Don't usually complain, would rather just put up and leave however today was particularly poor, had to return a piece of pie which was dry and had a odd taste, it was swapped but not so much as sorry just a "what do you want" and a "here you are". All the staff looked like everything was to much effort and we were intruding. A real shame as we use this group a lot but won't be coming back to this one in a hurry.

The servers are always friendly and helpful. Really lovely quality home-made cakes as opposed to factory stuff from the main coffee shops A nice outside area too. We can sit with your dog or just enjoy the sun.

Dirty trays and chips on plates. Ask for sausage and bacon to be lightly cooked sausage still to be pink in the middle. When it turned up it was cooked to death. Not a drop of moisture. Won't come again.

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this service was awful. The food took about 30 minutes to come even though we ordered only a sausage roll and a pasty. The sausage roll and pasty came at different times. When I paid I asked for my pasty to be heated up but they hadn’t done it. I then had to ask someone to heat it. I saw the staff member put the pasty in the microwave, turn it on and then go to do something else and forget about it. I then had to queue again to ask another staff member to take my pasty out of the microwave and hand it to me. We tried to contact the cafe directly to complain but we never got a reply. Overall bad experience unfortunately. It was also incredibly hot and there were no fans inside.

We went for a coffee today and the cafe was virtually empty,no wonder,we ordered two Lattes and it was like drinking hot milk,no coffee flavour at all...we should have complained, I don't know why we didn't to be honest, what a waste of £6!!!!!

Awful service today, lady dressed in black with dark hair, attitude problem, plonked our tray on the table without a word. Very rude and the the bacon baps very fatty and tasteless and coffee not good quality. And hot too expensive now, will avoid in future, pity it was nice.

Dreadful coffee - very weak. Only veggie hot option was chilli - got one spoonful of Chilli, some rice and a few Doritos on a plate and was charged £9.95. Lasagne was dried up and tough to eat Overall very disappointing.

Low stars for dreadful coffee. Food ok, but had awful coffee there on three out of the five occasions I've been there. On the other two, it was no more than adequate. On the last occasion there was a taste undertone of chlorine and whatever else the taste was, it wasn't of coffee so won't be going there again.

what a great little coffee shop in a f ab Garden and Camping centre. The iced coffee was great and the Caramalised onion sausage roll was amazing. Only complaint, nowhere to put the used sugar / condiment packets which then blew away, a small container on the outside tables would make all the difference.

Part of a larger business including farm shop, camper vans, camping equipment, outdoor furniture and barbecues. Can get busy at times, but there is a large outdoor area to supplement the indoors. If you are looking for coffee and cake, savoury snacks or larger plates you will not be disappointed.

Local coffee shop for me, they have lots of selection in the cake section, and more and more vegan options with the main menu as well as the cakes. They're also doing a loyalty scheme for all the other businesses they have. 👍👍

Has gone seriously downhill in the last couple of months, actually saw someone on the kitchen fishing pickled onions out of the jar for a salad with her hands.

This must have been the worst jacket potato I have ever had put in front of me it arrived in a dish with a lump of butter? in the middle and that was it nothing else at all that's right no side salad and at £5 yes five pounds was told it would have been another £1-50 for that. Never again which is a shame. Oh I did get an opology.

Came to blofield garden centre to have a look around and get a quick coffee and cake. As we walked up to the butterfly cafe it was only 15.51pm so still open by THIER own opening times. we litterally got to the entrance and the ‘ sorry we are closed sign ‘ was dragged across the front of the entrance stopping us from entering. We were slightly confused as it does say open until 4pm so we asked the staff are you closed? As we could see a customer still sat inside drinking. We were told with a stutter of words yes we are closed and that the customer inside was waiting for her husband. I myself work in the hospitality industry in a similar but bigger eatery and would never turn away customers before closing time especially if we already had customers inside. Terrible customer service and not a great experience!!

Lovely staff! Otherwise, pretty average for what I would expect at a sort of garden centre cafe. Not cheap, not expensive, and my panini was ok but I would have hoped for a bit nice for the price ( £5.95 I think). Coffee was ok, not bad, not good. So would have been 3 stars, but staff really nice so given it 4

Appalling service(i.e. a complete lack of it)! Arrived with my wife, sat down as requested and proceeded to be ignored for 15 minutes, before giving up and leaving, as people who had arrived later than us were served. First and last visit!

Waited about 20 minutes to get a portion of fish and chips this evening. I've recently moved back to the area having lived in Brundall as a teenager. The fish and chips here used to be excellent. I'm guessing it's changed hands as the shop looked dilapidated, signs for cash only everywhere which just looked tacky and crass and after the long wait the fish was burned, as in the batter was black on the outside, I've never seen that before in my life. I even worked in a chippy for years as a teenager and never once saw burnt batter. That's my first and last trip in a long time I think.

I ordered the seared chicken breast with thyme sauce, ratatouille, and fondant potato. What I received was a couple of slices of damp reheated chicken, a brown dehydrated lump of potato that tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for days and then reheated for too long, some watery ratatouille (it's really not that difficult to make it decent), no thyme sauce, just everything covered with instant gravy. What sort of chef serves ratatouille with instant gravy? I'm guessing it was to cover up that what lied beneath was not what was described on the menu. The instant gravy didn't even appear to any thyme added to it. I won't be rushing back.
