Atmosphere a little hectic lots of young children in a small restaurant but perhaps we dined too early at 6pm. Food is not overly expensive , well presented and delicious. Service excellent, especially Katalina, our waitress. Compliments to the chef x

Amazing food,lovely relaxed atmosphere,always feels a bit indulgent...and we do!! Even though was very busy,still felt quite intimate...great for date night..!! This one in Blackpool while away is the highlight of the trip. Fabulous!!

A lovely Italian restaurant in a great location right outside the Winter Gardens.My calzone was excellent with plenty of filling and sauce.The service was good with plenty of staff to help out.It gets very busy so plan ahead and you won't be disappointed.One drawback and they are looking into it is that the toilets are upstairs and some people not good on there feet were struggling on the stairs.

we have used this restaurant a few times for lunch whilst out shopping, but this visit was very disappointing. we ordered half pizza with salad option and was let down by quality and quantity of both pizzas and salads, then shocked with the final bill of nearly £40. please be aware of this option on the menu as it is poor value for money. after questioning the bill. the staff just referred to the menu and said that's the price and made no other comment regarding our disappointment. will not be revisiting this establishment in the future.

Food was nice, unfortunately over charged and not realised until we left as we were in a rush with kids. Server Karolina wasn't very helpful or attentive.

We Called at this Restaurant on Thursday evening it was very busy but the young waitress managed to squeeze us in, We ordered drinks starters and mains. We chose the king prawns and meatballs for starters then the pepperoni pizza and lasagne to follow. Too full for a dessert. We were served very quickly and our waitress was lovely recommending what to try and even the 2-3 course special deal. We had a nice leisurely tea, the food was piping hot and served in a timely manner. A lovely restaurant just a short walk from the promenade, would definitely recommend and will be going back.

They have been delivering out of date coke foe 2 weeks.Even though they know it's out of date

Forgot to do this. We were there very early August. My local restaurant is in Chester but we went to Blackpool Rebellion and our visit to the restaurant was the day after the EDL riot which passed right by this branch and forced them to close while it was happening. Anyway, knowing how good the food in the Chester restaurant is, I suggested we visit there, and was not disappointed. Lovely food, Ziko was Our server, and while it had quietened off, he stopped to chat as we made it clear we were happy to, which was a lovely touch and always appreciated. Although the food was up to the high standards we expected when we visited a Bella Italia, its not always about the food, it's about the people who interact with you while you're there . Cheers Ziko. Hope to see you again next time we're there.

First time visiting the restaurant and staff were friendly and polite at all times and the menu has a good selection of meals and drinks available. There is a set menu meal which is either a starter and main meal or main meal and dessert for £18. The meals we had were just the right sized portion and were very nice.

We live close by but have not visited Bella Italia recently. We had forgotten what a nice place it is. We will be coming back soon. It is very convenient for the Winter Gardens and the new cinema.

We had the best experience at this branch of Bella Italia courtesy of Zico, who looked after us in the best way possible, chatting to us in the most friendly possible way and making sure we had everything we needed in the quickest time possible along with explaining everything as we needed it, Zico was an absolute ace and we only wish the absolute best for him 😎😎👍🏻

I booked for a large group. I had to change the size of the group a few times, change orders, ask questions - Abby dealt with everything swiftly! The food was great too and our party would definitely come back in the future!

Absolutely brilliant food. Really good quality. Good options for set meals.

I have eaten in Bella many times and this was dreadful. My duck in my meal was minced not even shredded. Also swimming in the sauce that should have coated the pasta. Overall spoilt what was meant to be an occasion. Never mind sitting next to the kitchens! Garlic bread was like a wrap toasted with garlic on.

