Sent out wrong pizza. Told on the phone to keep the pizza, delivery driver turns back up without my order and tells me I’m not getting my order due to getting rid of the pizza they wrongly delivered. Called up to enquire about this and the “boss” had a crappy tone & told me I’m not getting my original order. Turns out they wanted me to give a pizza back that I had touched to deliver it to the actual customer. Shame as the service prior to this has always been semi decent.

Cash only tax dodgers in shop. Only do online payments for delivery because they'd fail without them.

It had been a few months since I last ordered, and this past couple of times was even better than before, I don't know if they've changed ownership or food suppliers .but loving it either way, the chips are nice not soggy ( even though they're in those new containers, kebab , not over greasy as some can be all grease rather than just moist ( if you now what I mean) I'm now sat blown up ,as ate more than I should have .lol

The food is amazing and the garlic mayo is elite and will not eat the chips and cheese without it, unfortunately I’ve had my first bad experience with this place, phoned up politely to ask them if they could bring the garlic mayo of which they forgot to send out, and was straight up told “no and wouldn’t be for at least an hour so no point” at which point I said it’s fine i don’t mind waiting but would they please be able to send out a replacement regular chips and cheese and all I got back was “for free” this is their error and I know it’s only a pot of sauce but I eat their food for the mayo as it’s that good ! I am not happy at the level of respect from the bloke on the phone and that’s it food is top tier, just don’t speak to them !

This pizza was on par with the one we had from Dino’s. It has a nice crisp crust, and enough sauce to taste it but not overdone so that the toppings slid off when you picked up the slice to eat it. It’s a solid pizza all around. The same goes for the garlic bread. They’re always a bit oily from kebab shops, but you’re always going to get that with cheese. You always need to eat these when they’re warm though otherwise, they lose their appeal. On to the kebabs and they’re not winning any beauty contests, are they? Surprisingly, there was a lot more meat than there looked to be, but whether it was the sauce or the meat that’s done the damage. The pitta ended up in a soggy state which ripped open when we tried picking them up to eat. Shame, but a little more care needs to be taken with their kebabs. As for the chips and coleslaw, it was a pretty standard affair. The chips were on the cusp of going soggy but had crisp to them and there was enough there to please both of us. The coleslaw and we’ve noticed this with other takeaways but the pots are getting smaller. Why am I moaning? Because I wanted more of it. It was spot on! But is this a deal? Let’s price everything up individually and see what the difference is. Pizza: £9.50 Garlic Bread with Cheese: £5.00 2 x Doner Kebabs: £13 (2 x Chicken Kebabs: £14) Chips: £2.00 Homemade Coleslaw: £1.50 Total: £31 So by getting the deal, you’re saving £8 which can’t be knocked. Just for the pizza and the kebabs it’s nearly £23 so you’re effectively getting the rest of the meal for free. What do you think? DEAL OR NO DEAL?

Regularly order pizza for here and it is fantastic. Always ready quickly and always delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend Burton Road Pizza House to everyone. I've ordered pizzas at several towns in the UK and this is far and away the best.

We ordered cheesy chips with 2 chicken donner boxes The chicken donner had a bad smells to it and the chips were re-heated in the microwave with cheese on top that hadn’t even melted... extremely dry, went in the bin.When we rang to explain what had happened they just said we would give you something for free next time. This used to be a good kebab shop but not anymore.

Order often and normally fine however we ordered a few nights ago a cheesy garlic bread and a meal, the cheesy garlic bread was delivered as a pepperoni pizza, when we called the shop they refused to rectify their mistake as there delivery driver wanted to go home and we had paid cash. Thus we were left with a pizza we didn’t order that nobody ate and somebody without any food.

The best pizza I've had in such a long time! Despite a cost of living hike..they load their pizza with toppings unlike other places. We don't get takeout often, but I've not once been disappointed with food from here!

Phoned up as my delivery was half an hour late to be greeted by a really rude man stating that he himself had already delivered my food and handed it to me. When I told him no one has delivered my food he then kept repeating he has already delivered it and asked me if I am sure! I said yes I am sure in which he then said he will do it now. 25 minutes later my delivery turned up and I asked the man if he was the one on the phone and he said no the driver said he couldn’t find the address. So not only was the man really rude on the phone he also lied to me and claimed he had already delivered it!!!! Awful customer service I was a regular customer but not anymore!!

