We came here as a family group of 9 whilst we where in blackpool for the week, This was honestly the best meal we had all week the meatballs where beautiful everyone that had the pizza raved about it and the home made sangria was out of this world. The lady that served us was knowledgeable and really friendly wish we had found you sooner we will 100% be back next time thank you.

Lovely food and great staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful with our two young grandchildren. Nothing was too much trouble

An excellent meal for all the family, we had a group of 5 including my toddler daughter who absolutely loved her chicken nuggets and chips whilst myself and my Wife loved two great starters in Bruschetta and Meatballs. Personally, I felt like the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful and welcoming so much so that we had considered returning on our second night in Blackpool. Having the option of British meals at a great Italian restaurant helped with my Dad having a great steak pie for his main meal whilst the rest of us tucked in to some great Italian dishes! We’ll definitely return whenever we pop back down from Glasgow!

We dined here on Tuesday evening. It was rainy and the waitress ushered us in out the rain and let us pick our table. We didn't catch her name but she was very helpful, friendly and polite. Our little boy asked for a glass of milk as his drink, which isn't on their menu but it was no trouble and they accommodated his request. Our food was lovely - pizza's and meatballs - piping hot! We really enjoyed our visit.

Didn't enjoy any bit of our meal Garlic bread over done with the garlic Spaghetti. Bolognese worst we have ever had and the cheapest red wine charged at ridiculously expensive price We will never return Staff were lovely not their fault All down to who runs the establishment Go next door when next in blackpool Totally different experience

Friendly, efficient service, good food, reasonably priced. What's not to like? It was so good I revisted two nights later (Sunday) only to find it closed despite being listed as open on the website. So that's what's not to like☹️

Very disappointing, we came here last night for our dinner. We were one of 3 in the restaurant this gave us doubts to start with. We paid £2.50 each for 4 drinks that came straight from a 2liter bottle and a carton. Hubby got a pizza and the base of the pizza was still dough! Same happened with my sons pizza. Told the waitress and he attitude changed towards us. They removed the 2 pizzas from the bill to which we were still charge £39.90 for a lasagna a plate of chips a bowl of plain pasta 4 chicken nuggets and 4 drinks daylight robbery. We won't be back!!!!!

Up for weekend, wife's birthday, not been here for 35+ years. Friday night is normally pizza night so found Casa Franco close by. Food reasonable in terms of quality and price, service from Rosa was exceptional. She was a joy, chatty and made us feel like we were the only people in the place. Would definitely revisit.

This place is a hidden gem. Walking up the promenade trying to find anything that's not a chippy or fast food burger or donut stall we found this Italian restaurant we were starving from the look out side it was nothing to rave about, to be honest I was sceptical about eating here, I had low expectations. (But that old saying never judge a book) Well I ordered my usual carbonara, little one ordered a pizza, Mrs ordered spagbol. The drinks even though was told there half pint there not there almost pint so for £2.50 well worth it. Mrs ordered a glass of irn brew we all know it comes in a can so to get a big glass we was sure it won't be real irn brew. Well it was and real Fanta. So no cheap crap. Food arrived I took one look and thought this is dry as hell, Again I judged and I shouldn't. This was the best Italian I have ever been to the food was out of this world I took one mouth full and thought OMG. No exaggeration pizza was amazing fresh and spagbol was beautiful. Was not expecting this at all. Trust me guys you will leave your stay at Blackpool feeling like you missed out on a good meal. Try this place and have it as your secret place to eat when you stay. I am privileged to say I ate there. Only advice I will give everyone is. You guessed it. DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

We were looking for a place to eat on our first night at Blackpool and found this restaurant. The staff instantly greeted us welcomingly and were very nice throughout our time there. The food was also great, filling and delicious. This is a great place to come if you need a nice meal on an evening if you’re in the area, and it was a pretty good price for the kind of restaurant it was. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, definitely worth a visit (:

Nice restaurant clean and well appointed, staff are a bit eager in serving you feels very much like they want to turn around the tables quickly. Good size potions but not much flavour, the food looks better than it tastes, too much use of dried herbs. Soup, tiramisu and Chocolate sundae were fab though I would miss the pasta if we go again.