5 of us sitting outside waiting for someone to take our order, after 25 min of no attention I spoke to manager at desk, he was full of apologies however then a family walked in he then dealt with seating them and we then left hungry, disgusted, fed up. Bella Italia shame on you terrible, terrible service, we will never use this chain ever again

Lovely meal for us, tasted delicious. Wonderful team working there, everyone was working together so nicely and all very kind and attentive in particular Abbie who made us feel very welcome. #BetterThanPortsmouth (sorry Portsmouth, they made me say it) 🤭

Everyone was wearing hoodies and pyjama tops. Even the staff were dressed down in basic tshirts. Was cramped and no traditional music just felt like a mcdonalds vibe.. why bother making good food with no atmospheric care.

Very nice service from the beginning. You can enter without a reservation, which is definitely a big plus. Very good pizza at a normal price. Fresh and delicious. The only minus is that the prices for drinks are too high.

Stumbled upon Bella Italia while on a weekend in Blackpool. It was a case of right place right time and in we went. Lovely surroundings and very family friendly. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We had two starters between four of us - dough balls with garlic and herb sauce and oven baked king prawns. Both lovely! My 12 year old grandaughter was adamant that she wanted an Arrabiata but it wasn’t on the menu so after chatting to the waitress she said it was no problem to adapt their Pomodoro pasta - brilliant and a happy young lady! I had the beef tortellini in red wine sauce, very different and very rich and lovely. My sister had traditional lasagne and hubby had the spicy sausage pasta - not for the faint hearted and even a little too spicy for him. Several glasses of water later he said his mouth wasn’t singing - there was a whole orchestra playing in there !!! One piece of lemon cheesecake and two coffees to finish. Two glasses of wine for me, and a Diet Coke each for the others. Service was excellent and bill £119. Lovely meal.

Went to bella Italia on the 20th August 2024 for my partner Anthony's birthday they where so welcoming and they even gave ant a little card with free drink voucher he was made up all the staff excellent customer service food was gorgeous and good vale for money like I said great atmosphere great food and lovely staff

Always call for dinner at Bella Italia when in Blackpool. The food is always well cooked and served, we were looked after by Karen who couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants a Italian meal in Blackpool.

Visited Blackpool for the day and decided on Bella italia. We didn’t book but the staff were able to find us a table. Service was quick and the food tasted amazing. They offer blue light discount so saved us some money. Negatives is there was no child changing facilities, at least not up stairs with the male toilets. No parking but it’s the middle of Blackpool so not an issue.

Went in last week with my son and daughter. One of them at for just £1 which was a great! Restaurant was busy but we didn’t wait long for food. Great service from Ziko!

Me and my partner waited 20 minutes to be told they don’t have any availability (even there was like 10 empty tables) because the Manager was on the phone for the entire time.

Restaurant was closed at 9pm when we came even though it says 10pm and there were guests inside

Business Hours are not updated on Google. Came there when google said it is open. Then they said it was going to be 12 noon. Then after waiting, they told us at 12. Oon that it was going to be 12.30 due to maintenance so we just left instead.

We had 2 excellent family lunches here when in Blackpool. Staff we really friendly with great service. Food was excellent and a huge variety of options for gluten free. Easy to cater for all. It was quite when we went (mid week, out of school hols) so everything was really quick. Food was brilliant. Highly recommended.

I ate here before going to the theatre with my daughter & two grandchildren.The food was good & everyone enjoyed what they choose from the menu. We had a great waiter called Zito who was lovely & friendly. He took time to chat to us & came to our table several times to check everything was OK. The only thing that let the place down was the lady who I think was the manager. She spoke to the hard working barstaff rudely about glasses that was waiting to be washed. The two staff members working the bar was absolutely run off their feet. The restaurant was busy & noisy yet she could be heard over it. She then went to criticise Zito about the seabass my grandson ordered saying it wasn't on the menu when he had gone away to check before taking our order . I have given a four star rating because of her she let the restaurant down. Well done to the rest of the staff who were working very hard to make sure all the customers were enjoying their food & drink. Maybe the lady in question needs some training on how to manage the staff without been rude.

