Nice pleasant spot for quality drinks and snacks. Typical Italian style but being in centre of mall may not be best for some.

Absolutely incredible! Service from Gabby and Louise was really great. We’ve been a few times and always been safe with the choices but this time Gabby really helped us navigate the menu and we tried a few different options . Would recommend the sharer option. Very grateful to have our needs met as well (veggie). Thanks!

I visited the Godiva Cafe in Meadowhall after visiting their store and cafe in New York on a family trip earlier this year. The Meadowhall store lives well up the my expectations and the overall experience was great. I was served by a lovely young lady named Megan if I’m remembering correctly. She was polite for the get go and provided me with a fantastic experience, Overall I am extremely impressed and I shall be visiting again very soon. Thank You

What a lovely choice of chocolate treats on the menu (also some savoury things to choose from too). Lovely surroundings clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Omg.chocolate heaven.i had the hot chocolate with toffee syrup popcorn and choc nest.even the spoon is chocolate. Also had the chocolate mousse which was devine. Quite expensive but then you get what you pay for

We were kindly invited to a complementary beverage and cake, after previously having booked an afternoon tea, that never happened. The manager, sat us at a nice table for two and explained the menu to us both. Our choice, hot chocolate, was chocolate heaven. Beautifully presented, the chocolate, was in a glass, decorated with fresh cream and finished with an edible chocolate basket, white chocolate spoon and toffee popcorn, delicious and a feast in itself. Our cakes, a chocolate mousse and a layered almond bar were amazing. Staff, were lovely and the venue itself modern, with back ground music. We certainly didn’t feel that we were in the middle of a busy shopping centre. Thank you to the manager and her staff for our lovely treat and to Solmaz Akbary for arranging this kind gesture. We most certainly will return.

First visit and it certainly won’t be our last. Very busy when we arrived so had to wait a short 5 mins for a table which wasn’t an issue. As it was our first time the menu was explained by a lovely young chap. I would have preferred table service rather than having to order at the counter, it’s a luxury experience so I’d prefer to be waited on & pay a service charge. We ordered a lux hot choc, one latte, one cake & one waffle. This came to £22 which I thought was very good value. The food and drinks were amazing and the presentation was glorious. The only thing I find confusing is the cheap £5 coffee & croissant offer. This doesn’t fit with the luxury on the menu. I think they should only offer this before 11am as far too many tables taken up with this cheap offer over busy peak period 12-2pm. The staff were fantastic and as it was my birthday they were very attentive. I will prob reserve a table next time.

First time visited, the service was really good very polite staff who were also very helpful. The food was as good as it looked, will return with more family members.

Third and last visit unfortunately despite numerous vacant tables assistant would not allocate us the table I requested which wasn’t the issue just that she clearly lied to me saying someone was coming back for that particular one When ordering m request to substitute some strawberries for meringues for my granddaughters was refused despite being done on previous visits Overall I suppose it’s no big deal but the assistants behaviour was unacceptable and no one did sit st that table during our visit 🤣

We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for a table. The waitress was lovely and explained that they had run out of several of the deserts. We didn't mind though. We had a coffee each. Can't remember what my husband's choice was called but it was gorgeous. My waffle with chocolate brownies was amazing. Great service. £17 so not cheap but worth it!

Went today 5th October ordered the caramel croissant when it arrived straight away I noticed it had changed asked waitress about it she was like what you mean different so showed her a picture of what it looked like the last 5-6 times I have had it she was them like oh yes we are update all our food well maybe you should change the menu before you changed the food as menu still stated caramel ganache not a little bit of caramel sauce drizzled on top the pecans were very sparse too compared to last time don’t think I will be returning anymore now very disappointed.
