The coffee here is the best coffee I’ve ever had - it’s also just a £1 and it’s the only coffee that wakes me up! Also the home made lunches are delicious and I regularly go in for chats with Sonny or random hash browns when I’m feeling peckish

Found this place after looking for ages for a “normal” cafe, we were desperately seeking a full English breakfast which seems in this part of London to be a rarity! Lots of pretentious café / bistros offering pastries. This little cafe is an absolute gem, the food is of great quality and taste and very reasonable prices for London. We’ll definitely visit again.

Really nice food!! 👌 I go there regulary because there is Halal Food available. The venue offers a sit down, takeaways, kids food, so good for tourists on the go, quick service, very reasonable prices, generous portions, helpful staff, kind management etc etc. The venue has a constant flow of people and the food is fresh. I recommend you go and try it!! 😋

We picked up breakfast three days in a row from Cafe Deco. It was very close to the flat we were staying in. The baguette sandwiches were amazing. I did not care for the English Breakfast but that's not the restaurant's fault. It was well prepared. The latte was freshly prepared and goo, too.

The food was good, very oily but good. However, one worker is wearing a hair net that barely covers her hair and the other one is not wearing a hair net. The place is quite unhygenic, furniture is pretty rubbish and old. And we waited longer for coffee than our food since one worker gave 2 customers who came long after us their coffee first and only gave ours after our plates were already brought. They also barely understand/speak english

Such a great find! Sometimes nothing hits the spot like a sausage and fried egg bap with hp sauce (and that’s hard to find in Central London!). 2 quality breakfast baps and 2 good cappuccino's - £10… speaks for itself.

Lovely local place for a great crusty baguette with 2 chunky well cooked Cumberland sausages. Nice big bottles of ketchup and mayonnaise, no flimsy sachets, thank you. Friendly informal service. No menu cards inside? Hmmm Not much decor (Deco?) Inside either, except the companies administration and boxes. Needs some TLC, as food and service are great.

We just stopped in for breakfast and ordered sausage, bacon and egg rolls. They were great and the total bill was £8 for both of us. Fabulous. Friendly service too

The manger was incredibly rude to his staff. I had a full english, which was quite good, but during the service one of the kitchen staff girls after running up the stairs put a plate for the kitchen on an empty side table apparently reserved for service. The guy in charge lost his patience with the young girl and refused to work further with her, sending her home. What looked like a simple mistake was handled very poorly (in front of the customers), in a very uncompassionate manner, and watching the owner ignore and punish this girl for an easy learnable mistake was torturous clearly for her, and created an atmosphere like a funeral. Giving her the silent treatment, walking around her as she pleaded for a second chance, it was disgusting to watch how he treated her. I told the guy it's the last time I would come in here because of his specific behaviour, and he only dug his feet further into the ground. An ugly glimpse into his character and managerial practice.

The owner doesn't pay the staff!! He needs to pay me 200£, for the days I worked for him. He's very rude with the workers and he pays only if he wants to. Please avoid this place!

Incredibly rude customer service. There’s an Indian man behind the counter that told us to leave early even though the closing time was at 3PM. We left the cafe to go to another one and saw that he was still accepting customers. On Thursdays the store closes at 4:30PM. We went there before that. Clearly had something against muslim customers. I’m a regular visitor of coffee/cafes and haven’t been treated like this.

The worst place in the whole of London for breakfast. Very dirty, the food was horrible and the quality very poor. The customer service was even more disturbing and the guy that I think it’s the owner from his attitude and the way he was speaking with the other members of staff, was incredibly rude and looked like he was on very heavy drugs. If I could give this place -100 I would. Literally dose not deserve even a star.

We visited London for a few days from Canada and decided to try this little cafe that we found online. We each had a full English breakfast, with eggs, sausage, back bacon (I think), lots of beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and potatoes/hash browns for only £8.95 per person! Other restaurants we tried in the area and elsewhere in London charged more and delivered less. The food here was delicious, nutritious, and high quality. Also, the proprietors were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. We were able to get a seat right away and the food came quickly. There were lots of workers popping in quickly to pick up meals to go and the cafe seems to be popular with locals. We also had a tea (my wife) and an Americano (me) for only £1 each! She liked the tea, and I though the Americano was fabulous. My only regret is that we only went to Cafe Deco once! The breakfast baguettes and chicken sandwiches look great, but I never got to try them. I recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

We didn’t make it past the counter! They guy told us that we were not allowed to sit in, even though there were at least 3 free tables where we could sit. Also, we saw that all meals/sandwiches are reheated on the grill and/or microwaved!

Cafe Deco is right out of the Future . Great food great service ( Maria ) Very reasonably priced always the Menu Changes fresh . Us Black Cab Drivers love the Service .

Studied here for 4 months, was here every morning. The manager and whole staff is great! Made us feel at home and always knew exactly what we wanted. Would 100% recommend this place and you’re doing it wrong if you don’t get a special with cheese and sweet chilli. Trust me 🤝

I have been going to cafe deco extremely often, and have always had the best breakfast sandwiches. I am from America, and unfortunately not be able to go anymore. I would highly recommend it to everybody who is craving a breakfast sandwich. Sonny has always been a pleasure to speak to each morning, greeting me each morning with an ear to ear smile.

When on a two day trip to London and staying round the corner in Victoria Grove I found this cafe. I ordered two baguettes for a takeout breakfast which were made fresh. Very tasty and well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

A small local coffee shop in a central location with great service from very friendly staff, food, and overall experience! Definitely a go-to place for tasty and fresh food when you are in London! Staying in the local area we dropped on this place for a dine in breakfast. No frills, very reasonably priced, Under £6 for a full English set me up for the day being paying double that throughout the week in London. Decent coffee. The cafe was really busy with take away orders clearly they are doing something right Would definitely return - thanks!!

Outstanding quality of food, presentation, and cleanliness. The owner/manager I have seen 3 or 4 times since he took over this top notch eateries...over the past 3 or 4 years since he took it over. Strikingly he was always doing the same thing : Working away at even 11pm making his neat and tidy food stop spotless."Spotless" is a strong word. But appropriate. Gleaming. To see the dedication he put in and the results now: A steady stream of regulars attracted by his warm smile, fair prices, well presented food interesting dishes also included, and the portion sizes: Either large or sometimes VERY large His escalopes are superb. Huge. As are his pastas and lasagnas . Coffees IMO on par with any of the Starbucks or Nero offerings. And cheaper. It is a pleasure to write such a report. Yes it's effusive. But I feel it wholeheartedly deserves the praise. Good Luck!!

Last two times I tried to eat there had the same, very annoying experience. Ask to eat in, to be told it's take away only. Fine, no big deal. Except literally the next person to order, a suited and booted guy, gets asked if they'd like to eat in or take away? And today, the two smartly dressed gentlemen in the queue in front ask to eat in. The owner shows them to their table, then returns to take my order. When I ask to eat in, I get told it's take away only. I might be dressed like someone who works on a building site, but the level of double standards is just staggering. Shockingly bad customer service.
