We ordered pizza from a waitresses that didn't if know we existed, the pizza eventually arrived lukewarm. Then they wanted a tip! Invest in new staff and a hotter oven.

Extremely rude waitresse, got weirdly hung up on the name of a starter and was really hostile towards us. I could see the manager and chef watching and laughing anytime she was at our table. All round pretty strange experience. Plus the food was pretty average. Would not recommend.

Very poor service when visiting this establishment. Over half an hour for drinks order to be taken, missing food, ran out of pint glasses so people had to have a pint served in two halves. The food itself was average, quick to arrive but Definatly thrown together. I’d reccomend taking your hard earned money to Pizza Express 100m up the road. Automatic addition of a 10% service charge added at the end of the bill ! I do not reccomend

It was a Friday evening, the place was half empty and you had two FOH staff that clearly couldn't cope, as they had one 'large' table. Nobody working was in a frame of mind to move faster than a sloth through molasses. Apathy was fighting malaise, and both were winning. We were there for thirty minutes without being offered a drink. Other tables were clearly suffering. We went elsewhere for fear of all consuming hanger. Might I suggest a thumb of ginger?

Enjoyable quick lunch with excellent service from Joseph, who showed great tact dealing with the unpleasant, rude gentlemen at the neighbouring table.

Booked through The Fork app with a 50% discount off all food. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, we had the cured meat sharing platter, franco special pizza, wild mushroom, truffle & burrato pizza, tiramisu and a pecan cheesecake. Pizza dough is fabulous at Francos, both pizzas had good fillings too. Little disappointed with the desserts thats why we've given 4 stars rather than 5 as thought they would have come with a scoop of ice-cream or whipped cream as seemed a little dry without. Have to admit I have had tastier tiramisu elsewhere, it was nice but I wasn't wowed by it. A little Italian almond biscuit would have been a nice touch with the coffees (the latte and cappuccino were gorgeous). Credit to the staff, who were all very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere in the Lincoln site was lovely, everyone enjoying themselves. We got the added bonus of sitting at a window table, so got to people watch too!! Lincoln is a great city to visit. Would really recommend getting The Fork app as when these deals are on its worth the effort to travel and you collect Yum points at participating venues which you can use off your bill. Well done Franco Manca, we had a lovely evening at your Lincoln restaurant.

Service is always terribly slow

When we are in Lincoln we always try to go for lunch at Franca Manca, always enjoy it, lunchtime special, delicious!

Mzaher was very warm and welcoming. She made our experience wonderful.

Good service but food tasteless.

Everything was "OK" bit there are better pizzas around.

This had the potential to be amazing. The setting was great and gives the opportunity to people watch. However, the service was not so good. There was one person who seemed to be doing everything whilst there were a couple of others not helping her at all. It was not particularly busy for a lunchtime, so I would hate to see how long the wait would be when there are more customers. The pizza was not the best I've had and the desserts were disappointing.

Booked in for Father’s Day at around 12:30. Semi busy at this time so it is probably good to book first. Ordered two adult pizzas and two kids meal deals with drinks. Nice pizzas overall, the dough has a great taste with a decent choice of toppings. And you can always add extra. Kids enjoyed theirs with a dessert of ice cream at the end. There was some confusion of what kids drinks were needed as they turned up at the table incorrect and with dirty glasses. *This was amended at the end of the meal by the manager so we didn’t have to pay for the kids meals *

Ordered two pizzas and the tastes were very good👍🏻. The third photo is the chicken (I forgot the name) which was nice, but £7 for this little portion was🤔….. I rather pay a little bit more to order another pizza🙈.

Fantastic! Best pizza in Lincoln, fresh, hot and very tasty. Our server was so welcoming and radiated positivity. A very clean establishment and well put together with interesting decor and space to move around. Well chosen music added to the experience and I can see this venue becoming a popular late night cafe with live music events 🤞 (please) Looking forward to next visit and hopefully having room for dessert as the tiramisu sounded divine. Franco Manca, you are a very welcome addition to Lincoln and I hope you’ll stay for good

The choice of drinks is limited. However, the food is quite passable and evenly cooked. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Probably the best pizza I ate in a long time. Pity they do not sell halves 😊. And in addition I ate the chocolate cake with icecream which was Devine.

