Butterflys Tea Room Towyn in Conwy

What a gorgeous little find!! I went with my daughter, I had a coffee and a cake and she had a hot chocolate and cake. We both throughly enjoyed it, the staff in there are happy and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and make a real effort with the children. It’s definitely going to be a favourite of ours now.

Called in here last week as we’d been before and the breakfast was good, both ordered full English and both enjoyed them. Would return again.

Lovely staff. Nice to see happy staff in the mornings. Food was lovely, served fast. We were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again!

We visited this cafe after leaving one of the resorts before we set off home, sat as walk in of 5. We all ordered together, small breakfast, American breakfast, and two chicken wraps. All very hot and nice and fresh which we enjoyed! Service was very friendly and all staff very welcoming. Service was also quick and we all agreed that the food came out so quick but tasted amazing nonetheless. We took some cakes as takeaway, which tasted nice too. Really nice cafe and would definitely recommend a visit if you're around and wanting a quick bite.

Lovely local family run business worth a visit if you are staying locally with family. They offer a fantastic selection of freshly prepared dishes and the best slimming world breakfast in Wales. 6 of us visited twice and each time we had the best service and wonderfully cooked breakfasts. Service was quick and friendly. The place is beautiful decorated and clean. They offer a variety of different home made cakes and serve the tea with lovely crockery and China tea cups which are always such a joy to drink from when you have breakfast out. I highly recommend this place very family friendly with lots of things for the little darlings to nibble on and highchairs for babies and cushions on chairs for our comfort.

Fabulous little place. Great food and staff. Reasonable prices with good quality food! Parking isn’t the best but the establishment makes up for that with brilliant food.

A large and a small breakfast was purchased with 2 coffees for the two of us. Everything was hot and well presented and served with a smile and politeness. The environment inside where we sat was spotlessly clean very bright and contemporary. what more could you want and in our opinion was value for money.

There were ten of us we all had a Great Breakfast, very friendly staff that could not do enough for us. The food was excellent with fast service, and no one rushed us we had time to talk and enjoy. I would highly recommend it.

Really refreshing change to go somewhere with pretty decor, lovely clean toilets, no intrusive modern pop music, just a really pleasant experience, we have tea and sconesone day and came for breakfast the next day. Nice place to unwind and enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. There was a choice of cash or card.

This is our second time here but won't be our last. The staff are just lovely and very accommodating. The food is the best in the area. Cooked fresh, displayed beautifully and very tasty. It is all reasonably priced too. Parking on site is a bonus. Toilets are immaculately clean. Milkshakes are delicious, Big Breakfast was tasty as was the bacon bap. Definitely recommend.

Basic food but horrendously high price. Wanted cash instead of card??? Also their milkshakes are tiny with no ice cream in them and the price.....£4.50!!! What the heck!!

Looked really nice from the outside so we thought we would give it a try, There are mostly bench type seats outside and two tables with chairs, lnside was clean and bright, it has customer toilets which were also clean, They prefer cash but will take cards , I was asked for cash and paid the rest on my card, slightly odd, why not all on my card as i did not have enough cash to pay the full bill, We both had Omelettes and a pot of tea, This came to £22.48 which would of been ok except the food had not much taste, quite bland, the Ham and cheese Omelette had the cheese on top of the Omelette rather than mixed in, but thats how they do it, we will not be back as we thought the food was not worth the cost, there are much cheaper eateries nearby though we didnt try any so dont know the quality of the food but we thought they cant be any worse.

Great breakfast! Good portion size and well priced! Nice little cafe. Had a veggie breakfast and was delish.

On the web site your open january 2023.. we turned up today. By 12pm..you were closed . We were looking forward to a nice lunch. But disappointed you were closed. But on the web site it says your open.

I have a caravan in towyn, so I use this place a lot, always good food as good service, however went in today at 2pm, the staff were apprehensive to serve me hot food, they served the food and a member of staff stood behind counter watching me ,obviously in a rush to go home, although didn't shut till 3pm,I went to the toilet and when I came back the plate was gone although there was still food on it.