Myself, my son and my mother dined here last Thursday. We were greeted and waited on by Ziko, who is such a lovely young man. He was very friendly and was chatting away to my little boy about football, which my son was delighted about lol. We didn't wait long at all for our dinner, we had pasta, chicken milanese, salad, fries, garlic flatbread and garlic ciabatta. Food was delicious, we were all too stuffed for pudding!. Everyone was lovely and friendly!, Abby, the manager, and Ziko were both very attentive and both made us feel very welcome and relaxed. We have dined here before in the past and we noticed a massive difference this time with the atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon and we look forward to seeing Abby and Ziko. Great service guys! 👌🏼😊

Myself and my 16 year old son visited for lunch, we had the set menu 3 courses for £21.95, we were welcomed and given our choice of tables, our Waiter Daniel was excellent. Being honest I might be a bit of a food snob because I don't generally visit chains like Bella Italia, but I was really pleasantly surprised, the food was excellent and great value. I had the tomato mozzarella bruscheta, the spicy nguja sausage pasta and the Gelato. All were delicious, the spicy pasta is indeed spicy! If you aren't great with heat I'd leave it, but I enjoyed it. Restored my faith in chain restaurants!

Daniel was very attentive and looked after us well. Didn't have to ask once for anything or say something was wrong/mixed up. Daniel alone would make me come back to this restaurant. He was super busy looking after each table in this section and didn't stop at all.

New place for us. Couldn't decide where to go for a pizza, well thank TripAdvisor. Looked at the reviews and decided to give the place a go . Friendly staff. Ordered drinks whilst we chose our meals. Garlic bread cheese stack. Honestly stuck with simple choices, and went for pepperoni pizzas. Although burnt the top of my mouth, wait till it cools guys 😂 Overall tasty, very nice meal. Would be happy for a return on my next holiday

Came here for a birthday dinner and the staff at Bella Italia made it really special ! The food was honestly so good and everyone was very happy ! Karolina in particular was very welcoming and hosted so well giving us great recommendations for food and made our visit feel very personal and an all round great atmosphere 🤗❤️ Thank you for making my day so special !

Nice for a restaurant to have a vegetarian calzone on the menu, which my husband enjoyed. We have visited other Bella Italia restaurants which are more local to us, but the food and service here in Blackpool was far superior!

Food was reasonable but nothing special. Customer service by Ziko was excellent though.

Went here for food after a kids show at the Grand, with my three year old daughter. It's not Michelin star food, it's not fine dining, but it is excellent value. We wanted family friendly, decent food at a reasonable price. That's exactly what we got. Kids menu is great, £6.49 for three courses, absolutely excellent in my view. Service was OK, adult's pollo funghi was good, came to £66 for two adults and one child. Overall good food , at a good price, and great for kids. Definitely recommend.

Bella italia being a chain restaurant italian is very nice, service is good with tasty food and lovely drinks just slightly overpriced for portion size

Our experience was absolutely amazing, we had the loveliest waiter named Ziko who always made sure we were alright and if we needed anything. He was very chatty and provided outstanding service. The food was also absolutely delicious, we enjoyed every single meal that we ordered. Overall, we had a great night with enjoyable food and great service.

It's rare I eat in a Bella Italia. Was glad there was one in Blackpool as the main offering there is fish chips or burgers. This place was quiet enough we got a table quick. Spaghetti Bolognese was brilliant. Enjoyed my starter of bruschetta too. Is a little pricey but was totally worth it. Service was good. Had a nice lass that checked on us for anything else we needed now and again without annoying us. Didn't get the desert however as I was full. Generous sized portions.

Service was great and food was very yummy. Food does take a little time so choose quickly and order. Table service was excellent with our waiter being very polite and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.

Another good location, opposite the Winter Gardens and near the shops. However it's a very small unit for such a prime spot, it gets busy here. The pizza margherita was lovely, the chips were nice, and the wine was good too. Great waiter that served me! Decent value for money. They also offer a 2 + 3 course menu. Something that stood out to me was the apparent lack of disabled access, toilets upstairs and some small steps in the restaurant between the dining spaces.

Had a lovely server called Zakariya, was lovely all throughout meal! Little boy enjoyed him as a server!

