Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. Staff swearing. Got rushed to order just after sitting down then I was asking to moved for staff family/friends even though there was 2 other tables free. Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! I do not recommend this establishment if you’re looking for somewhere friendly and quiet. If I could give this a 0 I would!

Excellent range of coffees, really friendly staff

A cafe is meant to be a relaxing environment and I felt the complete opposite from that. I was asked to move tables as they said it was reserved but it wasn’t. There was shouting and extremely loud noises that ultimately ruined the beginning of my day. I don’t think I’ll be recommending this cafe to anyone I know.

Bad people..the girl is threating people into whatsapp. It is not normal.

Bad coffee, burnt from milk too hot. Sat in for about half an hour on lunch break. Got asked to leave so others could have my table - rude and not good service. Will not be coming back.

Appearance doesn't reflect quality. Service is slow, staff are rude and the food came out looking awful. Avoid this place.

Stopped by this cafe as I'm working close by and I'm glad I did. The coffee is great, the girls there are very friendly and it's a nice setting

Great cafe, I love coming here and the staff are extremely friendly.

Not only was the coffee exceptional but the staff were friendly and overly helpful and polite, the atmosphere inside was very calm and homely and the decor was nice. It happened to be raining when I visited but there was a lovely outside area to smoke with heating and tables. I will definitely visit again when I’m in the area and will recommend to anyone else who needs a good coffee and a bit of grub

Something's changed with this place. They used to do delicious falafel wraps and chicken escalope baguettes. They have discontinued the falafel, and the two recent chicken escalope baguettes that I have had have been very poor: the chicken was dry and tough like old leather. It's a shame, because the coffee is still excellent, and they serve very tasty flapjacks, cakes etc. Maybe I just need to adjust my expectations and change my order. I'll keep going there because they are so close, and the staff are friendly.

I’ll put two starts because this was my morning coffee for months now, as is the only one that I have near my house . So, came back from holidays and found two new staff , ordered a Iced Capuccino and I got coffee foam with ice ONLY, no water!!!so I was drinking foam lol!!! She said that this is the way we do this capuccino , shocked! I’ve asked her to make me a Iced Espresso, and got full cup with water and one finger of Foam , that was water with little taste of coffee. I felt embarrassed for returning that too. The girls didn’t seem to be happy of course , but when you go there and you know what you’re drinking, this was completely something new for me ! Apparently they don’t know how to make cold coffees , or I’m crazy for drinking FOAM! I’m scared to go back now lol

Outstanding customer service and brilliant food

Beautiful dinner, pollo carbonara was amazing. Exceptional service by Tony, lovely and caring. Great sense of humour. From starter to deserts the food was lovely, would return and highly recommend!

Very friendly person served me with a takeaway tea for 1.50. Very nicely laid out with seating outside and Tesco opposite.

Not sure if it's covid or change of management but this little coffee shop is struggling!! Packaged cake only on offer here!!!

Lovely breakfast here after court. She let me pick all my fresh ingredients to make a beautiful tasty omelette. Great friendly service.

I found this cafe by chance and I’m so glad I did. I love supporting local businesses and I will definitely make this my local cafe from now on! Thank you for such a lovely warm welcome and breakfast made with love! I love the decor! The only suggestion I would make is to re-arrange the layout of the shop as it got really hot inside with full capacity, maybe the counter till area can be removed or made slimmer as it takes up too much space and I can see the shop has so much potential. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Cafe Bello was a lovely and yummy surprise. I live close by and I had never been there before (shame on me). Comfy and homemade food, my friend and me had some excellent food, sandwiches and treleche pie 😋 and of course the strong Albanian coffee. The owner is friendly and dedicated to offer her customer a good experience. Highly recommend!

Home made food. Done with Love. If you curious and never tried Albanian food , this is the place to do it.

This is the second time I come to Cafe Bello, I felt welcome straight away, i enjoyed my coffee and my omelette with cheese and ham. Very fast service. Nice, warm atmosphere and lovely music too and very friendly people. Now I know why Wood Green is so special. People make the place.

Beautiful Erzina provides the best welcome as well as the best coffee... Her cakes are to die for, so yummy!!!! Somewhere you feel really comfortable with good food; company and drinks.

Small and friendly place. The beverages are all very tasty and so is the food. A little oasis on the high road

such an amazing service,food is made fresh right where you can see almost like crispy creme,wonderful welcoming staff who always greets you with a smile and treats you as her own.Food has such an exquisite taste which can leave you mesmerised for weeks in which you soon have to give into your cravings.Amazing organic coffee has a unique taste compared to the other coffee’s i have tried across wood green. You should definitely give it a try.

The coffee is really nice, as well as the muffins you may get. The staff are really welcoming (As every Balkan staff) and the shop has a nice atmosphere.

If you want to have a special morning:) Take your time and go to try Veggie Smothies to Cafe Bello. The place is very nice . The staff is amazing. And i can tell you a secret : Here you can eat a very good and fresh salad or sandwiches. Thank you guys for this beautiful morning.
