We were served by Jamie, he was lovely really helpful with my gluten allergy and very fast service.

I went at a quiet time so was served pretty quickly. My server, Ellie, was pleasant and I felt looked after. Food was nice and hot and tasted pretty good.

I ordered via Deliveroo and the food was just perfect. Tasted great and presented well considering it was takeaway. I had the Rosemary & Olive Oil Bread 10/10 - super soft in the centre and just the right amount of saltiness. Nduja and Cheese Bites were yummy, so was the Nduja ketchup included too, spicy and a little bit sweet - the portion was massive too! Definitely worth what you pay for. For the main I had Beef Brisket Pappardelle. Also tasted amazing, only note is I’d have liked a bit more sauce to pasta ratio - but just a personal preference really. Food was made by Benton and Becca - props to them. Thank you!

Managed to seat and serve 9 of us as a walk in, really good food, really good staff and service 😊

I complained that my seafood pasta had 3 closed shells and 3 empty shells in it. I also waited well after everyone else was served to get my pudding. When we mentioned it whilst paying, the cashier said he would refund the price of my meal, so we went away satisfied. But when we looked at our bank statement, instead of refunding my meal, he had charged it twice. Not happy.

Good service and decent food but slightly overpriced for what it is, can get better Italian food for cheaper in Lincoln, but the service was very good and it's a great location.

We were served by a lovely, kind server called Georgia, who was very accommodating and helpful, she went above and beyond, the food wasn’t up to their normal standards, as we have been numerous times. The other lady working wasn’t as friendly, she wasn’t as smiley and friendly which can be off putting to customers.

Absolute nice place and wonderful staff.specially ellie. She was amazing helping us and making the best atmosphere for me and my wife. Thanks alot. Only one thing that can make it perfect if at lunch time u can open other areas in the restaurant for a better view over the river. Thanks guys

Had it delivered, the Carbonara had absolutely no sauce at all, tasted like plain spaghetti out of the pan, the chicken lecca lecca was so over cooked you could barely bite it! Messaged Uber eats about it and not eligible for a refund and it wasn't cheap so nearly £40 wasted as food had to go in the bin!

Quiet on a Thursday night but service from Jamie was amazing. Food was quick and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend the trio of arancini and the pollo della casa.

We had a lovely meal at Ask Lincoln tonight, Lewis was super friendly and attentive and our lovely waitress charlotte was great. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was relaxed. Would recommend a visit here for sure 👌🏽

The service was fine, the location as well, nice & clean. The Summer Set Menu's were interesting and my daughter and I opted for these. She choose the BUTTERFLY KING PRAWNS to start and the VEGAN SPAGHETTI AL POMODORO, with your lemonade. These were very nice. I however was not very impressed by the BURRATA CAPRESEV, where I would have liked a bit olive oil, salt & pepper. I missed the finishing taste with the fresh cheese and vegetables. And I was not impressed by the SALAMI MISTI pizza. The base had not really risen and it wasn't crunchy. The pizza slicer/wheel was there for not practical. And the cutlery unfortunately was standard, not with a sharp pizza knife. I moreover had the impression the dough contained too much oil and no salt. (How come the base was hello, by the way ? Wasn't any white bread flower used ?). The topping was a bit minimal. All in all we had a nice visit, but not immediately because of the food.

Freddie who served is was first class 10 stars..

We ordered carbonara and Lasagne bites. Carbonara wasn’t hot and didn’t taste great. Only 7 tiny slices of sausage. Lasagne was disgusting and cooked in old oil. Were waiting for the bill for 15 minutes even though it wasn’t busy at all.

Amazing food and service was excellent. Our favourite restaurant in Lincoln! Loved the verdure bowl with goats cheese! Thanks guys

Freddie was an absolute star. Patient and kind especially when dealing with food allergy issues. Food was lovely. However, the AC was too cold. Shivering as was dressed for a summer's eve.

This is my preferred place to eat whenever I get chance to be out for food. Fantastic food and helpful staff just makes it hard to go anywhere else!

Visited a few times now and always had a lovely meal. All staff are accommodating and provide great service. Plenty to choose from the menu. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. Would recommend 👌

Overall very good. Staff very pleasant and food was good. Only thing that let it down was the fact there was a large group in that were quite loud and so we asked if we could sit on the other side but told we could not. I don't see that it would have caused any real issue so slightly disappointing.

Me and my partner decided on the spot to come here for lunch and were not disappointed. The food got to us quickly and tasted amazing.

Went into Ask Lincoln today to have lunch with my husband. We had starter, main and dessert - each course was quick to arrive, tasty and fresh. Really enjoyed my gluten free pasta - it can be hard finding nice GF meals when visiting restaurants. All staff greeted us with a friendly smile and it’s really lovely to see the open kitchen and the chefs preparing the meals. Lewis checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy with both the food and service. We will be back!
