Visited this Indian restaurant again last night, the food is always, superb, fresh and tasty, and having visited all the other Indian restaurants in the area I have to say in my opinion it’s the best.

Went there for a friend's birthday we waited quite a while to be served when the food arrived it was lovely really enjoyed it. Only complaint the premises were cold. Will return again.

Faster delivery than expected, food was spot on, tried something different for a change and really enjoyed it. The only negative I would say is that the onion Bajii was oily and it had leaked all over the bag and other containers, but they still tasted amazing!

Always nice food. Best Indians I've tried in Sutton. Sometimes could be warmer but tastes amazing so worth it. Cheese and garlic naan is a must

Super meal out with friends. Food was piping hot despite us arriving late in the evening. Service was excellent with good advice given. Will definitely be visiting again.

Rude service from restaurant when I phoned to ask where our food was, was told we are busy you know and hung up phone! Food finally delivered 30 minutes late and stone cold had to reheat before was remotely edible and even then the curry's were bland! This is 3rd bad service from there so will not be using again.

Had a takeaway had chilli chicken with garlic and mushroom rice it was absolutely stunning will be having a one next week thank you to the chef

I see lots of good reviews about this place, but my standards obviously did not match up. I was quite disappointed with the food, but good customer service. But this is a restaurant and not a place to pay and have a chat with the waiters.

The chips were cold and the nan bread was burnt . I have had quite a few orders delivered from this restaurant and this was the worst . I will perhaps give them one more chance . We shall see

Our food arrived on time, it was piping hot and we got everything we asked for. The Lamb Madras was really lovely, I will definitely be ordering it again! We got a nice amount of meat in all of our curries and the mushroom rice was beautiful! Nice Work! :)

We ordered a Vegetable Korma and Lamb Rogan Josh but we got a lamb Korma instead. Was not satisfied at all as it was not what we ordered.

I want to make an informal complaint my food is over30 minutes late this is not good customer service at all we are still waiting for our food , we will not be ordering from here again

Excellent authentic menu, something for everyone including steak n chips if you so desire, reasonable prices on meals & drinks, best value is the 3 course option for £11.50, look out for minor supplements to cost should you select Prawns or Duck dishes

Loads of sauce and not a lot of meat and not much taste. Disappointed customer never been here before , thought we'd give them a go as our regular one closed due to it being xmas eve. Won't have them again . 🙁

Food was warm at best some was cold. Chicken was pink and appeared undercooked. Delivery added another 10 mins to order. Driver was polite and friendly.

This restaurant was recommended by my son. The food was great. Left no after taste unlike some takeaways we have tried before. A little more expensive but well worth it. I would recommend others to try them.

First time ordering from here... Was like warm and absolutely swimming in grease even the carrier bad was full of grease.... the meat was very fatty ordered. Cheese and garlic Nann and it had no cheese on it rice very dry and spent £29 and no free poppadoms. Like most places give after spending. A certain amount of money... Definitely won't go here again threw half of the meal away

Was really nice the first time I ordered So I ordered again but this time the Tarka dall was like soup no flavour at all. Phoned the takeaway to tell them and they said I should have asked for it to be thicker. It was perfect last time orders so why would I ask that?Not ordering from here again.

We regularly visit this restaurant for their brilliant 4 course menu deal! Excellent value for money and brilliant quality food. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the staff are lovely and always helpful. We will continue to visit as it's ideal for our group of friends and always great value.

No matter if your dining in or having a takeaway the food and service are first class. Great value also.

The Cafe Ilachi is special and make no bones about it.. The meal we had was authentic and very delicious! My advise is simple.... Go.... And go again and again!

Been before but not for a few years so decided to give it another whirl. Good Decor, Great Authentic Food served by pleasant well mannered obliging staff and pleasantly surprised when the bill came. Starters, mains, sweets and drinks for just over £20 per head. Very reasonable-will be back!

We've visited this Indian twice now and the food has been fantastic. great service, very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Decent prices and nice wine. Will definitely be back.

Decided to have a Indian. Pulled up outside door and ordered chicken tikka mushroom rice and a naan. Also a tikka mixed grill.we visited this establishment years ago and was surprised by the new decor and friendly staff.had a drink while waiting for food. Food was hot and have got to say very good chicken very lean and not chewy . Will visit soon for a sit in meal. And will order take away again.i now have three to recommend on trip advisor. Well worth a try and visit.

The food is well prepared and served by friendly waiters. This used to be called the Newcastle arms public house. Its changed a lot since then. We have always enjoyed the food here and would recommend you try it out. The surroundings are modern and comfortable.

Ended up popping in here with a couple of friends midweek for a well deserved curry. Been here before many moons ago and I forgot that this place is like the tardis, it's a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside.Fantastic selection to chiose from and very helpful staff and happy to make any dish to what spice level you like. Nice atmosphere and all in all will not leave it as long before I go back with the wife. A nice little hidden gem in sutton
