food is good but is being let down by horrible staff and rude management. Ordered last many months ago and the experience was so bad that this is me righting a bad review months later. Absolute clueless ignorant people working there who don't have the slightest or simply don't care about what the customer wants or thinks of them or if they care about repeat business.

Best burger in Edgware and very good chips and desserts, seems like they closed down for a juice bar at the beginning of 2016 which is a shame

I must say I love their food, it's fresh, it's tasty, they cook excellent fries and their delivery man is polite and fast.

Chef has changed and the meals aren't prepared the same like Chuncky lamb sub is no longer a fillet it's pieces of chewy meat.

I ordered my food at 8.30pm, I called the restaurant at 9.25pm to enquire where my meal was and they said it would be another 20minutes. My food has now just arrived at 10pm I am very disappointed with this service and too be honest if they cannot stick to their proposed delivery time then they should not have it on the website

The savoury food from here is gorgeousssssssssss probably the best bbq chicken sandwich I've ever had! The cake on the other hand had a disgusting onion flavour to it that made me seriously ill. I don't know what you guys bare doing but keep your desserts separate please.

Please make the box meals like you used to.

Food arrived alot earlier than the stated delivery time which is good. However, the food was cold. Don't see how you can bring the food earlier but its cold. Its a shame, Food was actually good. Order a Capri sun and got a sprite. Ordered peri chips but got regular chips.

Ordered at around half 12, took them until 1 to ring to tell me it would take another hour at the least for the Peri Peri Chicken part of the order. They made some substitutions including sub part food from the chicken place next door. Not impressed with their takeaway service at all.

The condiments are not for us... it was a strange taste... i'l never order again...sorry is not for my taste...

NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER PLACE MY ORDER AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Accepted my order, took payment, called to say no Driver and then hung up. Asked for refund but completely ignored me. What sort of customer service is this?? Managed to contact JustEat and got vouchers to replace this ridiculous problem. Don't order from them, not only they rob you...but they're super rude too!!!

My wrap fell apart but it was delicious! Food was hot and tasty.

The first bit of chicken stank like it was off, didn't eat the rest. My kids had wings and they were average at best. Will not be ordering again.

Gorgeous food, very generous portions and so much flavour! Excellent value and the childrens meals are a great price for the amount you get! Can take a little longer than other places to deliver but thats because its cooked fresh and always arrives hot!! Well worth the extra wait!!

Very good food and service. Driver was very polite.

The food is one of the best thats why i keep ordering from bbq express, how ever the delivery time is poor takes them 1 and a half hour to deliver food.

BBQ express is one of my favourite takeaways and places to eat in Edgware. Foods always just right and service is great too.

We ordered handmade chicken burger..we got a beef/lamb burger. Garlic bread was limp & soggy.

The food wasn't good this time had a bad stomach after and the delivery driver wasn't happy my flat letter wasn't on the delivery which I appoligised for only to notice it actually clearly says

From the first delectable bite of the beautiful,steaming hot,juicy,hand formed,fresh lamb burger to the amazing rice, to the succulent,beautiful cooked,delicious Peri Peri chicken, to the -again beautiful cooked,fresh,steaming hot,delight that is called a "Best Bits Grill Box".. All was wonderful, hot, and amazing. I am almost lost for words -how good this food is.. We all ate as if it was the first time solid food had passed our lips. (Way,way to fast).. The delivery was within time also, we normally have a call from the delivery driver (when we order other kinds of take-out) asking for directions to our place.Delivery driver was competent and polite. What else can I say--- will definitely order again. Thank you .

I was ridiculously hungry and BBQ Express is delicious. Felt a lot better after eating it, the garlic bread was a bit soggy from transit but the rest was bang on.

I ordered a takeaway from here because I heard a few rumours that they delivered Roast Dinners but disappointed is an understatement. I recommend that everyone avoids this place like the plague!First of all I live in Student Accommodation and I stated for the driver to ring me when he was outside the flat and NOT to go to the reception as I can get in trouble for that. What did he do? Visit the bloody reception. Bare in mind that I hadn't eaten all day because I'd been working on a presentation and I was starving but I was forced to walk TEN minutes to PICK up a takeaway and let's just say that that the residential officer wasn't paticularly happy that the reception was smelling of gravy and I'd broken one of the rules.After I walked back to my room to eat my cold dinner I was utterly shocked because It just wasn't edible! Every time I tried to eat a roast potatoe it had an almost scented/perfume taste and it lingered in my mouth for days which followed with diarrhoea, ironically during my presentation. Imagine my embarrassment! I thought that my prayers had been answered but it was quite the opposite!

Love bbq express ... But ... This time they did bring the wrong drinks, called them up and they said on my next order I'll get them for free. Considering I already paid for them they wouldn't be free next time so said this wouldn't be ok I wanted my drinks now, which in fairness they did bring.. 45 minutes later and got wrong again. This time I just accepted the wrong drinks as it was so late. Apart from that they're food is lovely and they have good customer service.

Would never buy food from these people again. They have no consideration for the paying customer. Food came 2 hours later cold and disgusting. I guess you lost yourselves a customer. Never again.

I must say i am highly not impressed with everything that has gone on with this restaurant, i placed my first order with this restaurant and i specifically selected no salad on both my Bbq chicken subs, what happened they came with salad, on top of that the order was late. The restaurant then assured me that next time i place an order with their restaurant i will be given some kind of discount off my next order. i placed an order yesterday and was told no discount could be taken off, i was very annoyed with this response as i was assured i would be issued some kind of discount, on top of that my order was ridiculously late, the chips were very soggy and wet and the delivery driver had the audacity to ask me if i have change in the cold. Personally i will not be ordering from here again. Such disgusting service and food

Era la segunda vez que fui a esta cafetería porque me gustó la primera vez que fui allí aunque hoy era un día muy ocupado como siempre es los sábados. Este lugar está cerca de la carretera, y después de un día de compras me apetecía tener un desayuno vegetariano. Desde mi experiencia en Londres normalmente en este tipo de trabajo de cafés turcos y polacos, son sólo amable a esos británicos que había blancos que tienen el mismo desayuno inglés cada sábado. La señora nos trajo el desayuno a mi mesa y me puso una nota sobre la mesa por £5.50 al plato como que me decía: "en caso de que no lo sé". Soy consciente de algunos de los otros lugares que dejan la atención desde el principio sin embargo en esta cafetería que yo era el único cliente con la nota, yo busqué en la otra gente y II vimos ninguno había una nota. Me pareció que era discriminatorio y me dijeron que la camarera, ella me dio excusas poco convincentes departe y me sentí Fui intimidado y avergonzados. I prisa el almuerzo y salí de la café intocables, en el momento que fui a la hasta para pagar mi comida me mostró un £10 nota y el chico dijo con un tono no muy agradable " ¿dónde está su billete", cansados de ser intimidado respondí "es £5.50 , llevé a mi cosas y me fui después de que les dijo que sería la última vez que vaya a tan horrible lugar. Si quieres un buen desayuno y a ser tratados en un suave y agradable manera de que tienes que ir al centro de Londres a unos más limpios y más lugares elegantes, es un montón de ellas. El lugar está muy sucio e incluso la camarera no se molestaron en limpiar mi mesa, lo hizo por las antiguas británicos. Muy igual sí, Señor, esto es lo que yo llamo la democracia.
