Great food and service will be going again

Booked here for a birthday meal. 5* customer service and A1 food. Would recommend to anybody.

Chef is amazing!! Food was delicious. Highly recommend eating here! Edited review. I ate here again for my birthday and again food was lovely service was great! Are waitress Kay was great and the kids left being her biggest fan. Again I highly highly recommend this restaurant

Don’t go here if you are wanting to go for a family meal. I was recommended this place by someone else who’s had a great experience but we had the complete opposite. Three of us ordered starters and mains and the rest ordered only mains. To start with we asked for soft drinks which for around £3.85 we expected a pint. It came as a half pint which we were shocked at which the staff then said “I didn’t know you wanted a pint” I think for £3.85 would not be expected to be half a pint. One of my family members ordered a drink with no ice yet it came with ice but they’ve replied to my partners review saying that we didn’t yet everyone heard him ask for no ice! These drinks came from cans which I think is laughable to be charged that much for it and they were pouring them with no embarrassment in front of us! When we ordered food they asked whether we wanted our starters with our mains or if we wanted it separately which we said separately very clearly to the waiter… it’s clear that he knew we wanted it separate because they brought one starter out then 5 minutes later when we didn’t receive the other starters we asked where they were, to which we were told they thought they were coming with the mains… seems a bit strange to me why they thought only one would come out as a starter… they then came out with the garlic bread as a starter which was meant to come with the mains (it was in a deal so there’s no reason this would be expected to come out with the starters) The mains then came out with the remaining starters and they gave us another garlic bread to make up for the fact they brought us one out with the starter (granted they let us have the one they brought with the starter) the spaghetti bolognese came with next to no meat in it so there was no option but to either make it again or take it off the bill which they offered to take it off the bill which we obviously took, because it was shocking… the kids meals came with different chips on two of the meals compared to the other two (two were fries the other two were thick cut chips). These chips were very clearly frozen chips, god knows where from but it was so obvious. 2 of the kids meals were taken off the bill due to this but it still doesn’t make up for the fact it was appalling. We were asked to pay a £20 deposit before coming to the restaurant but this wasn’t taken off the bill and with the shock of the restaurant we didn’t even take note to make sure that it was taken off the bill until looking through our bank a few days later so we then went back to ask for it back which they gave us, however seems like a joke to have to prompt them to give us our deposit back… Overall a terrible experience. In response to my partners review, how you received a phone call mid visit is beyond me haha, we don’t even live nearby so who could’ve rang you is quite a joke. How could we be scammers when we paid for everything which we should have paid for and you are who haven’t prompted us for the £20 deposit back. In regards to not being welcome back we wouldn’t want to come back to a place like this. It was a joke from walking in. We didn’t choose to sit upstairs, you sat us up there even though there was barely anyone in and you could’ve sat us downstairs quite easily so you aren’t “running up and down the stairs”. Will not be returning.

Been here quite a few times as it’s ideally positioned when we go to the theatre, and we will keep coming back. Always excellent food and looked after ( don’t like the word served) by very friendly, efficient, professional staff. Many thanks.

In a summary this restaurant isn’t as good as we’d hope. We only expected the bare minimum but instead we had much less. A member of staff getting confused and not paying attention. Our starters came with our main instead of coming separately. We mentioned this to the waiter who then seemed confused and suggested we wait as they will come out together anyways. If you want any fizzy drinks they are in cans instead of draught. For just a standard coke you’re paying much more for the can that poured the drink. The spaghetti bolognese came with almost no meat in the sauce. The chips were Asda’s own cheap chips. (They used the excuse that there was a lot of use so they had to quickly go and get some) not mentioning where they got them though. The food was over priced for the service and quality of the food combined. If you go to any restaurant and have to pay a deposit you’d expect that back. Sadly we didn’t get that back straight away. The money was returned to us eventually after we promptly returned back to the restaurant and asked them for the deposit back. So I would highly suggest you be very careful of this place if theres many of you and you some how forget or they don’t remind you of your deposit, you will walk out that restaurant without your deposit. They removed only a few dishes from the bill which we weren’t happy about. One starter never showed up. Got refunded. I wouldn’t recommend here if there’s a lot of you. The waiting staff get confused it seems. This sounds like it’s easier and more of a happy experience when there’s only a couple or 2 people going.