Tried here a few of times when coming to towyn to our caravan of 9 yrs. One-time staff extremely rude when I explained I had 2 inhalers on me with my name on but not a Dr's note to say I was mask exempt. Another attempt they would not let my young child swap an egg they were allergic to on the childs small breakfast. Shocking. Rude. No customer service skills. Over priced breakfast n food we have tried was bland.

Expensive and not value for money. We visited as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. 2 full breakfasts and a cheese toastie and a drink each set us back £27. Not made with love and very little care in regards to service. Food wasn’t particularly made with love and wasn’t particularly busy when we were in there to blame it on that. Asked for eggs well done ... still runny 🤢. No real customer service. Disappointing all in all.

Food is fantastic, surroundings lovely, staff very hospitable and friendly. Not to be missed. Loved the decor.

Friendly service, lovely food and nice bone china to enjoy a cup of tea. You can sit in or outside, Waitress service. Staff were vey helpful with elderly lady in a wheelchair.

Food was really nice and very generous portions. Staff really accommodating when asking for alterations with our breakfast. Lovely decor, really bright and has a lovely homely feeling. Will definitely visit again.

I took my daughter for lunch there. It's a lovely little place. Friendly service. Nice food and good coffee. I'll be going there again with my sister for a cream tea.

Lovely place to eat and we will definitely be going here again when we go visit towyn. Great service from staff and they go out of their way to help. My little boy liked it so much he is asking when he can go back.

Called here on a whim on our way home after a girls weekend and it's a little gem. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and immaculate toilets. Lovely scone jam n cream and delicious hot chocolate made a great end to our long weekend.

Out with friends and fancied a cream tea... A quick search on Trip Advisor and we found the Butterfly Tearooms A wonderful warm welcome, immaculately clean and great cream tea and cakes! Well worth a visit

On a recent holiday,I and my wheelchairbound wife ate at Butterflys 3 days out of6.The choice of food and friendly service were excellent and I would highly recommend this tearooms.

Had a bite to eat in this lovely tea house welcomed by nice staff and given excellent food, its so pretty inside and out and good facilities for disabled people.

NIce cafe, don't hink it was here last time we visited. had breakfast, food was lovely, though servce a bit slow, probably due to the way they serve it up on many individual plates etc, though it is a nice "old fashioned" touch. would recommend

we call in regular for breakfast which is always freshly cooked and tasty. the staff are all polite and efficient, this is definitely the best breakfast for miles around.

Really didn’t enjoy the food, I ordered a sausage barm and a bacon bark which cost £4.50, we arrived 12.02 and was told we couldn’t order a breakfast the sausages and bacon was raw cheap and not worth the money. We won’t be returning again.

Expensive, average breakfast surroundings are nice enough but £5.99 for an average small breakfast is quite expensive even for this neck of the woods,cheaper nicer breakfast can be found near by.

Visited for the 1st time in early June for breakfast on a Sunday morning, cannot fault it, staff super friendly, child friendly, great food and service. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area

We visited today for the second time in a few months. The service and staff were excellent yet again.This shows that the standard is being maintained.

My self and my husband stopped off here for Sunday lunch great tasting food fresh vegetables and good portions, very clean and excellent customer service, covid rules all in place felt save thank you all we will be back

Been for a breaky before work couple times this week large breakfast amazing cooked too perfection, so thought I'd book the other half and myself in for a roast dinner today and definitely did not disappoint, all staff really friendly and all wearing face coverings...

Been coming for breakfasts before work couple times a week and has always been spot on! The ladies that work there are all lovely and happy to help place is immaculate all staff in facemasks or shields definitely recommend

saw mice droppings on the floor when we notified the staff they became confrontational foul abusive language was spoken to us and we shall never return to the place ever again not family orientated atmosphere at all go elsewhere