Really great service on a bank holiday Sunday. The team looking after us was friendly and whilst clearly busy ensured we still got a smile and excellent service. Food was really nice and good value for money. Great visit and will be back for the next dancing show in November!

Very happy with our experience -- and with the new menu.

I was told that very kindly i could order at 6pm and pick up my order late at 9.30pm, we did that and it was fine until we all got food poisoning and ended up sick. The pork was raw in the carbonara and it was clear the chef couldn't be bothered to cook at the end of the night (which would have been understandable but they agreed to it) i will never go here again and will absolutely be writing to the health standards agency.

Came on St Patrick’s day and loved every moment. We were served by Zakaria who was very kind and made service quick and pain free. All of us loved the food and will gladly come again

Myself and my partner truly had a wonderful experience at Bella Italia in Blackpool. It was our birthdays (yes we share the same birthday!) And Stephen and Karoline were absolutely superb and treated us very well. They had amazing customer service and took to us with care. The food came very quickly and was absolutely delicious. I had the Chicken Milanese which melted in your mouth. It was an absolutely amazing experience and I am looking forward to, and have no hesitations, to return again next year! Thank you Stephen and Karoline!

Wow what can I say apart from will never order from here again. Way way way over priced for what you actually get. And f it was really nice that would be fine but all absolutely tasteless which is something that you associate with itilian

Came for lunch whilst in Blackpool today. The food was delicious and all staff were really lovely especially Zico who was polite and friendly all through the meal. Had a really enjoyable time and would definitely go back.

The food was bland and the service was not great at all the hostess had a bad cold and was sniffing at the table and she could not talk properly the waiter forgot to give cutlery with meal then didn't offer pepper or parmasan I had to ask but he told me to wait while he set a table so overall it was a bad experience

Was served by Zeeko (I think was his name! Sorry if spelt wrong!) he was absolutely lovely very polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better server 😊. Checked in us to make sure everything was ok. Very friendly and welcoming. Also greeted by a friendly smiley lady who was very polite and helpful and fitted us in with out a reservation. Special mention to the manageress, who managed to squeeze us in at short notice, you have now got your company 2 customers for life, and although we are not local to you, its you and your staff that will make us a regular at our local Bella Italia, as long as they deliver the same level of excellent customer service.

Im Asian and I went alone to Bella Italia Blackpool branch. Stood in front of the counter and waited to be seated. Someone approached the counter and looked at me as if Im lost. Not only when his manager pointed her finger at me that the crew asked me if Im ok. Responded politely with table for 1 pls. Was directed to my seat and look at the menu for good 5 mins. Waited for someone to take my order since their online system was not working. Few more minutes have passed and a British family arrived and was gracefully assisted by the female manager herself. She was gracious enough to take their order as well while I was waiting to be assisted for good 20 mins already. Another British family arrived and again, was assisted by the female manager herself. When I tried to call her attention, she gave me a 1-second-pls gesture then later approached me. Gave my order and left without a word. To my fellow Asians, EAT AT BELLA ITALIA BLACKPOOL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR PLACE TO OTHER ASIAN PEOPLE

Has a booking and got seated straight away. Service has speedy and the staff were really welcoming. We all had starters, mains and puddings, all delicious. Will definitely be coming again.

So, from the name you expect Italian dishes and flavors. In reality they have Italian names but are revisited according to Anglo-Saxon tastes and canons. So for Made in Italy purists 🇮🇹 they might not like it. However, from the point of view of experience and flavors in general, I have to say that it was a good experience. Excellent service even if sometimes they are a little slow given the influx of people. Nonetheless, the staff is helpful and courteous and helps you in every situation, attentive to the needs of the little ones. They don't accept Amex, in my opinion it's a flaw for a used restaurant which I recommend both for dining in and for eating on the spot with good even if not exceptional cuisine. I really enjoyed the Caesar salad

My sisters and niece went for an after theatre meal. Staff was very friendly and efficient. 2 of us had the pinch cannelloni and 2 of us had the chicken and red onion malfedo. Both tasted excellent.