Excellent! Best onion rings I've ever had, lasagne is beautiful, garlic bread is lovely, pasta servings are always generous and delicious. Never thought I'd find the best tasting onion rings at an Italian, try them, they are so good! Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the beautiful meals :)

Booking took for 8.30 then was made to feel uncomfortable because the was closing down at 9 food seem to be rushed I had spaghetti and meat balls it was like a tin of tomatoes and meat ball no flavour very poor will not be going again. Would advise you save your money and go elsewhere.

Good tasty pizzas. Permissive and friendly staff. Not the best selection of beer, but it is an Italian restaurant after all.

Only giving 1 star as no option for no stars! Just been here and was ignored for 15 minutes not given a menu or even asked for drinks, when we were finally asked if we wanted any drinks I ordered a pink gin and slimline tonic was told he didn’t think they did slimline I said no problem I’ll have normal tonic! The guy behind the bar brought our drinks and rudely told me they don’t do slimline and after all I was in a restaurant even though this was advertised on the menu!! After 25mins of waiting to order food we got up paid for the drinks and left no questions asked as to why. Won’t be coming here again!

2 of 3 dishes were cold. Spaghetti was chewy. Ragu sauce had no flavour, garlic bread was burned and cold. Over £40 for 3 dishes to be wildly disappointed

Great little Italian bistro, we booked a table a little later than we should of to get to an 8pm show, we panicked a bit but got served 2 courses within the 1.15 hrs, they apologised for the last minute rush, but it was our fault by late booking it..Good food, decent house red,

Visited here with my friend and my sister during a Saturday daytime. We visited Blackpool for the weekend from Newcastle and this place was a total gamble as a choice of dinner during the Saturday we were in Blackpool. Wow. What a restaurant. Although we were the only table inside the food was out of this world. I’ve tried many restaurants over the years and carbonara is something I’ve had many times before but this restaurant definitely topped any others I’d have before. Taste/presentation just looked so clean and appealing. Me and my sister are big seafood lovers and are often reluctant to order if we don’t believe it could be cooked fresh. We took the risk and ordered the prawns. The taste was out of this world. Best prawns I’ve had for a long time and can 100% tell they were as fresh as they come. 1st time visiting and when next returning to Blackpool I will 100% be visiting this restaurant again.

Came across Caesars when looking for somewhere to eat before going to see Alfie Boe at the Winter Gardens and what a find! The owner and staff were all first class especially young Jack who was on his first shift and did so well. The atmosphere was relaxed , the food was excellent and all in all definitely value for money. When we are next in Blckpool we will be going back for sure. Thanks agin.

It was a nice day, so I sat outside. This made it so much better the staff were good and the food was excellent. I can't wait to go back and try something different.

Food from here is usually fantastic but unfortunately tonight we ordered a lasagne which arrived in a child’s portion size and was burnt underneath which was a shame. The rest of the order was good though. Just one item let it down and should not have been sent out as it was.

Fantastic little gem, friendly staff and lovely food.

We had pre booked for 13 of us on a girly break before going to see the Funny Girls show. Great choices on the menu plenty for everyone to choose from. The pasta deal to share was great value and very tasty so I was told. I had pizza which was the best I’ve had outside of Italy. Staff were all lovely. Restaurant is in a good location. Highly recommended we would definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us all so well.

