Caddy's Cob Shop in Melton

Worst pub meal we have ever had. Came away hungry. Really the empty restaurant should have told us something. When we complained they didnt want to know, they had the money and not interested.

My wife and I were on coach trip to the Great Central Railway. We stopped in Melton Mowbray for a couple of hours and decided to have lunch. We saw Miss B's sign and thought we would have a meal there. I had the steak pie with stilton. It was an excellent choice, I really enjoyed it. My wife had a cheese and ham toastie which she also enjoyed.

Excellent simple food with attentive service in good surroundings I had the spiced pumpkin soup which was home made and served with a choice of gluten free breads

I had the potted crab followed by the roast beef- both were excellent with great service! The atmosphere is great at the pub with a good selection of ales on offer too

Great we have, a spoons in Melton although service is slow at time generally it's, good however the pub is cold sat here right now it's like the Baltic sat in here and the toilets are freezing