We came with a dog, dogs not allowed inside. Atmosphere outside was not great. Very nice place inside, with a visible pizza oven. Overall, yummy pizza but salad did not convince.

A lovely pizza restaurant with homemade sour dough pizzas. Could see them being made by the huge pizza oven. Very tasty and would recommend Franco's to those wanting a pizza that is above the norm. Would definitely get the Stilton dip for extra cheesey goodness!!!!

2nd visit to Franco Manca Lincoln decided to try something a bit different the 6 with extra chicken, followed by cheesecake amazing food service and ambience

Enjoyed it really. The pizza was a bit tepid but very tasty and the starter was fine.

Literally the only place I come for authentic Italian pizza! I love the other styles too, but sometimes you just want the original! This is my second time here at Franco Manco in Lincoln and I haven’t been disappointed with service or quality. Staff and owner (I presume) always pleasant and makes sure everything is ok- which is a really nice touch and I’m surprised other eating establishments don’t have their wait staff check in on customers mid meal! Prices are not cheap, but this isn’t a fast food burger joint, and when it’s fast and good you don’t mind paying the extra for good quality! A nice casual atmosphere for a quick bite to eat, alone or with company! I would highly recommend Franco Manca!

I am not a big fan of pizza . However, Franco Manca has the most delicious, taste great, healthier ingredients sourdough pizza made by the young talent Chef Ella . Ella is a cheerful , nice, talent and brilliant, excellent skillful Chef , she made the most beautiful chicken salad and of courses the most fantastic yummy sourdough pizza . I started loving sourdough pizza because of Franco Manca hired the wonderful Chef Ella . I highly recommend to visit Franco Manca . You'll love all their food. Can't wait to visit it again..💕

The best pizza in the town, the Italian chef Edmond prepared a very good pizza dough, we experienced the Franco s Favourite and the wild mushrooms pizzas, it was a delicious experience! ❤️

Brilliant food, impeccable service. Loved having an evening here with family. Brilliant service and they couldn’t be more attentive and friendly. 5* all round. They were happy to let my child with special needs eat his own snacks as he has sensory issues with most foods. The food we did order was absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend the tiramisu enough, made by the Italian chef on site #chefskiss thank you Lincoln Franco manca for a lovely evening.

Average pizza. Mine barely had any basil on top. Extremely loud place. Service was good though.

We visited in the Easter school holidays, a family of four - four pizzas ordered, four incredibly tasty pizzas served! One of the best doughs we’ve had at any pizza restaurant. Service was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful with food intolerances. Very excited to hear they may be a FM coming to our local town soon 🤞🏽

We went here last night for a family meal to celebrate a birthday, we had an amazing time, the atmosphere was lovely, we really enjoyed the beef sharing platter and we each had a pizza which were, on the whole, delicious. The service stood out for us, Hannah was excellent - really welcoming and friendly, we had a great night. The only think that let it down slightly was the price at the end of the meal, drinks were expensive and it overall came to more than we were expecting.

What an awful place, drinks (wine and Gin) were served in a beaker glass and the were super premium prices, then when we said we didn't want food based on the service (kids) we were told we had to order some food due to there licence and then charged a 10% service charge. Avoid

Pizza was below average, hardly any topping on ham and mushroom and baaecwas soggy. Only 1 other table in so not busy.Wine served in what can only describe as an hotel bathroom glass tumbler. Will not be returning

5/5 Highly recommend. Went here yesterday, was going to order a Pizza that wasn't on the menu anymore. But the staff were amazing and were kindly able to make it for me. And it was beautiful. Cannot thank Hollie enough, she went above and beyond with her customer service.

Went out for dinner by myself and had an absolutely wonderful experience at Franco Manco. The atmosphere was perfect to relax and eat in total comfort, with kind, friendly and prompt staff, especially Lia who took time to make light, pleasant conversation since it wasn't too busy. I had a number 4 pizza and it tasted delicious - gone far too quickly - and a tiramisu which has never tasted better. Thank you so much for making my evening so amazing with your lovely service. Signed up for a loyalty card because I'll definitely be returning.

