but it is such a a great street that there is little reason to choose this place. As a sports bar they play music over the game and seem unequipped for big matches, and as a bar or restuarant it its woefully bad. Stick with Morito next door for tapas and Mikkeller for beers. No offense to the owners or staff, this was genuinely a bad experience and I mean any critique constructively.

Great looking bar with very nice football memorabilia that gets any fan excited. Unfortunately the customer service didn’t match the look and feel of the place. When asking the waiter for something very specific, the simple request was completely ignored. After insisting a couple of times to get an answer, the waiter was terribly rude when confronted. Was even suggested for us to find a different place if we weren’t happy “you don’t have to be here”. 10 mins after this incident the supposed manager, came to our table asking if we still wanted our initial request. When we complained about what happened, instead of an apology we received an excuse like “I was too busy” when minutes before this we saw the “manager” outside having a cigarette. Everybody makes mistakes, no problem with that, but the way we were treated can’t happen in 2022.

El precio de la caña ( que por cierto es Maho / tócate los cojoned/), es una referencia del precio del resto de productos. No ir a propósito, pero si te pilla al paso, puede servir

Really disappointing service. We complained about the order as the food was very poor for its price. The worst thing was that the manager, when she realized that we left a bad review by checking our phone, she started complaining. Really really rude.

Very poor service from the management team mainly. Not only did they provide a small cheese platter on a significant price of 14£ for the portion they offered; when we said we prefer not to keep the platter they didn’t allow us to send it back and instead they offered us a “discount” to compensate for the “inconvenience”. The ridiculous discount was 20% only from the cheese platter. When the management team realized our low review complained about it, came back with 12£ in cash and asked us to take it back. I never accepted the money! Clarification: I didn’t go to this place to eat for free, neither get free drinks/food! I was happy to send the platter back, not make any review on this matter and just have a glass of wine and go home! But when you don’t allow me to send back food (so we are obliged to keep it), the “assistance” you provide for the “inconvenience” is only 2.8£ and on top of that you complain about my review in my face after you had the odacity to look at my phone while I was making the review don’t expect me to be satisfied. The drinks were fine for their price but in terms of food wouldn’t recommend it. Seems pricey for what they offer simply because is London prices…
