Cafe in the Courtyard (Seasonal - summer) in City of London, Westminster

Me and misses had a good time. Very relaxed and peaceful. 😀 will be visiting again when local.

Food really wasn't great. Pizza super greasy had pepperoni but a really bizarre amount of cheese not recommended. And this chicken arichoke was really nasty. Atmosphere is great, very beautiful under a church. Service and atmosphere are top notch!

I like the suggestive place under the church where I go to chamber music concerts a little less when it's too crowded

Food was overpriced , dried up and served like a prison camp in the Gulag …… in their own time !!!! Unreal ….. ! New management and operators urgently need to apply !!!

A bit noisy but ok if you just want a coffee

We have frequented this cafe many times over the years. Though in the last 2 years less so. The menu is repetitive and sometimes not to appetising. On 18th Aug we tried again. The chips looked burnt (though were told they were fresh) very hard and crispy. The fish itself was beautiful, though the batter very heavy and soggy. I don't think we'll visit again for a long time.

No food in court yard but I don't care.. love this peaceful haven in the middle of the westend...

Best meal that I have eaten in ages , fish and chips with garden peas , superb .

Limited food options for me due to wheat allergy but was able to get hot chicken with nicely cooked vegetables. No waiter service. Reasonably priced wine.

If you don't pay attention you almost miss this. I knew it was there and yet I still had to look. You have to go to the building next to the church, then go down the stairs and walk back to under the church. Beautiful reuse of the crypt. Good and affordable food. Delicious cake and good cappuccino! At other times you can also go to the silent disco.

The staff of just two worked their socks off trying to serve and cook for the vast number of visitors who were obviously unexpected for that day. Beautiful outdoor seating and a view of the gardens.

Abysmal counter service where people had no clue what they were meant to be doing. You have a concert taking place in the church just above and you have no food??!! Seriously??? That place went downhill in the past few years. A friend and I shared a very sad half of an excuse for a pizza and then went over to Coop to get some sandwiches. I will not be coming back. Definitely not for food! Best to be avoided.

Cafe in The Courtyard, beautiful! Super helpful bar staff and a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden. A haven of tranquility in a manic London!

The place where coffee isn't a hot drink. Cream tea priced at £6.00, or £8.00 "with a hot drink". Select cream tea and a coffee. Get to the till and the price increases to £9.20 - because "a hot drink" means tea but not coffee. (Advertising standards, anyone?) Find another café.

Excellent singer called Sam Wray singing here yesterday while ypu sit on deck chairs sipping a beer. Why he's not the next Ed Sheeran I don't know. Such talent.

A unique experience and great food and refreshments. A lovely way to end a fascinating tour.

Convenient pit stop with very crowded loo

Overpriced, bad service, and the food was far from good. It also took forever to get the food, they brought the dishes out at different times, and completely forgot one person's dish. I wouldn't go back here if the food was free.

I had an appalling time working here, I was ostracized and made to feel invisible by the manager Steve, when I complained I found my self unemployed the following week.

Very over priced for what you get. I asked them to open the canopy as it was a very hot sunny day but I was told that they never open it. Walked passed another day and the canopy was open. Sigh

Nice open terrace and good sandwiches. It's not cheap, but considering the area you could be spending a lot more for a lot less.
