Starbucks Coffee in Lincoln

It was a nice experience. The service and conduct of the staff were pretty good.

Distinctly average. Cappuccino was okay, nothing special. Visited early Saturday morning - long queue to order and wait for drinks. To be fair the staff were trying their best. One announced that there was only the 2 of them working that morning so there would be a wait for drinks etc and if anyone was in a rush then probably best to go elsewhere.

Always look forward to going into this Starbucks. The team are always so lovely and listen to everything you ask. I came on a busy Friday and Casey was absolutely amazing, he seemed so busy but still provided an amazing service and appeared really happy!

A new experience in town. On a very hot day with seatting inside, ideal place.

Disappointing as normally visit the nearby Tritton Road branch. Staff didn't seem bothered and more interested in their own conversation. Not just when serving me but with other customers. Behind the counter was a tip and very messy. Out of the staff control but the floor looks shocking. Very worn and grubby. Not the normal standard of a Starbucks outlet. Maybe we're spoilt with having two other, more modern looking outlets in Lincoln. Wouldn't rush back here.

Wasn't bad, have been to worse. Would like to suggest that they don't put coated cake pops on warm plates as the icing melts. Coffee wasn't super hot which made it difficult to dissolve sugar in. Very small and for the amount of staff on duty we expected it to be cleaner. Staff were friendly and got our order correct

Not a place place we usually take coffee but needs must sometimes, the service was ok not much customer interface as obviously the staff had more important things to discuss (Gaming) to interact with me the little old customer.The whole place looked rundown with the lack of investment obvious i.e. door jammed half open letting in the cold air not even a letter box just a big opening not fixed, soft furnishings looking dirty and jaded and in general grubby.Not a welcoming place by any means. Goodbye Starbucks

Really friendly staff. Lovely caramel latte. Fruit toast is great. As is caramel and white chocolate blondie. Gets busy but service still great.

Me and my partner, went to and ordered a Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, it was really delicious, but the way he made it he seemed careless, throwing things around, through a milk carton away, and the bin was pretty full so it fell to the floor but both workers never thought to pick it up, the floor was such a mess, another day I came in the sick was being cleaned as I was there but spillages every where, and the floor didn't seem it was ever cleaned, disappointing to see that whilst you are waiting upon your drink or food. And he overfilled my drink I love extra but it was messy because it was on my lid but my partner's drink wasn't overfilled. The only good thing is that they are friendly once you come in and order just didn't like that day the person making my drink seemed careless.

This Starbucks is just the best. The staff here are just so friendly and welcoming and they work incredibly hard to deliver wonderful service. I've been coming to this Starbucks for over 5 years and honestly I have never had a bad coffee from here at all. It's brilliant when the staff get to remember your usual drink and it always feels like you're appearing in an episode of Friends as the staff are so engaging and caring to their customers. My favourite coffee is a mocha and Starbucks is the only coffee shop that can make a mocha to absolute perfection (and a mocha from Starbucks is SENSATIONAL paired with peppermint syrup). And I always love the cozy and relaxed ambience in the store as it makes your experience in store truly worth it. I will forever be loyal to this Starbucks branch. 💚☕️

My favourite Starbucks! Easily accessible as it's slap bang in the middle of the highstreet, incredible service, full of lovely staff and exceptional management who deserve to be recognised. You can't wish for a more passionate team ☕

First time I have been in Starbucks, I don't tend to buy coffee out as I like weak coffee. I went in with a friend and explained what I wanted, also decaff, the lady gave me half shot of flat white. It was a little too frothy for my taste but very hot under the froth. Service was excellent.

The cheese twist was a little brown. The staff was busy, only two compared to three or four in the week.

Always friendly staff (now at a stage they pretty much know my order already!) drinks always made right and taste great.

Came today for a too good to go bag (it was cancelled) but two workers (cam and Casey) were so nice about it and understanding. Just a big thank you and appreciation review really. Been to this store a few times and every time I come they are all so nice and understanding. I’ve had an incident where someone had accidentally taken my drink, (not Starbucks fault) and they remade it with no questions asked. I’ve never had a bad experience. 100% recommend a visit to this store.

Great coffee, wanted to get points on app but pickup was not the best inside shop, my rating is for the coffee, not the app!

Quicker to fly to Columbia, pick beans, and brew coffee than get one here.

New decor very nice but only one toilet now which means queue's and they are not very clean because of it

Usual high quality drinks and clean cafe, with welcoming staff.

I come in, they have my drink ready and I get to focus on just doing work. I don’t think I’ve ever really spoken to any of the people but they’re all great. I can do like 4 hours of work unbothered, it’s amazing. I do this every week never speaking a full sentence. They just kinda know me, I’m ride or die for them. Please remember to tip your barista.

