What a beautiful breakfast - one of the best we’ve ever had… lovely little cafe opposite the brewery. Be careful about parking ask which spots you can use.

This used to be a favourite of ours as so near our office, but after a few recent poor visits we haven't been for a few months. We think its changed hands & the staff have all changed. Doesn't have the old friendly atmosphere. Food today was ok, decent quality. Service was slow.

What a good find. Went for a swim in the nearby centre and then found this spot. Excellent friendly service, good food, good prices. And free lollypops if you're very young!!

This was my first visit to this modern, airy café, and a bright cheery welcome came from the open plan kitchen as I walked in, making me feel already like a welcome regular. Much has changed in this part of Ashford over the last couple of decades, and to find a nice looking café in the Victoria Road area was a real surprise and very handy as I was visiting the garage next door. Table service was quick and I ordered the full English breakfast, but without beans or toast as I’m trying to be good. (But failing). Perfectly cooked, and generous portion size, normally I can eat everything, but today it just beat me and with three delicious hashbrowns, I had to leave some. Very pleasant atmosphere here. Great for families, with other tables having toddlers and ‘ladies that breakfast’. The standard of coffee here is very high with a superb bean, which means my espresso was first-class. Overall a great experience and a fine breakfast. Who on earth would have a chocolate muffin after breakfast? Well, I did, although I could not eat it all, I just need something sweet. Can’t wait to go back.

Thoroughly unpleasant. Rude staff, will not be returning. Will contact Arkells with feedback.

Booked a table for 2, but changed this various times as the birthday celebrations grew. This was no problem for the landlord & landlady. Service was great and the food was delicious. 2 of us stayed the night. Rooms clean and super-king size bed comfortable. Very enjoyable experience and would definitely go back. Felt very welcome. 5 *****

Clearly wanted to shut early so left door open on freezing cold day to bring in tables/chairs from outside. Asked them to close it but refused to do so until they’d finished. Won’t be returning.

Great little pub tucked away in a village but quite near the M4 junction for easy access. Parking was available. Enjoyed Sunday roasts with trimmings, tasty desserts, and very friendly service. Will be back for sure!

In the heart of Swindon Old Town, Dotty's is a charming breakfast café. The best item on their menu is the "make it yourself" breakfast where you pick your items. Lovely atmosphere, with wooden tables - feels like an old fashioned café! Polite and smiley staff.