Caesars is a fantastic classic Italian restaurant in the heart of Blackpool town centre, the staff are brilliant and friendly, the decor is great & the chefs are brilliant, the food is so tasty and fresh 😍

Had a very unfortunate experience here yesterday, were sold a gluten free pizza which turned out to be a standard gluten base (and yes, we did check with the server at least 2-3 times before ordering). Be careful if you are told they do GF options or if you have any serious allergies - as we were lied to by the server once we realised what had happened, he didn't write it on the ticket. We had to deal with a very sick family member afterwards, the other staff were slightly helpful but you could tell they were also mortified and didn't know how to help. There needs to be an understanding of basic allergy control as this could have a serious impact on health. We also had to ask for a refund which was completely ridiculous! Posting to make others aware.

I gave this place 3 stars for Service because we had quite a wait for our starter (garlic bread) for 45 minutes. The place was busy on both floors on a Bank Holiday Saturday night and there could have been unforeseen issues in the kitchen. However, the waiters apologised and kept us informed as to where they were up to with our meals. The place had a very pleasant, warm & relaxed vibe. Our food turned out to be delicious. A special mention to for young Sam (only 22) who was very entertaining and a real character. Only been there 3 weeks. His charm is a proper asset. After a shaky start we ended up thoroughly enjoyed our first-time xperience here. We'll be back.

Unfortunately despite lighting the candles for a romantic ambiance, listening to staff swearing in the kitchen didn’t sell it…. This was our second visit and on both visits we experienced bad language from the kitchen. The woman at the bar can’t say lady had a loud voice on her, not professional in my experience! Food was excellent but staff need to work professional and remember customers can hear you! Another negative was the men’s toilets were very much unclean and very smelly! Won’t be revisiting shame because the food was good!

Visited today for the first time. Nicely surprised at the ambience, service and quality of the food. Lovely fresh pizza, cooked perfectly. Would definitely go back.

Reading the reviews I thought this would be better than it was. Not knowing Blackpool and looking for a good meal, this seemed to fit the bill. And for the most part it did. We were accommodated with a table without booking. Service was swift, initially. But took ages to get the bill and quite honestly, we could have walked out without paying and I'm not sure they would have noticed. The food was nice, not spectacular, well cooked and fairly simple. The other half remarked my garlic mushrooms were better, which I think they were. But the biggest crime was the Diane sauce for the steak. What I think was some cream of tomato soup with a couple of slices of mushrooms and garlic. A Diane sauce it was not. And for £3.50, very disappointing. Would not go back if we are ever in the area again. Wish we had gone to the pizza place 2 doors down. Those pizzas looked fine!

Booked and ate on 28/3/24. Have been here many times, I don’t know if it has changed hands but was not a patch on previous experiences. Waitress was not attentive, turned a party of 6 away despite having a table and the other big table paying at the time and wouldn’t split their bill. She was grumpy, complaining all the time she was short staffed but managed to spend time on her phone. We were going to have a pudding but waitress never gave us the option. Had to wait a further age for the bill, yet she was not that busy (6 tables of two, and one of about 8). Food was good but felt portion size had decreased. Waitress will put us off ever going again, yet we are often in Blackpool and previously always chose to eat there over anywhere else previously. Shame.

This used to be a lovely place to eat with a good atmosphere and friendly service. A group of 4 of us revisited for dinner after work only to discover that they will NOT do individual bills. Never seen or heard of that EVER, ANYWHERE. So if there are a few of you, one has to pay the whole bill and the rest settle with the individual later. No atmosphere at all, no gentle music, nothing, just bland. The service was not friendly or unfriendly, it was just not warm or welcoming. The food was ok, good pizza. If you want Italian then consider another place.

Wasted my cheat day on what tasted like a carbonara ready meal with a very pitiful garlic bread. Driver was nice but we won't be going again.

Went early doors on a Wednesday for a quick pre show dinner.... the food was great as was the service, decent sized pasta portions compared to other local Italian restaurants....(Sotto!) and good value too... would recommend 😊

Very disappointed…bland and overpriced food.