Good honest Italian very attentive service and lovely people… Staff are really careful to ensure you enjoy yourself and food was good. I would recommend… It’s easy to find a restaurant in Blackpool, of course, there are many. But this one is trying to give a good, honest, value for money experience and reserves a recommendation.

This was perfect for dinner before a show at the Pleasure Beach. Lovely freshly prepared food. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The service was very quick, which suited us that evening -- not sure what it would be like if you were hoping for a more leisurely meal -- but it was a good quality Italian meal at a great price.

Great atmosphere and the staff were amazing

We had a very quick two course meal . Not sure what the rush was . The pasta was decent but the service was surreal . Not restaurant quality . Waitress chewing a mouthful of food whilst dealing with customers and overall just brash . Cant recommend on that basis as well as food was so quick it was a very odd 20/30 mins dining experience !

Staff are super friendly and the food was delicious - we had a great meal with our children and left stuffed. Mickey that served us deserves a special mention - great at her job and makes everyone feel welcome. We will be back next time we visit Blackpool 💕

Arrived for our reservation and the waitress informed us of the 90 minute wait on food. We said that was absolutely fine but she looked close to tears. We went inside and the chef began yelling at her, saying no more customers and the kitchen was closed… but awkward. We ended up leaving without sitting down. Bit of a downer on our friend’s birthday. Wait staff are lovely and wonderful but man they need a new chef. Someone call Gordon Ramsey.

Even pleased my youngest son (who is. not easy to please when it comes to food) . the pizza was so delicious and had an amazing cheese pull( very satisfying) The staff were so helpful and friendly would highly recommend a visit if ever in Blackpool

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We went to Blackpool for the weekend and ended up having evening tea here both nights as it was fantastic. All our food was freshly cooked with a good drink selection! Very good pricing. Very good staff both front of house and back of house.

Very poor experience. If they can't be bothered cleaning outside (which looks like a scruff hole), what chance have you got of kitchen being clean? Lack lustre welcome from disinterested staff. All 4 of us thought food was poor. Probably OK if you are only wanting to fill a hole (preferably in road). They are playing to a passing trade of people trying to shelter from a storm so what dies it matter!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous food. Staff were brilliant very kind and informative. Our deserts were going to take abit longer as they were serving a big table and they took the time to come explain. Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

If you are in Blackpool do try and find this. Good food home cooked, fresh and tasty. Excellent value. Good family run and very much a taste of Italy. Classical music in background helps make plce special. Menu choise simple but varied. Catered well for my difficult eating problems

Staff were very friendly. Pizza was good, pasta was disappointing - didn’t feel like an authentic Italian restaurant. Too much olive oil and oregano in the meal. Meatballs looked and tasted re heated. Main sauce base didn’t change between different dishes. Wouldn’t recommend. Had better pasta in Wetherspoons.

Best Lasagne I have ever eaten.

We visited here in September and weren't disappointed. What a gem of a place, beautiful food, great service and reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Blackpool in May.

Got to say that this is the best Italian we have found in Blackpool. Nicely situated and easy to find. The staff are great, friendly and nothing is to much for them. Service was fast. The food is exceptional. Pizzas are perfect and really well prepared and cooked. They are thin but not crunchy just the way they should be. The pasta dishes were all very tasty and good sized portions. Desserts are just another bonus as these to are all great. The restaurant itself is really nice and the tables are well spaced and There is a good amount of room to get in and out. It is clean and nicely decorated. The staff thoroughly clean each table between guests. If you are looking for Italian in Blackpool don't bother searching about just go straight there and save yourself from some walking as you won't find better.

Absolutely brilliant evening here. The Scampi platter is to die for! It’s like it melts in the mouth. The service is friendly & toilet is clean. The crowds are non stop so you might consider coming in for an early dinner unless you don’t mind sitting in the patio.

Booked my Dad's birthday the staff where lovely and very attentive decorated the table, welcomed my Dad as was a surprise. Food was beautiful and reasonably priced, large portions. I ordered a meatball starter and a pasta chicken main meal. I was served 3 tiny meatballs and the source was microwaved to a crisp. Even the waitress said, I think they're meatballs. The chicken pasta main was on par if not worse than an Iceland no frills microwave meal, but cost nearly £20 Avoid at all costs.

From arrival service to food to the bill experience was outstanding. Most of all the food was tasty delicious and simply mouth watering perfection 🥰 very happy and thoroughly recommended to everyone 😀
