We went this place on yesterday and we ordered coffee.The coffee taste is disgusting then we called waiter then waiter insulted us and we didn't know anything about coffee. I'm recommending this place Don't waste your money

Ordered food online, was okay but rice was lacking in flavour and kofte was not as expected.

We had a lovely meal here on a quiet Tuesday night. The dining area had a nice ambience and friendly service. Our meal portions were very generous and very tasty. I loved the Mezze and the bread melted in your mouth. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place on my trip to Bristol from New York. Heavily recommend it for anyone looking for great food and great hookah. Ali is super knowledgeable and made us all feel at home. Came back multiple times and brought our larger group back with us as well - that’s how comfortable we felt! The hookah and food space is separated so if you’re here just for food, you won’t be upset with the hookah area.

Ordered a shisha. Simple and great tasting. Food was good portion size and full of flavor. Definitely recommend this place.

The food and service were both extremely pleasant. The atmosphere and vibe was also good and it was amazing to sit and eat in such a good vibe after a long day of work. The food was delicious and served nicely with service being of the highest quality and friendliness.

I like to have Chocolate Fudge but i guess these guys don't know how to make a Chocolate fudge cake / brownie. Pathetic Atmosphere, it was cold inside even. Didn't turned On heaters even.

I asked for Paan Flavour and they said they don't have that !? Like its a sheesha cafe and you guys don't have Paan ?! Then ordered Double Apple and even i told the guy that its not giving me that Flavour. He said if you need another one I'll charge again but can't fix this.

I was looking for a halal place. Staff told they are %100 halal. Lamb chops and cold drinks are perfect.

Nice place the the Shisha this time is different I spoke with the new Shisha man he was not helpful at all and he said the Shisha is good but the problem was with the charcoal. Shisha man was not willing to do anything to improve the quality of the Shisha

Great place to relax after stressful day. Good selection of flavourful shisha, food and drinks (non alcoholic). Very delicious food made from scratch, really nice Turkish tea and coffee. I had lentil soup with some twisted bread and salad. For the shisha they have good choice, my personal favourite is Berlin Nights or Monro, but all the flavours I have tried is very good.

Only went here for shisha, which was top notch. People were really nice and the vibe in the garden was great. Impressive garden setup that’s well insulated and heated with comfy chairs.

I visited on an early Friday afternoon and I’ve only visited once, on a day that I was not feeling 100% so I may have to visit again to give it a second chance. - Shisha wasn’t too bad - the lady worked everything in the lounge - didn’t have the chance to eat or get any drinks but I was looking forward to their menu Based on not trying everything I put a 3-star

Unfortunately the curiosity of a "Bushra" lounge got the better of me. Eight of us couldn't get a table together they tried to accommodate with two seperate tables but not what we wanted. May try it again at another time.

The owner is a very rude person, I was there with two of my friends, they ordered a shisha and I got my self a cappuccino, the owner approached me and said you need to order a shisha, I said why? He said because that’s the place policy you need to order a shisha and a drink to set here ! I said, I don’t smoke !!! Then he told me to order a shisha or leave ! What a rude person!

Good shisha, relaxing atmosphere with heaters.The owner looked after us well by checking if everything is ok, changing the charcoals often and refilling our tea glasses free of charge.

The owner is absolutely awful, rude and doesnt care about customers (Avoid!!). He is very lucky to have Hakan who manages the place professionally and takes great care of everyone even when it is really busy.

Flipping lovely! I really liked the Turkish coffee which was v strong but not bitter, just as I hoped it would be. Had the mezze platter for lunch and enjoyed it very much!

We ordered Meneman, and Tost. Didn’t like the food at all. It was completely awful, the lamb from the Tost had very disgusting smell, cheese was hard inside the Tost, with very little lamb. Meneman had little to no eggs, way too much tomato sauce, very low standard of food quality and taste. It was my first visit, I won’t be going there again.

Cool place....till now its the only place I have been that serves tea with a twin pot style...a tea and hot water pots. The proper traditional way👍

Went to watch a football match - great TV for this. Good atmosphere. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the food and complimentary tea during the match. The shisha was also good quality, great pipes and flavours. I would reccomend.