Lovely little pizzeria/pasta resto; excellent food and good wine selection. I went rogue and had the thing that people love to hate... yes... Hawaiian! 😋😅 And then a more socially acceptable dessert; Tiramisu, and a fine portion it has to be said! All very nice indeed, and complimented by a house red (Merlot) that drank pretty well. All staff are nice and friendly, although all bar one slightly off the mark with interaction, and a little more joy in the job would be nice to see. That said, this is a very nice place to eat; excellent food in an informally comfortable setting, and although it seems small there is upstairs seating so don't just look in the window and assume it's full. Enjoy your meal, and go for pineapples!

A lovely little restaurant with loads of atmosphere and a very good menu. We were lucky to get a table - I would advise booking in advance especially if youre visiting Blackpool for a show. The meals were delicious.

Absolutely shocking food. 2 waitresses were very nice. One was rude as. The food was abysmal. Pizzas were crumbling at the edges like they had been frozen. The prawn starter was cold. What a shambles for a town centre restaurant. I'm surprised people go there. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed. I can cook better food at home at the fraction of the price. And the rude woman with tattoos makes the experience even more so shotty with her rude attitude. What the hell is going on with blackpool

Shout out to the delivery guy. Fantastic service. For some odd reson, my street but not my house number showed up on his app, he came, he left his car and searched for clues on the street as to who the mystery customer was, he rang me, I rejected the call as an unknown number lol, poor guy, I then spotted him on his search for clues, he was absolutely lovely and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got my order. Thank you very nice delivery guy you are much appreciated. The food ordered was nice, I would order the items again.

Great food and arrived piping hot

The restaurant had just opened for the day when we went in. We were shown to our table and given menus. There was an extensive menu and the prices were reasonable. Our orders were taken quite quickly and the food came out quite fast. I had a pizza and it was lovely. The only issue was the member of staff on duty was taking a personal call whilst not serving anyone and they were talking really loudly. They were a nice member of staff, very polite and friendly, I just didn't think that was appropriate.

Authentic Italian, been 4 times during our stay! Highly recommended for great Italian food.

Fantastic customer service from Karon from when we first reserved our table for 18 of us. Super staff very welcoming and friendly nothing to much trouble. Food was delicious no one had a bad meal, would definitely recommend and return again. Perfect for somewhere to eat pre theatre as right opposite Winter Gardens.

Amazing food, friendly service will be back..

Lovely for lunch, something nice and wholesome Italian. Good selection of goods and even has a children's menu. Waiter was fabulous as we had a 2 year old that cried alot and he was very child friendly. If she was an adult behaving as she did they would be barred lol. Great place if you fancy a change to fish and chips. Average price, this is a restaurant so restaurant prices and not cafe prices but worth it.

I feel very sorry for Caesar’s because not only will we never step foot in that place again, nor will any of my guests in my 26 air b n be I own in Blackpool! I have become a regular since we discovered this gem a couple of years ago - I am local. I now work in Surrey and I have been away for several weeks. When asked what I wanted to do for my first evening back…. Caesar’s. Absolutely wonderful, as it always is. I have eaten there on so many, many occasions and there has never been anything remotely to gripe about.

Went for dinner there as had good reviews online. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. Gorgeous starters. We ordered a pizza each for mains and they were both completely tasteless unfortunately, as well as oily and soggy. It was hard to believe considering how upmarket the restaurant felt and looked. A suggestion to the chef and the waiters to taste the pizza they are selling - you ought to raise the bar! It is offensive to sell such bad tasting pizza in a restaurant like this.

Ordered a rare steak came well done sent back did 2nd one came out exactly the same, so sent back and they still tr8ed charging us for it

I knew this was a very popular restaurant to eat, so we booked back in March for September there to be sure we got a seat.! Our table was booked for 7.30pm and we arrived at 7.10pm and was told they gave our table out to a walk in! and we were told to go and get a drink next door till it was ready. We did not want to spend any more than we wanted by going to a pub. We sat across from the restaurant and then at 7.25pm we went back in and the girl said oh they have not left yet!!! We will just sit you up stairs, up there was empty with another couple sitting there but stairs were so un safe I had anxiety with them. The waiter came and took our order, and drinks order, but it was a while before he came back with it, (as if it was an effort) the food came, but was a bit bland and service was poor! We asked for the bill and it was as if they could not wait to get us out. They were quicker bringing card machine than food!! We just felt we'd have been better going to a weatherspoons.