No Cold drinks again, if your going to do cold brews be consistent with it instead of wipe out half the menu

I find this Starbucks looks a little worn out and run down, feels a little grubby...however the staff are friendly and coffee was nice

I can not fault these guys at all. The staff are so lovely and I have never had an issue with them. Great customer service. And I have never had an issue with my drinks or food. 100% happy customer.

Drinks of usual high standard, staff friendly and helpful, but the place seemed infested with small flies. Put the door blower on and it could cure this. Also give the soft furnishings a dose of upholstery cleaner.

Best chai latte in Lincoln for sure ! But the queue is always huge so it gives me time to talk myself out of it due to the price 😂 a couple of new to me members of staff are great and perky 🙌🏻

A visit here yesterday and everything was lovely. Ordered a Mocha and Hot Chocolate. Staff we're very attentive despite it been busy in here. And Bluelight card is accepted further reducing to price by 10%. Would highly recommend a visit 👌

I found it ok staff are friendly and polite and helpful.

Very expsive for what you get. The quality of the food is ok but it's about three times what is should cost. The coffee isnt the worst but I would rate Costa higher in terms of flavour

Okay, once when I went one of the staff were ignorant when I asked for no ice in my drink and it still got ice?

The iced foam cappuccino that I had was 80% ice, so after a couple of pulls on my horrible cardboard straw all I had was foam covered ice, the coffee that I did have was very good though. Overall poor value for money,and that high street branch is overdue for a makeover.🤔

The best ever Frapichino made. They don't make this great anymore at other STARBUCKS.

I'm a lover of Starbucks, and the one in Central Lincoln did not disappoint. It was busy but the staff were friendly and the service was remarkably fast and everything was clean. The food was good, and the seating was comfortable. What more could you ask for!

Here's a tip: Go further up the high street. There's a brilliant selection of local independent coffee houses that serve cheaper and more tastful coffee.

The staff are always super friendly and write the best display boards. Never had a bad drink, nor a bad experience in general.

The overall experience was not bad, but the toilets were horrible, they were dirty and there was no toilet paper. It was not a pleasant experience.

Didn't try food so only reason gave average mark. The service is always friendly and polite with a smile. Always a nice relaxing atmosphere which for me is perfect.

Really disappointed with the place ,it was grubby and tired ,the paint work and floors were dirty The cup of tea ordered was so milky with a tea bag floating in it ,even after two teabags it was still milky and undrinkable There was not enough staff as the tables all needed clearing The staff were pleasant enough ,toilets were ok too

The place was quite dirty seats was sticky newdwd 2 be washed down. Toilet door didnt lock propably the wife had 2 stand outside when another lady went in.

Located at High Street in the shopping precint. I stopped there to have seasonal coffee - pumpkin latte. Friendly baristas. Needs a bit of TLC to refresh the interior.

Went around midday and it looked busy but the staff were lovely and the person who served me was called Jack, Jack was really lovely and made me feel welcome also offered me a new syrup shot to try in my drink that I got and it made it 10x better. Thank you for a lovely visit, I was rather anxious this day going into Starbucks but the service made the visit nice and I felt at ease.

Always great at the Lincoln high Street branch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their quick actions today warned me of a possible mix up with my drink and saved me from a potential migraine. They could very easily have shrugged it off, so their efforts really are appreciated.

Long wait for order, no trays, and no saucers ( unless saucers are not supplied in cup of flat white..

It was a nice visit, apparently though cream comes as standard on a mocha, so make sure you tell them, no cream, especially if you can't have cream.

Clean and lovely Starbucks shop with more than enough pleasant staff to go round. Not one dirty table insight. A pleasant change these days. Menu is priced accordingly and is roughly the same price as other coffee houses. I wont say i will go back .... i SHALL go back. Nice place to rest the legs.

Where I go for my everyday coffee, great atmosphere with very friendly staff. Very popular with students like myself, which can be expected as we all love our daily caffeine fix. Very much recommend ordering from here as Starbucks is the God tier of coffee in my opinion.

Starbucks in Lincoln is favoured by the student body. It has plenty of seating and is a favourite of mine. Sit in the window and watch the world go by.

Good coffee, staff professional/polite when being served, BUT upon entering and not seeing any instructions, I socially distanced inside, only to be told by a counter staff member that if there wasn't a dot to stand on, I needed to queue along the side of the building. What he could of just said was "outside". Not all customers are regular and this was my first time at Starbuck's. Maybe an A4 laminated sign telling customers what your covid procedure and rules are would be useful and easy to put in place. With every business operating differently with their system, signs are a must to make things clear Perhaps your staff would save time not having to repeat themselves every few minutes if signage existed outside the shop before entering. Myself and two other customers then queued outside the door only to be told to move way back from the door as we were breaching fire regulations. Again, open both doors to allow easier access and flow! Once inside we were bottlenecked at one end of the counter waiting for drinks anyway, so social distancing went out the window. Add some more dots outside and signs please. Help your customers to help you! Simple.. .
