Cafe Bianco in Three Rivers

Cafe Bianco seems to have quite mixed reviews. We were happy with our visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming , service was prompt and the food very good with decent portions. The coffee (lavazza) was also decent. My lasagne was delicious. It is not the most attractive of dining venues but it was clean. I would quite happy to return to Cafe Bianco.

Went In after a night shift as I was hungry , and ordered some pasta with a keg of chicken . The chicken that was put in front of me was not the same chicken that was on the hot plate it was an old chicken leg nuked to nothing but skin and bone . I approached the owner to bring my plate in and asked him if he re-heats his already warm chicken legs before bringing them out and he replied “yes” my question was why would you serve a lovely looking leg from the hot plate nuked in a microwave and essentially ruin the leg!! I was lied too , it was an old leg that he thought he would get away with serving to me ……

The food was nice, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Very rude staff. They accused us (even the owner) of telling lies and used threatening behaviour. We WILL NOT be eating here again. Caution: when you order your food, repeat it 100 times otherwise they will accuse you of placing the order incorrectly when you didn’t. Then tell you they have it on camera and when you ask them to produce the evidence they will say they can’t find it now. UNBELIEVABLE Now he is lying on his review to say we requested our money back. UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT EAT HERE. Hence the low reviews. Are you oblivious to your other negative reviews???????

The settings of the restaurant is good, it's spacious, neat and clean. ❤ I love the scrambled eggs and the salted mushrooms! (I added the salt myself) They are nice! 😆 I also like the roasted chicken & baby potatoes. The sauce of it has a bit of spice which makes it flavoursome!😚 I would recommend you to try this restaurant! 😉 (p.s. I especially like the song Titanium which the restaurant sometimes plays♡)

Friendly staff, spacious interior with outside seating too. Great choice of food and drink, nicely presented, speedy service - and delicious. I'm not local so unlikely to return, but highly recommended.

I was at a conference in Watford and popped in for a quick panini and coffee. On the whole it was really good. If too much pesto on the panini but perfectly acceptable! The coffee was very good. Decent lunch spot

Amazing coffee watching the hussle and bussel pass by on market day. 👌 Cakes are top quality as well with affordable lunches and snacks.

The guy who is likely to be the owner is an absolute joke and has no care for how he treats people. I paid for my meal and drinks and before I was about to leave went to the toilet with my toddler only to come back to find my table cleared even though I was expecting to take my two drinks outside with us. When I told them this they were reluctant to make me extra drinks but instead were asking where I went. The guy even said I had drunk most of my drink apparently so that gives him a right to throw it out after I paid for it of course! The guys response was disgusting he was rude and disrespectful and even insulted me in a personal level regarding my religion which was uncalled for and unprofessional. This experience was enough to put me off for life and returning again which he wasn't too bothered about. His attitude is shocking and I'm sure his got control issues and thinks he can run his business like that. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE if you care about basic customer service and have human morals.

Pleasant and friendly. Reasonable price for high street. Not pestered so able to relax and take my time.

Excellent croissant and very fresh - not chewy like many of the croissant offered in coffee bar chains. Coffee is good and staff are very helpful. Whole place is spotlessly clean. Have used them for breakfast while working in Watford for a couple of weeks and have not had a bad pastry or coffee. Can't comment on Sicilian pastries as haven't tried them.

One of the worst cafe I ever been in Uk.Staff was so miserable and the owner was very rude No manner at all.The way the owner talk to me was like he was there by force serving people who are paying him to be able to run his business!!!!very bad customer service and very small portion of food for what We have paid.he needs to learn how to respect his customers.Never come back again.

Excellent food. Arrived within a few minutes of sitting down. Hot, fresh and good portion size. Attentive, friendly staff. Recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable, food is excellent and the whole place is spotlessly clean - including the toilets. No need to book, if you are passing just pop in

You should really stop to try one of their pastries, they are amazing! I had the small lemon sfogliatella and it was crunchy and very well balanced in flavour. Coffee is good too. Will recommend.

The cannoli and araogstine are incredibly stale and tasteless. When you take a bite out of a Sicilian cannolo you expect it to be crunchy, but the ones from Cafe Bianco are so stale that they are soft. The same with the aragostine, which have...
