Cafe Cocktail in Stratford-on-Avon

The drinks here are superb. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodated off the menu requests. Drinks were lovely and reasonably priced for a cocktail bar, we will definitely return next time we come to Stratford. Thank you

Qué bar maravilloso. Vine por primera vez hoy y me encantó. El personal era increíble con un grito especial a Jack y Harry. Honestamente, una joya absoluta en Stratford... también el hummus de limón y comino era divino... ¡¡puedo tener la receta por favor!!

Ambiente agradable y gran servicio. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Los cócteles son muy deliciosos y quiero volver de nuevo

A beautiful bar... As soon as the door opens, we are greeted by smiling, radiant and pleasant staff... cozy and friendly atmosphere. The cocktails are prepared from local products. We often visit the bar because of the warm service and family atmosphere. I deeply recommend a coffee cocktail for friendly and family gatherings.

Vaya... qué bar de cócteles fantástico. Desde el momento en que entras hasta el momento en que sales estás extremadamente bien cuidado. El personal es muy acogedor y amable y los cócteles son increíbles.

Set in the heart of bustling Stratford upon Avon, Cafe Cocktail is a classy bar serving high quality drinks. We visited pre-theatre and the atmosphere was convivial with super attentive staff who are obviously proud of the drinks they produce. Would definitely recommend for a daytime coffee or evening tipple or two.

Really lovely little cocktail bar! The drinks are all made fresh and to a high standard. Sadly, when we visited there were two staff working - one mainly dealing with FOH and the other mixing drinks. This inevitably meant that there was no way supply could meet demand. The bar was pretty full and each drink took a considerable time to mix and garnish - the end result? My wife and I arrived for our pre-booked table at 6pm and were able to order a drink at 6.05pm (brilliant!) The drinks arrived approx. 20mins later (not so great - as no water, bar snacks etc offered.) Just a looong wait! The drinks were good quality and mixed/presented well. We weren’t able to look over the menu for a second drink, as the menus are cleared every time you order (why?) We managed to order again at around 6.50pm - and purposely selected drinks that we knew were quick to mix (variations on Old Fashioned/Sazerac) These arrived a little more swiftly than the first round - but we still had to drink swiftly and exit to ensure we made our 7.30pm dinner reservation. We had booked for 6pm thinking we could try 3 or 4 different cocktails in the 1.25 hour window - sadly, the staffing/slow speed meant that we only just managed to have two drinks - and that was pushing it! Lovely bar, well-made drinks, polite staff - but when we visited, they needed to be more realistic with the number of customers they could actually cater for.

Ridiculously amazing cocktails. Made with such care and love - and you can actually taste the alcohol 😝 It’s THE best place in Stratford for a cocktail with a great atmosphere and staff who really do love what they do. We are so lucky to have such an amazing place here in Stratford.

Some delicious and original cocktails as well as traditional beverages. Friendly service as well I as really nice environment.

Surprised this is number 1 on Trip Advisor. There was nothing really wrong with it, just didn’t have much atmosphere and I also wasn’t struck on the choice of cocktails. Staff were very polite. I preferred the 1940s Cocktail Bar next to the FourTeas Tea Room.

Lovely cocktails! Birthday visit and the cocktails were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they explained what was in the cocktails when asked.

Wow!! What a brilliant place. Booked on line as it always looked busy when walking past. Fair to say one of the best cocktails I have had in a while. Loved the glass it came in and the effort that was taking in putting the drink together. All the staff had a great knowledge of what was in each cocktail. Service was great as we were a party of 6. We loved it!

Great cocktail bar with coffee and snacks. Staff knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the cocktails they make. Air conditioned bar with out side seating, subtle but classic decor. Great please for an afternoon cocktail or pre theatre drink
