Lovely staff and lovely drinks, got proper looked after by Liz and Lewis and had a solid night. Highly recommend the the Cherry Vanilla cocktail :)

Cheap place for drinks but sells cheap coke (not pepsi or proper coke) which put me off ordering any more drinks. Nice interior but unkept toilets (broken taps).

Goated pub £3 for a double is unmatched

Amie was a credit to the company. Served fast and efficiently but most importantly had a laugh with her.

Brilliant if you are looking for somewhere cheap and fairly quiet on a night out, but the drinks are pretty bad, you get what you pay for basically, if you are tall beware the toilets have low ceilings

Banger of a place for pre's if you're bored of weatherspoons, music is great in there and good prices especially for a place just off the high Street

The OG sesh spot! If you want a mix of film culture and cheap bombs/shots this is your place. Place has a really fun vibe gets super busy at weekends and Wednesdays

Good drinks, staff and prices but it just got too noisy, they kept turning up the music and we couldn't hear each other speak

Cool bar, sold my favourite beer on tap (and not many places do!) Shame they don't have a seated smoking area!

Never been before so was excited. Left after being patronised/spoken down to and made to feel uncomfortable by a waitress. Will not be back.

Great place, would give 4.5, cheap drinks, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Only issues are the toilets, not well kept. 1 lock was broken and the other the door was missing completely. Fix these things then it's a 5 star! Edit: not sure how I didn't notice this before but i think they should have free WiFi!! If that and the mens toilets were sorted then this would be 5star for sure. All staff is very helpful and service is pretty quick considering!!

Great bar! Love the atmosphere and the drinks are all reasonably priced. The staff are all lovely especially Sophie!

Things still broken from years back, good service, too expensive

We come up from Birmingham to see my brother to celebrate him finishing his dissertation. We got to the door of Red Five (we have been previously, loved it) and asked if there was any availability for a table of 4 and a table of 3 as there was 7 of us but we didn’t mind being separated. The female bouncer (short hair) on the door said she could accommodate us but very abruptly, you could tell it put her out and was immediately frosty with us unprovoked. We stood at the door and briefly discussed who was going to be the first 4 in and before we had even had chance to organise ourselves the bouncer turned around and shouted at us ‘I am not standing here arguing choose who’s going in or move on’ - we hadn’t said or done anything to instigate this attitude. Dad then turned around and said ok girls you go in first so me, my mom, my brother and his female friend went to walk in and she stopped my brothers friend and said ‘and how old are you’ but with a really strong attitude for no reason at all. None of us were drunk, we was a family - there was no justification for the way she was with us. My mom then turned around and said enough is enough we won’t come in if this is the greeting on the door and as we walked away she started getting very aggy. I think she must have been having a bad day but there was no excuse for it and she did not represent Red Five positively and acted very unprofessional - we won’t be returning, it’s a shame our last time in Lincoln had to be tarnished by her.

It doesn't know what it wants to be. Is it a club, a pub, a cocktail bar? Charges an entrance fee yet it's completely empty and playing songs no one has ever heard of. Definitely better places to go!

Lacks spirit. Good for students, but a shame that the owner is not keen on inviting young local artists to perform at their venue anymore just because their door staff can't control the substance abuse problem.

Nice prices on the cocktails and booze! The interiors need a refresh... especially the toilets which are pretty vile. The security staff and bar staff are always friendly, the music is really decent. Awesome place to have a bit of a dance before you move on to a club.

Always been a nice place with decent pricing. Though it should be noted that the Male toilets have always been rather foul and the cubicles have been broken for quite some months.

I love this bar, it is cheap but with good quality drinks.