Came across this restaurant by accident and decided to try it. Lovely little place friendly staff. We ordered meatball pizza lasagne and cheesy garlic bread. Didn’t take long to come out. Was well presented and tasted delicious. Along with 4 bottles peroni the bill was £44. Very reasonable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend you try it.

We hadden geluk dat er nog plek voor 2 was. Voor gerecht en hoofdgerecht waren snel besteld en ook best snel geserveerd. Maar toen we vroegen om de dessert kaart en we allang klaar waren om te bestellen, leek het wel of ze ons negeerde, na 10 min wachten hebben we de rekening maar gevraagd en betaald. Maar wel mijn complimenten aan de kok, eten was voortreffelijk.

There's a woman with redish purple brown hair n glasses that is so rude nothing but evil stairing of her as me n my family ate I have come here because of the food at least 4 times this month she has made me hate this place so I'll mannerd I have sat finished my meal over 30min ago there's only 2 other tables taken n all staff are talking in the kitchen. Manners cost nothing n because of this one woman me n my family will find another Italian because service here is dreadful n rude I feel like walking out without paying but I have to much pride to do such a crime This woman needs discipline or a talk too she's making this place unbearable for customers... She needs sacking

Lovely little restaurant. Staff very friendly. Dog friendly also and made a family of 4 plus dog very welcome. Food was very good and would highly recommend. Will visit again when back in Blackpool.

Me and my partner came here as we was visiting blackpool, the waiter fit us in straight away and we was made to feel so welcome! We went for the pasta sharing dish which came with garlic bread and a bottle of house wine, we wasn’t disappointed!! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was brilliant, we felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back again when we come to visit! Thank you

Great service, friendly staff, wonderful food full of flavour. Beautiful location, outside seating on a summers evening. Nice decor, charming restaurant. I only tried 2 starters, but both were delicious. All the food looked and smelled fantastic. Will most definitely return for a larger meal. The pizzas looked particularly nice.

Wir waren mit unseren Gerichten, Penne Stilton und Spaghetti Carbonara, sehr zufrieden. Eine durch den Wind umgefallene Cola wurde kostenlos ersetzt. Lobenswert. Gerne wieder.

This was great for an easy casual family dinner....staff were so friendly and accommodated every single request. Our 2 year old grandson was delighted with his sharing pizza (which was very kindly boxed up for him to finish later) and with his strawberries and melon for dessert which wasn't even on the menu. Basically, they couldn't do enough for us to make us feel welcome and our meals were lovely- a great experience, thank you! Wendy W.

Lovley food ..friendly staff..definitely be back

Table for two Saturday night and a cosy night with fabulous food. Setting in the square was lovely. Very authentic decor with proper homemade food. Everything we ordered was faultless and everyone else’s food looked wonderful. Definitely would recommend this restaurant for a wonderful Italian meal. Service was great no complaints at all.

Service very good, good food. Minestrone is probably only made of tomatoes, but it tasted good. Only the pasta (spaghetti carbonara (the taste is good), was tortured for a long time in the pot, it was not "al dente", but completely soft. The lungo size espresso did not matter. Guaranteed higher average quality of restaurants in the area.

Portions were small, no wow about the flavour, when one of our guests asked for some more parmesan cheese they were told only one spoon full per customer. Overall the poorest Italian restaurant I've ever been in and to add insult to they only had one steak.

Fantastic traditional Italian in a lovely quite part of town, but just seconds away from the Winter Gardens with an outdoor seating area that is often a superb sun trap! Staff are at the top of their game with old fashioned friendly service! Super tasty pizza with a very tasty base.