We were a party of 5 and ordered 4 starters, somehow our waiter got every single one wrong. I ordered the meat platter with sour dough and cheese, they brought me a beef platter with nothing extra. My mum order cheesy garlic bread and got rosemary bread instead, and my grandma ordered a plain salad and got a weird cheesy meat salad? They brought the right ones out 10 minutes later after we sent them all back and they sucked. Just not good tasting. For my meat platter, im pretty sure they brought me back an identical thing and just threw a slice of bread and a few crumbly pieces of cheese on top. Not good at all. We tried to give them our paper menus when we were done ordering but the guy just said “You can keep them” ???? Why would you think we want to keep them if we’re literally handing them to you? We had to pile them up and put them in the corner of the table. I ordered a negroni and the waiter asked me what i wanted 5 times. I had to point it out on the menu. It tasted awful and i couldnt finish it. My grandad ordered a beer and it came 10 minutes after everyone else’s drinks. My grandma and mum ordered a bottle of wine and they didn’t give us any wine glasses. We waited for a bit for them to bring them, but they didnt come, so we asked for wine glasses, they then said “We dont do wine glasses, but you can have some more cups”. ??????? Why serve 12 different bottles of wine and not wine glasses? Nobody finished their starters, they sucked. The pizzas for main weren’t that good; they tasted bad, very soggy, overly salted, floppy, no pizza cutters. Cost was £125 Everything just sucked, there were so many other little things about it that I didnt mention that made everything bad. Do not go here.

All starters were served incorrectly so had to send them back, the pizza was below average at best. Service was terrible, after ordering food we went to hand the waiter our menus and he said “no you can keep them”. Very strange. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

It was okay. Started was missing olives as stated in the menu, this was mentioned to staff, but nothing happened about it, I'd have at least expected them to bring some out on a separate dish, but no. Pizza was okay, could have done with another minute or so in the oven as the base was very doughy, my pizza (a number 6 I believe) was pretty tight on the meat toppings which is a shame as what was there was tasty, but it left a lot of just plain pizza, also ordered 3 chilli as an extra topping, definitely looked like 1 type of chilli to me. Lunch deal of selected pizza and a drink for £10 is a pretty decent offer given the actual size of the pizza, but overall the overall experience and taste just lacked any real oomph which is a mighty shame. Not much of an atmosphere, but we were late into lunch service and 1 of only 4 tables in, I imagine in an evening the atmosphere is rather pleasant.

OK great pizza, but why should I automatically be expected to pay 10% on top of my already expensive bill just because someone handed me a pizza and a drink? For example, when you have new tyres fitted to your car and they present the bill do you say... hey tell you what here is another 10% .. no you don't, your still crying after having paid for new tyres..... yet the effort the man went to removing your wheels removing and fitting new tyres, new valve, balancing, refitting... his effort is far far greater than someone handing you a pizza.... yet you don't voluntarily increase your bill by 10% , do you pay an extra 10% at the chip shop when they wrap and pass you a bag of chips? No you don't... I think you guys are taking the mickey.

Just had an absolutely cracking pizza and garlic bread from Franco Manca. Came very quickly and was delicious. Very efficient and rapid service in topping up my drink too! X Would eat here again, no hesitation!

Fantastic experience, the food was good but our service was even better. Joesph was our waiter, he made our first time at Franco Manco unforgettable… all the way from Canada we’ll absolutely be back.

Unfortunately, the chicken salad (£11) was sorely lacking in chicken, staff were repeatedly interruptive by coming to the table time and time again which disrupted our conversation - we joked about offering them a seat(!), and my elderly mum didn't realise they'd charged for a tip without explicitly telling her when paying until afterwards. For those reasons, steer well clear!

Had the most lovely experience when having dinner here, Joseph was an excellent staff member who delivered exceptional service. Would recommend:)

Joseph was great, and recommended a couple of items. My toasted sourdough with burrata was delicious, and my wife and I shared a classic No.2 with Buffalo Mozz which also didn’t disappoint. We’ll be back!

Came in with my bestfriend and absolutely loved everything, the service from Dice and the manager Chris was phenomenal. They were extremely friendly and very efficient. I felt catered to as the restaurant was quiet meaning Dice was able to spend so extra time with us to talk about a common intrest which made me feel very comfortable. I'd also like to mention the chef Ella as the food was so much better than I thought it'd be as it was my first time here. Will definitely be coming back and hope to see all three again!!

Came here for food on Wednesday afternoon, food was amazing and Furdy was warm n welcome, I would say an asset to the company! Would recommend and definitely coming back!