Normally great, but tonight my takeaway turned up less one pizza topping. Although I was refunded for the lack of topping, to turn up with a margarita pizza and some change isn’t the way forward. You really should contact your customer to see if they would like an alternative. Part of this evening takeaway was great as normal and the other half was ruined. Thanks guys.

Lovely food. Did give me hot chilli instead of sweet chilli on my chips before but that was sorted pronto. Sometimes a bit of a wait but the food is worth it.

Ordered weekly from Burton Pizza House for years. Generally good food, but prices have crept up, and delivery times have certainly slowed down. Over the last few months, orders have been very cold. Really disappointed to see this deterioration in quality. Edit: After originally having 5 stars, and loving Burtons, I'm now waiting 2 hours for a pretty poor quality takeaway. 2 stars.

I work with someone who lives on Monks Road and orders pizza from here twice a week because they are the best in Lincoln.

Absolute loved this place as our goto takeaway,food was always good , unfortunately went to order tonight and seen that our usual order has gone up by £6 😱 unfortunately won't be ordering anymore :( shame as was lovely. Sorry.

Amazing food, always hot, plenty of food, after experience with other takeaways we've had in the past and not felt to good the day after, with burton pizza we have never had no bad effects so goes to show must be fresh food, good hygiene and stored correctly this is why we keep coming back, thankyou for 5 star hygiene and great food

We ordered some chicken kebab and it was horrible☹️ Cooked the previous day and very dry with no taste.

This place is the best! Not traditional chip shop chips but if you want the best pizza go here! Also i have ordered the tango apple and I always order it. I said to my partner I will alway order it because its my favourite! Pretty sure they recognised this and I love the attention to customers! We even got a free pizza bread a few time. Honestly best non franchise pizza place ever. That me, and my partner trust! Never let us down! Boygot mr chippy! Go here instead , its worth it for great value!!!!!! 🥰

Order pizza with bbq base as I dont like tomato base , put it in the notes and I get a tomato base with a pot of bbq sauce , twice this has happened very annoying!!

Brilliant pizza house not far from me. Really friendly people that work there. The food is of a supreme quality and the menu has a good choice of pizzas and burgers and kebabs etc. They’re happy to accommodate jalapeños on my double cheeseburger and depending who’s serving me they’ll either charge an extra £1 or not. Best in Lincoln in my opinion this place.

Food was good, customer service fine but two hours to get the food and then they charged a delivery charge on top which wasn't on foodhub. Won't use them again for the underhand tactic... Put the price of delivery on foodhub if it isn't free for over £10 as advertised

This place is SO good! We are a family with 3 teenagers so take-aways happen a fair bit and Burton Pizza House is our favourite. We are totally hooked on the grilled chicken breast with a pitta bread and loads of fresh sallad - this dish is in the Kebab section on their menu but is in fact a chargrilled chicken fillet - it's declicious, and healthy. We also order Beef burgers a fait bit and they toast the Hamburger bun which is such a nice touch! Their mixed Kebab-wraps are also amazing and the garlic bread is brilliant - you get this for free if you spend over a certain amount. Their food is really good value and delivery is always prompt. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is very popular which is a good thing to go by ,I've always had good food there and great service , highly recommend.

We order from here on a monthly basis. Excellent kebabs. Would love it if they would go back having the lamb kebabs on their menu! However, we are happy with the mixed and extra chilli sauce..garlic bread comes free but we never have it as the kebab is always more than enough!

Do not waste your money. The food was awful kebabs were inedible, had a smell of disinfectant. Chips were cold, we contacted the shop as wanted to return the whole meal. The owner was really rude and would not accept that the food was dire. The worst takeaway I have ever had. Save your money !!! Infact you could just set fire to it then you would more pleasure than trying this abysmal offering of slop.

Service is ok but the food is terrible. I've ordered pizza from here twice now and been disappointed in the taste and flavor. Does anyone actually try their ingredients or food they sell?? You can tell it's all just frozen / defrosted / refrozen toppings of the lowest quality, at some points its like eating gone off fat?! I will admit that I haven't tried anything else off the menu, but I won't hold my breath - they are a 'pizza house' after all.

I would have put 5 stars but unfortunately my pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni. I would have been fine with this but my Mexicano pizza that I ordered was missing 2 inches I ordered a 12inch and received only 10.
